        My orders which were supposed to get delivered on june 6 was not delivered by ecom express and status is showing as delivered. It has been more than a week there is no proper response from customer care as well

            I have ordered a earphone on a online website on 02/06/2020 where e com express as received my order on 06/06/2020 in there hub.
            I got a call from e com delivery boy on 07/06/2020 morning 10:39am where it was my office address so i informed delivery person to deliver the product on monday.
            But now it's been 12/06/2020 i'm getting a message daily that your product will be delivered today but i haven't got my order still & non of the delivery person called me till now
            Where ur website show a status as customer refuse the order, how can refuse order that i haven't received in my door step
            And you are customer service is getting worse day by day
            I need my order to be delivered fast

              Hi team,

              I am tired of getting messages that your product is on the way..and then i see messages that shipment misrouted due to shipper's fault, and courier boy not interested in listening the address on the phone, when they ask us on phone.. overall poor service i saw as compared to amazon flipkart etc.. pathetic call center they don't have answers... naaptol more pathetic in dealing any problems of customer..

                      I have ordered product on 29th april 2020. The product is supposed to delivered by ecom express. On 20th may 2020 they have started there process and now its been more than 1 month i have not received my product.
                      It is showing me status as "shipment rto lock revoked" and "shipment rto lock". I have tried to call customer care but due to covid-19 lockdown they are not supporting customercare.

                      I have ordered product on 18th July 2020. The product is supposed to delivered by ecom express. On 27th july 2020 they have started there process and now i have not received my product.

E com express is the worst worst worst worst worst courier service. I don't know how delivery guy can himself assume I don't want the parcel??? Why he put my parcel to RTO ?

                          I received a message from you that the above courier (AwB [protected]) was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. I have to inform that the delivery address is complete and in detail. So many shipments from Amazon were earlier delivered thro' other courier services to the given address even without contacting/enquiring.
                          Your delivery boy should have contacted me on phone if he is not able to locate it.
                          Kindly re-attempt to deliver it tomorrow and ask the delivery boy to contact me on my mobile [protected] if he is not able to locate the address.
                          The RR Nagar, Old Bowenpally is located behind 'MMR Gardens function Hall' on Medchal Road. The address indicated is complete and in detail.

                            Today I got my order but it was not in good condition so I complaint about it. After few hours I got a call from this fraud No. [protected] and he said he is from Ecom express & will refund my money in my bank account. He ask me to follow some steps through Paytm & I found that he is a fraud. I am the lucky one that i understood his intention but everyone can't be... So I request to Ecom express give a working Number or any legal method to resolve the customer complains otherwise we may come in trouble.
                            I can't understand how that fraud guy got every information of my order.

                                Message from ecom express courier service:
                                Ecom express executive [protected] pin [protected] will deliver your marks and spencer pre-paid shipment [protected] today. Delivery code 796142
                                He came to the building but couldn’t leave with security guard. And i was busy so couldn’t take call. I called after half an hour he had left.
                                Then i called him twice after that the next day and after that also. He told me the parcel is in pending and he will go the office and let me know the status. However, after that he is cutting the phone. The ecom express office is not contactable. So what is a customer supposed to do?
                                I have been chasing them for 10 days now. This is total harassment. You cannot indefinitely hold onto the parcel and not even inform the customer of status.
                                Please look into the matter urgently and please make sure that i receive my parcel as soon as possible.

It is already used up by someone, size is also not same which i ordered for & the product is rusty too. It is also not same as which i saw in photo. It's totally different... First time i ordered from this site and i am unsatisfied.. Beside all these things there is not a proper customer care number. I'm very upset with all these..
