First this is regarding awb [protected].
So i ordered an item from samsung. First off, i'd like to mention that ecom express is literally the slowest delivery service available. Movement of items are unbelievably long. After 6 days, the product has moved from jaipur to gurugram... And i'm in chennai. At this rate, i'd be lucky to receive this product by the end of the year.
The speed of delivery aside, samsung quoted a delivery date of 16th june. Today is the 17th and the item is still in gurugram according to the tracking page. I've already escalated this matter to the samsung team.
Now coming to ecom express customer service - it's non existent. I called up the number on their page - an automated voice call told me that the delivery will be done by 19th june. I went ahead to talk to an actual human at ecom express. She told me (Quite rudely) that the delivery date is 21st june. She had the audacity to tell me that "samsung delivery dates don't matter, what ecom express says is final".
Firstly, she is contradicting the automated voice call of her own company. Then she tells me not to trust samsung delivery estimates.
I'll be updating this complaint here with further timelines and details. Ecom express, it's really on you to prove yourself here. If your service after this proves worthy of praise, you shall have it. The same applies if the string of horrible service continues.

Complaint marked as Resolved I'll take everything back. While the first time I called Ecom Express wasn't the most pleasant experience, subsequent follow-ups I made were them were actually quite great.
Not just that, the delivery date that they mentioned - 21st. Yeah, I did it get it today (20th). So, I'm gonna eat my words and say that Ecom Express actually did pretty good. I'm quite happy even though the shipment took quite long to be delivered (it's difficult times and they managed to deliver even though my city was in a lock-down).
Overall, quite happy with the delivery service.
