I have returned my medlife medicines on 1oct 2019 through ecom with awb no[protected]. The company's website is showing the medicines have been delivered on 6 nov 2019 but it has not been given to the right person. Due this i am waiting for my refund from a long time. I have complaint about this issue many times but still it has not been sort out. Please solve my problem.

I have not got the refund till date. Medlife is still saying the medicines have not been delivered to them. Please give me some proof of delivery on the basis of which i can challenge to them.

      One of my consignment awb no [protected] came to bangalore on 3 dec 19. On tracking the awb no, it was seen that the status is updatd as wrong address and ofd locked. From 4 dec till now 12th dec i am following up with ecom express. When i call they say that it will be delivered with in 24 to 48 hours. But this was never delivered. I do not know what to do now. I was following up every day with out use.

        Awb :[protected], awb : [protected], awb : [protected] the mentioned tracking number says that it has been delivered to me. On 27th nov'19. But, i have not received it to me. I have raised complaint on 4th dec'19 your representative says it will get resolved in 24-48 hrs. But nothing happened. No one have called me to inform regarding the status of the complaint. I called today 11th dec'19 one representative have picked my call & put me on hold for 20 mins without any response. I want the action to be taken on this immediately & deliver my product or refund me the amount i spent for the product. I just fed up with your services. It is very pathetic.

          Three parcels were scheduled for pickup on Nov 16 and Nov 17. When I track the AWB number on the web site, the status shows the reverse pick-up is being assigned every day, but then at the end of the day, the status changes to pickup not complete. This has been going on for about a month, and when I call the customer care, they keep telling that pickup as been assigned and person will come today to collect, but nobody turns up.

            I recently ordered a keyboard from bangood.

            Its showing shipped at bangood site but on ecom express, the order is yet to be in transit. For over a week. The status has been "pickup has been rescheduled" and it doesn't look like it will be changing anytime soon.

            No update has been provided by the courier service. This is so frustrating given that the order has already been paid for and is not moving due to this company negligence.

              Hello team,

              I have booked the fast tag fro payt on 29th nov and they have dispatched the produt to e comm courier on 5th dec and the product reached hyd on 7th dec and as per the date of delivery it must be on 9th de and they suddenly changed to 11th december and when i called today being 11th there is no response and when i callled the customer care the agent just put me on hold for long time and he just vanished. My awb number is [protected]. It reached hyd on 7th dec and no signs o[censored]pdate on the website after that.

                I am chasing clue factory & e comm customer care for my parcel which contains earphones but not getting proper support from them. My order number s[protected] shows delivered on 28th nov 19, but i haven't receive the parcel yet. I had raised complaint on the same day. And chasing both of them to deliver my parcel for refund amount but still none has replied till date. Daily same answer that they have updated in system & when i ask them to transfer my call to senior person it goes on hold for 20 mins but noone answers.

                  I have multiple items couriered via ecom express. Every time ecom express failed to do the delivery on the item. Sometimes they return the item without the customer's permission.

                      I have ordered three items on 6th of december out of which one was shipped on 7th december (Awb [protected]) 8th (Awb [protected]) and 9th december (Awb [protected]) respectively. None of the items have moved and it will not move even after 3-4 days whereas once shipped it hardly takes 2 days to get delivered as the place from where they are going to be delivered is just 50kms away or 1 hour drive away.

                        There is no clear address on the package I recieved. How I contact like that.. The address mentioned there is fashion house.. I didn't ordered anything from there.. So please reverse the package and refund my amount and your customer executive has called me and said, if I want my amount I have to do some process and I have done it.. And I lost 4000 rupees..

                        To contact the shopping portal and to request about the reverse pick up, there is no clear address on the package.. There is only one thing on the package that is fashion house.. I don't know what is that house or where is it.. So kindly customer support please reverse that package and refund my amount and I also want to let you know.. Today I got a call from ecom express customer support and they said if I want to refund my amount, I have to give my account upi id.. I have use my upi Id and pay money.. Is it true.. And done it and they charged 4000 rupees..

                          I have ordered a watch from myntra. Awb number is [protected]. On myntra app its showing that the order has been shipped to the delivery center but on site its not updating anything. Generally it takes 3 days for myntra to deliver anything but this time its taking alot of time. I wanted this order as early as possible. But they are taking too much time just to ship it.                             I had made a prepaid purchase from nykaa on the 30th of november. My web no. Is [protected] the product had reached kottayam on 4th dec and the delivery guy was supposed to deliver it on 5th. Since fifth until today there has been no call made to me but he has been updating that the customer is not available. That’s a big lie. I’ve been at home hoping that the shipment would come any day. I’ve brought numerous products online and every other company has been prompt. On one occasion i managed to get through the number they sms-ed me and the guy picks up and tells me it’s the other guy who is delivering and he’d call me back but that didn’t happen. Ecom expresses customer service has been pathetic they just keep telling me the same thing everyday that it will come tomorrow. One guy bluntly cut the call on my face and the other one was faking that he couldn’t hear me and cut the call. Everyone seemed to just be in a hurry to keep the call without solving any problem. If calls are recorded for quality purpose then please do what they are intended for. They don’t have number of the delivery guy, they don’t have number of the office in kottayam,, then i wonder what they r sitting there for. Might as well keep an automated machine recording saying that “we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. You will receive it tomorrow”.

                              Since 40days my reverse pickup haven't been done... When i call customer care they keep on told that my given mobile number was wrong... But when i ask company they told me my mobile number but it was correct... Since 40days ecom express is giving only excuses... They before yesterday one of ecom customer said that they will send a delivery boy for the pickup surely... But they haven't send...

                                      My awb number is [protected]. I had to receive an prepaid online purchased article from club factory through ecom express. Today i received a message from ecom express that the product will be delivered today with a phone number to contact. When i contacted to the number it asked for awb after providing awb i listened that the package will be delivered to me within today evening. But at 6 p. M when i saw my cart it is showing that the package has been delivered to me at 6p. M. What should i do now. Should i contact and inform all those things to club factory?

                                        I have placed my order from paytm and got tracking details, initially expected delivery date was 2nd of december then it changed on a daily basis still not received my order. Tracking website is really fake and making the people mad.
                                        Try to reach ecom customer care person they are 420 fraud peoples they attending the cal with lots of surrounding noise and asking the same question (Can you hear me sir) even we hear and start speaking with that person they disconnecting the call.

                                        I am really hurt because of these useless peoples placed for job, they are unfit of anyother jobs.
