    The delivery guy named vijay khanavkar purposely and my order were shipped on 25th may 2020 and i didn't receive any call or the shipment was not brought to my address and they updated that consignee was not available at the address it has been 4 days that my order is in ofd lock. From the last 7 days, they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet and i have to get that courier urgently.

      Hi team, my fiancee received a out for delivery message for which is never ordered and explained the same to delivery executive then asked him the sender details. He told sender details not available on the parcel, so we returned it. Again the same person called the next day and saying that the sender is insisting to deliver the parcel but we rejected it and after some time received call from a toll free number for confirming the rejection of parcel. We enquired all our family and friends no one has sent that. Please help me on this how we can find out who is doing these things.

        I have ordered a mobile from mi.com having order id [protected]. And the same is shipped through ecom express with tracking number [protected]. While ordering i mistakenly entered a digit wrong in my mobile number due to which i couldn't provide necessary otp to the delivery person and the product was undelivered. Now i would like to cancel the order, as the address and contact number cannot be changed from mi.com after shipping.

                  I ordered a power bank on 30 may n it should they told it will be delivered by 8 so i waited till8 of june. I kept tracking my order... My order reached the delivery center on 3rd of june still they haven't delivered it yet. When i called them they were like sir we have raised ur complaint against the delivery center. They told mi to wait for 24 hrs my order will be delivered. But still its not delivered. After a made a second call they told mi that my area is in red zone thats the reason my order is delaying but as of the information i know my area is not in red zone so i asked them for any contacts for the delivery center i'll go there n collect it and the gave mi some wrong information n address they gave me they number of and employee who has left the job three years ago n the address of the delivery center is totally fake after i visited it today. The guards were like its been 4 years the couriers left from that address... Totally fake n i have paid for my order n all this is happening. I request everyone to please don't go for this courier company in future. Its doesn't have and updated information about their employees n their delivery stores.

                    Regarding my shipment from lenovo india, ecom express picked up shipment from delhi on 1st june and till 9th june it is in transit. (Awb # [protected]).
                    Most of the courier companies are delivering items to my pincode (670002) within 4 to 5 days from anywhere in india. It is 9 days now and showing my shipment is still in transit. I send so many queries regarding this but nobody gave reply.

                      Delivery date showing 7th june 2020 but still not delivered. I ordered something from myntra.com. On 7th june i received message that my product will be delivered today (Which was already late) but still product has not been delivered and it is showing delivered on tracking site and on myntra as well. There is no communication from delivery guy. Customer care is pathetic as i get no response. I want to know where is my product and why this false messages are coming.

                              Hi team,

                              I ordered something from paytm mall and they shipped my order through ecom express and later i got a sms saying my order is out for delivery on june 2nd, 2020 but i didnt received any call from delivery agent and the order is not delivered to us, but the tracking status shows it is delivered.

                              I tried to call customer care but when i called it says there is no customer care services at this time and my call gets disconnect after that and there is only option to track my order status and no other help i can get from customer care.

                              It's a cheating and i would like to raise a complaint on this courier service.

                                  I was supposed to get my order on 4th of june but it is still not delivered also there was not attempt made to deliver the product and no was called me.
                                  There are 2 numbers given to contact me, but no one attempted to call also tried to call so many times but still no response.
                                  This is horrible.

                                      I have ordered dress from myntra. On tracking my order it is showing at titwala and it is continuously getting rescheduled from many days.                                         My order from hp india shipped through ecom express (Awb # [protected]) on[protected] from kochi, kerala. Till today[protected] it is not delivered. Status showing it reached in destination city kannur on[protected] at 6.40 am but not attempted to deliver it. Both destination and delivery locations are inside kerala they send it to bangalore then to hasan again to kannur. It takes only 1 or 2 days if they send it directly.

                                        My another shipment from lenovo india also facing the same problem. It also shipped on 1st june 2020 (Awb # [protected]) from delhi and still it showing in transit.
