    I was ordering a medicine which is very urgent.. The medicine company was provide all details related to my delivery which was delivered by ecom express... After 4, 5 days when i track my order they shown the order was delivered but i didn't receive my order yet... What the hell is going on i can't understand.. It's a fraud

      I ordered for a level u bluetooth headset and wireless sports earbuds, the consignment was payment on delivery. The package also had a bill mentioning the items, however the package contained a pair of regular earphones, and an sd card, which was not what i had ordered. I feel cheated by this.
      I paid a sum of rs.1799/-, for the consignment.
      I received the package through ecom express private limited. The air way bill number is [protected].
      The order was to delivered by sound travelz.
      The package was delivered to me on 19.06.2020.
      Requested to intervene and help me to get what i had ordered for, or refund of my money be made.

            Delivery person handed over cell phone box and left after taking pin. When we open the cell phone box, we were shocked to see there was no cell phone inside.

                I am soumik, i ordered a product from imagine online store and ecom express will deliver my product. The tracking id is [protected]. It was shown the product will be delivered by 24th june. But now it is showing that "pick up failed" massage and package will be delivered by 1 days late. Please look at this matter and solved this prob soon.

                          Awb [protected]. On tracking, i came to know the product has reached delivery centre on 15th june. On contacting the customer care, i get an automated response that the delivery will be arranged in. 24 hours.. And it has been 3 days. There is no update from the courier service. And this is ecom exp delivery!
