    I have ordered a boat speaker online from amazon and it was a paid order. I have not received the item yet but it is showing delivered. The delivery agent didn't even call me. I have used the same address for my previous amazon orders.

      I ordered a smartphone from flipkart on 21/6/2020 i didnt get awb number i only got a FDSP order id on flipkart in my order section .so i cant track my order

            I had ordered in myntra on 18 of june and seller has packed item on 21st with tracking no # [protected] (Ecom express) and they are updating as pickup rescheduled for 3 days continuously. As other products got delivered from other courier services.

                I have two defective orders from a shopping website that needs to be returned to the brand to process the refund. They have assigned ecom express as the delivery partner. Ecom express has failed to contact me and claims that i have refused to hand over the parcel at the time of pick. The pick up boy didn't even visit me so how can he make such false claim? This company sucks and should be banned. Every time i call them they make false promises. I raised complaint on 19th june and they said it will be resolved in 24-48 hours but they didn't do anything.

                                I ordered for a level u bluetooth headset and wireless sports earbuds, the consignment was payment on delivery. The package also had a bill mentioning the items, however the package contained a pair of regular earphones, and an sd card, which was not what i had ordered. I feel cheated by this.
                                I paid a sum of rs.1799/-, for the consignment.
                                I received the package through ecom express private limited. The air way bill number is [protected].
                                The order was to delivered by sound travelz.
                                The package was delivered to me on 19.06.2020.
                                Requested to intervene and help me to get what i had ordered for, or refund of my money be made.
