I have ordered dress from myntra. On tracking my order it is showing at titwala and it is continuously getting rescheduled from many days. All other orders placed on same days are received. But this one is not shipped from ecom facility yet. It is showing 'pickup rescheduled.'

    My order from hp india shipped through ecom express (Awb # [protected]) on[protected] from kochi, kerala. Till today[protected] it is not delivered. Status showing it reached in destination city kannur on[protected] at 6.40 am but not attempted to deliver it. Both destination and delivery locations are inside kerala they send it to bangalore then to hasan again to kannur. It takes only 1 or 2 days if they send it directly.

    My another shipment from lenovo india also facing the same problem. It also shipped on 1st june 2020 (Awb # [protected]) from delhi and still it showing in transit.

      I ordered a week ago date to be delivered was june 4 but its june 7 still not yet attempt nor call is made by delivery partner no number to call or contact them, its showing undelivered since 3 days no next update

          This is regarding my order 4856 dated 23rd may 2020 i am sorry to state that till date i have not received the product
          The tracking number provided by you shows the product is delivered but the reciepent has not receiced the product
          I have written to ecom express but there is no reply please check from them as to where they have delivered the product i hope you
          Will look into the matter and inform me accordingly.

                        Hi i ordered mormon gas compactible non stick cookware set of 6 pieces. On the delivery date i received a call from ecom delivery express stating that the pack is too big so they want to open it & they will delivery it i agree yes. Then the order came separetly in 6 packs (Not in a single box) and there is no bill with them... Payment method was can on delivery the items were full of damage coatings are removed handles are broken.. So in want to return the product... I applied for return option & get notification that ecom boy will pickup that... Bt now i m asking that ur delivery boy didn't bring the big box with payment bill in it... I m not responsible for that. Hope u understand what i mean

                                  My shipment was picked up from delhi on 23rd may and it reached ahmedabad on 27th may. I live in ahmedabad yet till 4th june 2020 it's not been delivered.in 8 days they have not been able to deliver a small package. I have registered online complaints and tele complaints many times without any end results. My awb number is [protected].
                                  Such kind of courier service is unimaginable and terrible.

                                      From 3 days a delivery guy calls and asks for the address and expect me to take that package from a 10 km away location and when i say i am unable to come he says the product will be delivered on the next day and this process is continuing from 3 days. And why does he asks the address everyday when it's already available to him.

                                        As per online tracking it's shows that the parcel is in my town since last two days. I have also made a request on ecom express website to deliver the product urgent basis as i am going out of town. After submitting the request neither they have contacted me nor i have received any mail.
