The orders were placed few days back to get it delivered to mau, dist. Chitrakoot - 210209.
Status of both the orders show as out for delivery on today's date at a location named kalyanpur, allahabad.
How come this happens???
If you can't deliver at given location, why do you pick up the consignments?
Stop doing this.

    I have ordered a thing in paytm mall and it was promised to be delivered using ecom express courier service
    Day by day the delivery was being delayed when i approched the website of the company to track my package delivery and found that the package was returned as the orderer (Ie. Me) was not available

        This employee called me and asked me for my otp. He told me he would deliver it on 21st may 2020 but he never called me again. It was a very expensive order. Please help me. The ecom delivery boys in darjeeling are very rude and irresponsible. Details attached below

        I ordered a lot of expensive clothes from kooovs store on 7thmay. The ecom delivery guy called me on 21st may morning and asked me to give him my otp. I gave it to him on the phone and he said he would deliver it later. He was very rude and told me it to contact him. The site shows the prepaid goods is delivered but i still have it got it. Please help me it was a very expensive birthday gift. Awb no.[protected]

          My shipment was booked on 18 may through ecom express courier the tracking number is [protected] No delivery attempt was made and no delivery boy called me and they returned my shipment . Very poor service

            Address: Ecom Express Private Limited Ground Floor, 13/16 min, 17 min, Samalka, Old Delhi-Gurugram Road, Kapashera, New Delhi – 110037, India

            I placed an order on amazon on 07/05/2020 (Order was done through emi). Parcel was sent through ecom express and the expected delivery date was 21/05/2020. They could have delivered earlier as the parcel arrived in guwahati on 18/05/2020 according to tracking details. Now the movement of the parcel has been stopped at koliabor-hub, since last three days, though in my place they have delivery center. Till now ecom has not provided any information regarding the delivery. They are not providing any customer care contact due to lockdown as they have mentioned in their official website end even they are not responding in the e-mail.

              Subject: re: out for delivery: your order 20302 containing face mask - 2 pack from supervek is out for delivery.

              Dear sir,
              I have not received my order yet. Upto 18th there was message that the order will be delivered. But thereafter there is no message from your side. On 14th a person had called me and told that my order will be delivered on 15th. Thereafter i received a message that the delivery is postponed at my request. This repeated on 15th and 16th also. I had not made such request. After 18th i have not received any message mentioning when my order will be delivered.

              So kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                    Have purchased so[protected] tissot men's watch on 22 feb 2020 and return the product on 3 march 2020. But till now i have not received the refund amount because ecom has delivered the wrong product to seller.
                    I have been following up with club factory on the same but they are asking me to contact seller but seller is not responding to calls as well as to emails
                    I have returned the original product to the courier guy of ecom his name is praveen kumar, he took the watch he cross checked and clicked the pic and given the acknowledgement on website but how come it got changed i am surprised i have returned the original one it got changed in courier service center where they pack the products me courier boy and area service manager kiran had a con call at that time it was clearly come out that wrong product delivered to seller instead of original product now it's been more than 2 months i am asking for refund but since ecom people have delivered wrong product my amount got stuck and they are not refunding my amount noe ecom is asking to check with seller, seller never responds to me if i ask club factory they are telling they cannot do anything because seller rejected to refund since he received wrong product. Kindly do the needful please raise a complaint against club factory, ecom express and mars international.

                    Your team packed wrong product while packing and the same has been delivered to seller.

                    Instead of Tissot watch they packed different watch and delivered the same to seller.

Please look into it. There are no other updated on the tracking page other than this. Seems like your system automatically reschedules my package to next day at 7 am everyday.

                                  Hello sir,

                                  I have ordered 4 items from vista print and payed online and they despached items via e-com express and the delivery boy came my home to deliver but am not receiving any otp that they have shared to receive my product. It’s already getting late to deliver and still they are not resolving the issue. Please recommend them to verify my id and deliver my product or else if they can’t do this please tell them to refund my money.

                                    I’m written this to complaint about my recent order delivery process.

                                    On 12th may - the delivery guy came and faced some issue in his delivery app to send me the otp.

                                    However i claimed my ordered is prepaid but he said he cannot give me my package until his app issue is fixed.

                                    So he took my package back and requested to come again today 13 may.

                                    On 13th may - he came at my doorstep and did not ring the bell and went back without giving me my order. I saw him through window

                                    I submitted that updated reason is incorrect! I was available at home but no one came 2nd time! Now it is showing ofd locked!

                                    Delivery service team is lying and updating the reason as they feel.

                                    They think customer is stupid and would not track or see details via app.

                                    Please look into this issue as soon as possible and get me my package delivered!!!
