our prodect, which we have ordered through Flipkart, has reached our nearest distribution point.
Today morning I received a phone call from the delivery Point. He tells us to go to the delivery center then collect goods from there.
Flipkart guarantees that you will deliver the ordered goods to the address we provided.

Then when we tracked Ecom Express website, the updated information was incorrect. updated status was "Shipment un-delivered Shipment attempted - Customer not available"
We are at home all the time.We talked when he phoned. then why they updating "that Customer not available". this is very bad things. and bad experience from flipkart.

Order information and Ecom express details are attached to it.

    First this is regarding awb [protected].

    So i ordered an item from samsung. First off, i'd like to mention that ecom express is literally the slowest delivery service available. Movement of items are unbelievably long. After 6 days, the product has moved from jaipur to gurugram... And i'm in chennai. At this rate, i'd be lucky to receive this product by the end of the year.

    The speed of delivery aside, samsung quoted a delivery date of 16th june. Today is the 17th and the item is still in gurugram according to the tracking page. I've already escalated this matter to the samsung team.

    Now coming to ecom express customer service - it's non existent. I called up the number on their page - an automated voice call told me that the delivery will be done by 19th june. I went ahead to talk to an actual human at ecom express. She told me (Quite rudely) that the delivery date is 21st june. She had the audacity to tell me that "samsung delivery dates don't matter, what ecom express says is final".

    Firstly, she is contradicting the automated voice call of her own company. Then she tells me not to trust samsung delivery estimates.

    I'll be updating this complaint here with further timelines and details. Ecom express, it's really on you to prove yourself here. If your service after this proves worthy of praise, you shall have it. The same applies if the string of horrible service continues.

    I'll take everything back. While the first time I called Ecom Express wasn't the most pleasant experience, subsequent follow-ups I made were them were actually quite great. Not just that, the delivery date that they mentioned - 21st. Yeah, I did it get it today (20th). So, I'm gonna eat my words and say that Ecom Express actually did pretty good. I'm quite happy even though the shipment took quite long to be delivered (it's difficult times and they managed to deliver even though my city was in a lock-down). Overall, quite happy with the delivery service.

      My order was not delivered to me as i was unavailable when the delivery guy called. Now i can't reach the stupid customer care. And when i call they say that it's an incorrect awb number. I have sent a mail to you, and still no response, you haven't even read the damn mail.

      It's a matter of my glasses, i can't see without them and you guys are making it difficult just to get in touch with you. Contact me asap

          Hi Team,

          My product is not delivered yet and status showing as "RTO initiated". No one called me from ecom express team for delivery.
          May I know the reason?
          And also make sure that the product should be in Hyderabad itself.

            I have ordered glasses from lenskart which was supposed to be delivered by 12th june 2020 to my residence in vizag. I have received an update to my mail that my item is out for delivery. Not received any further update from ecom express, instead the status was showing as "consignee has requested for future delivery". Still i have not received my item and i had shifted to hyderabad just a day back. Tried reaching the numbers by searching through web, it says phone number doesn't exist and other numbers are switched off.

            I am in a situation where i have no idea whats going on with my product delivery from ecom express. Not satisfied at all with the service.

                  My amazon order awb [protected]. I have not received the item. I got a message today i. E., 15.06.2020 at 17.38 as below.
                  "your amazon order awb [protected] was undelivered as you were not avalable"
                  But i have not received any phone call from the delivery agent. I am very much available at the delivery address. Previously also i had a same problem and subsequently i was forced to cancel my order. I dont know what happens this time.
                  I request you to arrange for delivery of the said item at the earliest. Dont force me to cancel the order

                    Delivery person reached for delivery and contacted. I didnt picked the call at first time and when i called after 20 mins his mobile switch off. Now i received message from ecom as "consumer rejected the delivery"

                      I didn't receive my order, why so? The delivery boy is not responding, he attended my call but didn't answer anything and he says he can't come there, and ask me to come to his location, utterly disappointed in your service, i waited 10 days and now"!! Crap 😐

                        Ecom express is the worst delivery agent. It's helpful at all! Your people aren't cooperate. We can't reach out to the delivery guy because of your dumb tactics. All you know is just "reattempt of delivery" and the next thing we know is our package is returning. Why are you all even working if you can't help your customers. Ecom express is disgusting.

                              I ordered a deodorant on amazon. I already paid for the product. While i was waiting for my delivery the status suddenly shows delivered. It shows same in ecom express site while i track my package. I don't know who you delivered that product to. I want my product delivered to me. This is my first time getting delivered by ecom express.

                                Respected sir, some unknown person had misused my bank account and purchased materials through ecom with transaction id[protected] and terminal id 38r79190 dated 13/06/2020 for an amount of rs.45585. Another transaction had been done with transaction id[protected] and terminal id 87030059 dated 13/06/2020 far an amount of rs.25000. Another transaction had been done with transaction id[protected] terminal id 38r79190 dated 13/06/2020 for an amount of rs.24818. Kindly hold this above said three transactions. I had already made police complaint and investigation is under process. Thank you
