Three parcels were scheduled for pickup on Nov 16 and Nov 17. When I track the AWB number on the web site, the status shows the reverse pick-up is being assigned every day, but then at the end of the day, the status changes to pickup not complete. This has been going on for about a month, and when I call the customer care, they keep telling that pickup as been assigned and person will come today to collect, but nobody turns up.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
