After i ordered the product on flipcart 23rd Jun, 20, my delivery date was 7 July, 20.But before the due date the delivery boy called me and didn't able to answer the call . The next day he called me again and told me to cancel the order as i did not respond the previous day. Also he sent me a cancelation otp to conferm it. I Myself place orders in flicart approximately 5 to 6 times and always I find him behaving in a rude abusing manner, shutting over phone.

          I have ordered 2 watches from Fossil Group but whenever I try to track my order it always says AWB number does not exists. Nobody picks the call at Customer care.

              I was ordered a mobile phone of REDMI of 4 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. But i received a fake mobile phone of ROKEA of only 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM. This is the first time we ordered from ECOM EXPRESS and it gives totally unsatisfied result. Kindly return this product and provide my cash back.

                Hi, I have ordered Samsung phone, tempered glass and back cover, and riding gears. And it's already arrived in kurseong branch 2 days back, and finally I received a call from kurseong office 734223, and he told me to come and pick from office, he don't want to deliver to my doorstep he said. And I told him I am Amazon prime costumer and its says home delivery available, but he argued a lot talks very loud and rude and he just hung up the call without telling anything how rude.
                And it's been my very bad experience with a ecom express, and please suggest what shall I do.

                Hello,
                I have ordered stevia for my diabetic uncle through Amazon, and it shows delivery attempted and they haven't even called me. It's been 3 days and still at Kurseong office. Other courier services make an effort to call or deliver it but nothing has been done from your delivery agents end. Very poor and unreliable service

                From ecom express department Kurseong some boy call me and said it will deliver to the particular address I mentioned and he mentioned me too but I checked thrice. Even though I didn't get the product and I try a lot to contact but not getting any response. the product is already paid and I got message on my phone that the product is delivered .                     My order, which was placed on 24-jun-2020 was supposed to be delivered by 30-jun-2020. The tracker initially showed that the package received in hyderabad hub on 29-jun. Since then, the bag is being scanned at the hub everyday, but is not being set out for delivery. It is 04-july today, and i am still waiting for the product, which is already a week late. Tried contacting customer service and they are not providing local delivery agent contact (Which i said i would go and collect myself). The awd tracking facility is a of no use, as they are holding the product in my city (Hyderabad) and are just not delivering it. Even if you could help where the product is, i am happy to go and collect. Very poor service and customer contact agents. Not helpful at all!! A nightmare!

                        For the device claim – claim no # 6351192 from airtel, the ecom express visited my office to pick the phone for which awb no is[protected] and order no 6351192.
                        Sir yesterday on 03/07/2020 when i checked my order status it was showing the shipment is out for delivery, however not delivered to me. Today 04/07/2020 when i checked the status its showing the shipment is delivered.

                        No one delivered or even contacted to me for my order.

                        I request you kindly look in to this matter as without mobile i am not able to do my necessary works.

                              I ordered a product from flipkart but was unable to receive it because was not getting any otp from ecom express and that product was very important to me.                                     My courier has arrived the service centre on 27th june 2020 and next day i recieved a message saying the product was not able to delivered and i rescheduled the delivery to 29th june 2020 and till now i have not got my courier. And the status is showing pickup rescheduled.

                                        I ordered a product from amazon and it was delivered through ecom express, the delivery date was on july 1st but i still did not receive the product.
