        Hi i ordered mormon gas compactible non stick cookware set of 6 pieces. On the delivery date i received a call from ecom delivery express stating that the pack is too big so they want to open it & they will delivery it i agree yes. Then the order came separetly in 6 packs (Not in a single box) and there is no bill with them... Payment method was can on delivery the items were full of damage coatings are removed handles are broken.. So in want to return the product... I applied for return option & get notification that ecom boy will pickup that... Bt now i m asking that ur delivery boy didn't bring the big box with payment bill in it... I m not responsible for that. Hope u understand what i mean

                  My shipment was picked up from delhi on 23rd may and it reached ahmedabad on 27th may. I live in ahmedabad yet till 4th june 2020 it's not been delivered.in 8 days they have not been able to deliver a small package. I have registered online complaints and tele complaints many times without any end results. My awb number is [protected].
                  Such kind of courier service is unimaginable and terrible.

                    Hi i have ordered a product through myntra and the status shows shipped but when checked in ecom tracking it shows pick up rescheduled from past a week.                       From 3 days a delivery guy calls and asks for the address and expect me to take that package from a 10 km away location and when i say i am unable to come he says the product will be delivered on the next day and this process is continuing from 3 days. And why does he asks the address everyday when it's already available to him.

                      From past 3 days a delivery guy is calling and asking my address and then says that I've to collect it from 10 km away location and when i say that I'm unable to do so he says it will be delivered the next day at home and this process is repeating from 3 days. And why does he asks address everyday when it's already available with him. Today i did not get a call the courier service

                        As per online tracking it's shows that the parcel is in my town since last two days.                             I ordered sennheiser headphones from amazon. I had a message yesterday that it is out for delivery, but i didn't got the product later in the status it was shown the delivery attempt was made but customer was unavailable but actually i was waiting for it at home all day but in reality there was no delivery attempt same happened today.                                         I have ordered a product from flipkart for which you are the logistic partner. I have received a call yesterday[protected] at 5:48 am from the delivery person saying that the product is out for delivery. I have waited till 7:30 for the delivery but received no call. I have sent a text message from the number he called me saying that in case if i do not pick the call, i have provided an alternate number in the text message. I went to freshen up and in that 10 minutes i have received 3 calls from him. After seeing the missed calls i called him and he started yelling at me for not picking up the phone. He said he has crossed my delivery location and asked me to pick the product from the location where he was currently at that time. I denied as i don't have any vehicle. After 10 minutes of argument he came to deliver and again arguing with me and this time i asked him for his id but he didn't provide me his id and he literally threatened me that he'll see if i ever go to his place and something else. Even the package was damaged. This is not the first time the issue happened with him. Previously in november, 2019 the same delivery guy denied the delivery saying that my location is out of delivery location. How could that be? I want proper justification in this matter. I want an apology from him on this matter otherwise i'll proceed legally and will go to consumer court for proper justification. Hope you'll take action against this kind of issues. Thank you.
