Delivery person handed over cell phone box and left after taking pin. When we open the cell phone box, we were shocked to see there was no cell phone inside....

Yesterday we have received ordered cell phone in package. As soon as we open the box, we could not find cell phone. It has just charger inside. Request you to address this issue soon....

I got a call from ecom express executive, he asked for address, but marked as delivered and its not delivered till now, i request you to pls take strict action...

As the picture shown in the is quite different as i received my order. They cheat people by sending third class order even it is not full stitch they send an raw cloth. This is disgusting...

Awb [protected]. On tracking, i came to know the product has reached delivery centre on 15th june. On contacting the customer care, i get an automated response that the delivery will be arranged in. 24 hours.. And it has been 3 days. There is no update from the courier service. And this is ecom exp delivery!...

So i ordered an item from samsung. First off, i'd like to mention that ecom express is literally the slowest delivery service available. Movement of items are unbelievably long. After 6 days, the product has moved from jaipur to gurugram... And i'm in chennai. At this rate, i'd be lucky to receive this product by the end of the year.

The speed of delivery aside, samsung...

My order was not delivered to me as i was unavailable when the delivery guy called. Now i can't reach the stupid customer care. And when i call they say that it's an incorrect awb number. I have sent a mail to you, and still no response, you haven't even read the damn mail.

It's a matter of my glasses, i can't see without them and you guys are making it difficult just to get in touch with you. Contact me asap...

I have an order from samsung which is late by 6 days ecom is doing nothing about it...

My product is not delivered yet and status showing as "RTO initiated". No one called me from ecom express team for delivery.
May I know the reason?
And also make sure that the product should be in Hyderabad itself.
