      I haven't received the product that I have ordered from Flipkart but the status showing delivered. I have raised the complaint about the issue with Flipkart as well as Ecom Express. They never responded properly. The order I'd they given is not found the tracking details. Order id-FDSP[protected]

          I ordered a product on myntra with awb number [protected] on 22nd of june and it is 30th of june and they have been showing 'pickup rescheduled' for the last three days as it is seen in the image i pasted. The product got packaged too late and now the delivery process is being delayed, which was unexpected. So please help me with this so that i can have it delivered as soon as possible.

                      EcommExpress returned my three orders back to the seller without any delivery attempt. They returned the item when my complaint is in Place and when I contacted EcoomExpress, the Customer service team put me online for more than 40 mins and intentionally cut the call.

                      They were not ready to give any information about why the item has been sent back to seller.

                      I didn't get the answer for
                      why it didn't get delivered on expected date?. Amazon also already raised complaints with ecom on same regard.
                      My questions here
                      why you send the item to seller when my complaint is in place and why you updated me that item would be delivered with 24 hrs when i contacted you before it sent back?
                      Why local courier facilitie team didn't call me and notify me before expected delivery time and update me that item wouldn't be delivered?.
                      Why Ecom express didnt give response to mail I sent in this regards?.
                      Why Ecom Express kept me on hold in line for more than 45 min when i tried to reach you through toll free number?.
                      Why Ecom express team didnt give me the proper answer for the enquiry about my item and intentionally cut the call?

                      I request shouldn't close this ticket without providing proper answer for each of my above questions. I like hear your version fir each of the above questions one by one.

                            I ordered an item on myntra on 19th june on 26th june in myntra site it showed 'item is shipped' with awb number:[protected], but while checking ecom express site it shows pickup reschedule continuously for 3 days usually it takes 2 to 3 days for delivery of an item from bengaluru when using other shipping services. I think they don't care about their customers

                              I ordered a product on amazon on june 14th and the product was shipped via ecom express. According to the website, it reached ecom express vadakara dc (Kerala) on june 22. The office is only 4km or so. But till today (June 28) there hasn't been the slightest of response from your delivery team. No calls! No messages! Nothing! The local office does not even have a contact number on google or anywhere else. You only took 6 days to ship from gurugram (Haryana) to my nearest place, that too in this lockdown time, which is fine. But to take another 6 days (Without notifying) to hand over the product is completely irresponsible from your team. It was supposed to be delivered by june 27 (Yesterday) according to amazon. But no info or anything on delivery date your website😑. Kindly resolve my issue and deliver my product asap!!!

You better fire your delivery team at Vadakara DC. This is not the first time they have done this. I will consider contacting and letting Amazon know of this horrible service.

The tracking said that it had reached the courier at aizawl already, but no attempt was made, we even called the courier but the call was rejected. The order is a medical package which is very important for the patient im odering for. My previous order was also cancelled without any attempts on 18th july. I am very disappointed with the services in aizawl, mizoram. And if my recent order is cancelled again by any means, my patient will be in a critical condition.                                       Shipment awb: [protected]

                                      I have order a product form gonoise.com and it was shipped via ecom express courier company.

                                      Both the gonoise and ecom tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same

                                      The package never came to my place or even i didn't get any call from the delivery executive about the same.

                                      I did not received any sms for delivery confirmation and still the status on the tracking page was changed to delivered. As you can see in the attached screenshot it was assigned to sunnynityanandpoyyara

                                      I cross check with neighborhood / security gaurd also but they have not received and one more thing without my id or signature how the delivery completed and the shipment delivered date was june 27, 2020 at 09:50 hrs, at that moment i was at home.

                                      I am hell confused and donno know where my shipment is as it is not delivered to me then whom it os delivered and why the status it was delivered without verifying??
