My myntra order was out for delivery on 31.12.19, they never delivered it.
Despite multiple complaints over the next 4 days, the customer service was unhelpful, rude, unprofessional, and lacked any courtesy. After 11 days the order was returned to the origin! What a joke of a logistics company.
The customer care executives were absolutely clueless, and trained to buy time rather than providing a resolution. I have phone recordings where they say conflicting things. Further, when i asked to be connected to their manager, they put me on hold for over 15 minutes, and then disconnected the call. I'll be lodging an official complaint with the consumer forum as well.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
