      I ordered a product from flipkart but was unable to receive it because was not getting any otp from ecom express and that product was very important to me. The delivery boy refused to give me the product even after checking my id saying its their policy to check. Please check this problem as soon as possible

            My courier has arrived the service centre on 27th june 2020 and next day i recieved a message saying the product was not able to delivered and i rescheduled the delivery to 29th june 2020 and till now i have not got my courier. And the status is showing pickup rescheduled.

                I ordered a product from amazon and it was delivered through ecom express, the delivery date was on july 1st but i still did not receive the product. Please kindly look into the product for the delivery, its a prepaid order. I gave paid the money and i still did not receive the product.

                        I ordered vivo y11 mobile from flipkart on june 26 2020. And through flipkart app i received ecom express tracking id fdsp[protected], for tracking the status of my order. But while tracking it, from ecom express website it shows message "awb number doesn't exist'. That implies that tracking id is fake or invalid.
                        Please help me to track down my order.

                              My bajaao "pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] was scheduled to be delivered today forenoon by ecom executive ph: [protected]. The person called me up and said he can only deliver the shipment after 6 pm. However, at around 6:30 pm he called up and asked for the otp before the shipment would be delivered to me. I told him that i will give the otp to him when he arrives with the shipment in person. Hearing this, he disconnected the call. When i tried to ring him back, it led me to ecom voicemail. He has not called me up since then or delivered the package.

                                I ordered a grinder on flipkart on June 23rd. It was shipped on 25th and i recieved an SMS and a notification showing that EcomExpress is the shipper with the tracking ID starting with FDSP. When i enter the ID into the EcomExpress website to track my parcel, i get an error stating that the AWB number is invalid.
                                It has been a week since the parcel has shipped and still no update on the parcel nor the link.
                                It is really frustrating to not be able to track my shipment.

                                    The shipment reached sultanpur - stn delivery center on 28th june, 2020 but is not delivered till 1st july, 2020, the time i am writing this complaint.

                                    The shipment is very urgent and the ecom express customer care is not able to provide any solution till now. I have repeatedly called their customer care but they are not giving any kind of written assurance about the delivery of the shipment. They have only one answer -"please wait."

                                    Extremely disappointed and pathetic service by ecom express.

                                    I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible.
