I have ordered a product from flipkart for which you are the logistic partner. I have received a call yesterday[protected] at 5:48 am from the delivery person saying that the product is out for delivery. I have waited till 7:30 for the delivery but received no call. I have sent a text message from the number he called me saying that in case if i do not pick the call, i have provided an alternate number in the text message. I went to freshen up and in that 10 minutes i have received 3 calls from him. After seeing the missed calls i called him and he started yelling at me for not picking up the phone. He said he has crossed my delivery location and asked me to pick the product from the location where he was currently at that time. I denied as i don't have any vehicle. After 10 minutes of argument he came to deliver and again arguing with me and this time i asked him for his id but he didn't provide me his id and he literally threatened me that he'll see if i ever go to his place and something else. Even the package was damaged. This is not the first time the issue happened with him. Previously in november, 2019 the same delivery guy denied the delivery saying that my location is out of delivery location. How could that be? I want proper justification in this matter. I want an apology from him on this matter otherwise i'll proceed legally and will go to consumer court for proper justification. Hope you'll take action against this kind of issues. Thank you.

    My product was booked on 20 may at jaipur, but was picked on 22 may, reached mumbai dc on 26 may, but still there is no delivery even after 3 days. Call centre does not have any answers why it is not being delivered or when it will be delivered. Pathetic service from a company which boasts of world class service.

      I ordered 2 products from a seller and the cash paid. They sended me the tracking id of e com express ([protected]). I check from 19th march to 29 th march, 10 days, but yet not pickuped the product. Why e com express taking delay for pickup?
      In tracking, it seems pickup rescheduled from 19 to 29 march repeatedly. Other couriers shipping product within 2 days... But ecom express is very delay... Why is this delay, when you pickup the product and deliver to me?

        Dear sir, i ordered a product from amazon on 22nd and on 23 of may it reach in your mumbra delivery center and the delivery address in same area but still they have the package from past 5 days, from that time till today 29th they keep with them and still they don't deliver yet, could you please inform and try to deliver us fast, the awb number is : [protected], kindly inform me when you can deliver,

My concern is that your company delivery boy taken the money from customer on delivery instead the order is an aleardy paid order and I come to know when my customer tell that the delivery boy has taken your money.                 My courier was not delivered until now,
                It was reached on may 16 on ur thamarassery branch at kozhikode dist
                They are asking me to collect by myself in this covid-19 situation

                    I have made a request for return of my pantaloons order id 2306152. But on 25.05.2020, i have received a text message that your return pickup has failed as you asked to reschedule. But i havnt made such type of request and i was also available at my home for the whole day.
                    But anyhow, i have again schedule my pickup for 26.05.2020 with the help of above said message received.
                    On 26.05.2020 i have received a call from your courier boy asking my address for pickup my return order and ends up his call that i am coming within 10 mins.
                    And the whole day has passed, but he havnt reached my home for pickup and i have found that he has cancelled my return request from his own hand.
                    You are requested to take action against that courier boy who is not loyal to his duties and arrange my return pickup by some other courier boy.
                    Hope for an early action at your end.

                      Ecom express isn't delivering the product initially they didn't handover product to me on 18th april now they have marked it as "shipment rto lock", awb no. [protected].

                        not receiving my order due to not receiving otp

                        Its been more than 3 days and the company niether responding to my mails nor taking things seriously. They are telling they have send me an otp on my number. But i havent recieved any otp. I have explained and tried to talk with the courier boy several times but he says its policy. I told him to make a call so that i can talk to his executive but he always denies this. I have complaint about and mailed it to them but havent recieved any further...

                          The orders were placed few days back to get it delivered to mau, dist. Chitrakoot - 210209.
                          Status of both the orders show as out for delivery on today's date at a location named kalyanpur, allahabad.
                          How come this happens???
                          If you can't deliver at given location, why do you pick up the consignments?
                          Stop doing this.

                            I have ordered a thing in paytm mall and it was promised to be delivered using ecom express courier service
                            Day by day the delivery was being delayed when i approched the website of the company to track my package delivery and found that the package was returned as the orderer (Ie. Me) was not available

                                I ordered a lot of expensive clothes from kooovs store on 7thmay. The ecom delivery guy called me on 21st may morning and asked me to give him my otp. I gave it to him on the phone and he said he would deliver it later. He was very rude and told me it to contact him. The site shows the prepaid goods is delivered but i still have it got it. Please help me it was a very expensive birthday gift. Awb no.[protected]

                                  My shipment was booked on 18 may through ecom express courier the tracking number is [protected] No delivery attempt was made and no delivery boy called me and they returned my shipment . Very poor service

                                    I placed an order on amazon on 07/05/2020 (Order was done through emi). Parcel was sent through ecom express and the expected delivery date was 21/05/2020. They could have delivered earlier as the parcel arrived in guwahati on 18/05/2020 according to tracking details. Now the movement of the parcel has been stopped at koliabor-hub, since last three days, though in my place they have delivery center. Till now ecom has not provided any information regarding the delivery. They are not providing any customer care contact due to lockdown as they have mentioned in their official website end even they are not responding in the e-mail.

                                      I have not received my order yet. Upto 18th there was message that the order will be delivered. But thereafter there is no message from your side. On 14th a person had called me and told that my order will be delivered on 15th. Thereafter i received a message that the delivery is postponed at my request. This repeated on 15th and 16th also. I had not made such request. After 18th i have not received any message mentioning when my order will be delivered.
