India's worst and fake courier delivery service.

I ordered a battery on amazon and the seller and amazon chose ecom express courier to deliver my product. My courier was shipped on 11th nov 2019 and i got a notification that it will be delivered on 18th nov 2019. On the 18th morning, i got a message stating out for delivery from amazon portal.

No one came and no one contacted me and they falsely updated a fake update in amazon stating that delivery attempted and customer isn't at home. I stay in an apartment and all the entries and exits are logged and tracked and there was no entry from ecom or amazon for my flat that day and there are always people in my home available 24 hours. When i saw that upate on 18th evening, i called amazon and they assured me that they will raise a compliant with ecom and assured me that delivery will be attempted again the next day.

3 days passed by from nov 18th and no one contacted me, i again called amazon and they raised another compliant, asked me to contact ecom customer service and i told them the update is incorrect and a false one and they acknowledge stating they will reattempt the delivery tomorrow.

Next day at 5 pm in the evening i get a call from ecom delivery center asking for the address, my address is on the mainroad beside to a police station and a popular area and i sensed that it was just a name sake call and i enquired dont they really know the police station address in my area and he said yeah yeah we know, we just called to confirm and we will deliver the product and no one comes still and they again updated a false and fake comment stating delivery delayed on customer request.

The next day i again called amazon stating its a fake update because i asked them to deliver it and no one turned out, and they raised a compliant again with ecom and also to seller... The seller seems to be a equally pathetic seller because he said check with amazon again, i left a message on their portal and they reverted stating it will be delivered again. No one comes by, i again called the ecom customer care the next day morning and they assured that it will be delivered today for sure and i need not worry, i should have it by 8o clock, i called again the customer service by 8o clock and they said it will be delivered in 3 days time and acknowledge that they do not have enough resources and all the shipments are delayed. They have wated my valuable time and energy trying to sort this out. I paid money for the product which includes the shipment delivery. I would like to raise an official compliant agains ecom for the delay, false assurances, false and fake updates and not delivering my product, it is my money and i exepect it to be delivered as was committed.

I have all the phone calls recorded and i can show my apartments register where all entries are tracked.

I want ecom to pay for my time lost and bear the expenses for my non delivery of the product.

I see again the message to find out the number of delivery boy but in the message there was no any number of delivery boy. I was very excited for that product please take any action.

I have cod for the product to ecom exe.. i have received fake product. I informed ecom to stop payment .. they are not doing... I think ecom team is intentionally tied up and encouraging such things...

    From last 6 to 7 days the tracking information is only showing pick rescheduled. May i know the reason for the reschedule why the pick up is being delayed for the last 6 to 7 days without any other information regarding the reason provided. Worst service ever. Delaying delivery on their end.

      Received a call in the morning a man asked my address and said will contact me as soon as he reached. And by the evening i received a message that it's been delivered. But i didn't receive any call or package from them.

        I placed an order of fast tag from paytm (Order no. [protected]) on 4th of november, 2019 and the delivery date was estimated to be on 18th of november but today is 23 november and i am yet to receive my order and the new date as of now is 25th which i am sure will change too. Also, the government will start levying fine on cars without fast tag from december 1 so who will be responsible i don't know.
        It shows the customer was not available even though no delivery attempts have been made and i haven't received any calls from the delivery company ie ecom express. The parcel is supposed to be in the same city but it hasn't been delivered yet.
        I have constantly tried to send messages/ call both paytm and ecom but all in vain. They haven't even bothered to check on this matter even one single time. It is highly irresponsible for them to accept the payment of the order and then show this kind of attitude and lack of professionalism when they have to deliver their services.

        Complaint marked as Resolved 
        We ourselves went and collected it from one of their office since they didn’t contact us or pick up the calls. When asked when they were going to deliver it, they said another 4-5 days which shows how irresponsible and bad their service is.

          While cheking the stauts it showing that the product was deliveried on november 1. But i didnt recieved the product
          While contacting the customer care they are going on telling that the product will reach within in 2 days.
          Its already a month over but in vain i didnt recieved the product yet.

            I have order my product on nov 10 the estimated delivery was on 17th and i didn't receive the product till today which is 23rd of nov and i have called the customer care guys and they always say it will be delivered today but the is no response from the delivery guys we i call the supervisor of the hyderabad ecom express they say i have left the job 1year ago and # such no proper delivery guys in hyderabad.

                  I got the message that the delivery guy is out for delivery at 11 in the morning. I called him up at 4 pm that when is he coming. He told i will come by 5:30. Now it's 6:21. I called him once again, now he says he will deliver today guarantee.

                  Well, this is not the first instance. This has happened earlier too. He didn't make any call. At last he told that the location is not reachable.

                  What a joke! Strict action should be taken. Customers are no joke. This behavior is not tolerable.

                    Hello team,
                    Good day.

                    I am tired of reaching out to the customer care of ecom express, hence sending this email. The order id mentioned in the subject is an order that i placed in clubfactory long back. It is not delivered by ecom express yet. It was marked as ‘cusomter not available’ everytime. So i tried calling ecom customer care number which was not reachable/does not exist all the time.

                    Ecom express: if there is any reason why i won’t order from club factory anymore, it will be your ridiculous and pathetic customer service.
                    Clubfactory team: you guys should step up and identify good delivery partners, if not you will lose all your india customer base. Till ecom express if your delivery partner, i am not placing any order from you.

                    I need a refund of my order id in the subject. I am not donating any money here.

                      money taken by delivery boy and not delivered the product

                      I am an instagram seller. I sold an imported product to my customer i. E., two handbags of same design in different colours. The delivery boy of ecom express took the money from the customer of both the bags and delivered only one. He asked the customer that he will deliver the product after one day. But he did'nt. I called the delivery boy in behalf of my customer and he told me that he will return the money beacuse the 2nd bag returned...

                      I have ordered dress from club factory through online and they delivered through Ecom express(Tracking Number:[protected] on Oct 29 2019 and I am not satisfied with the dress and raised the return request on the same day(Oct 29 2019) and still ECom express didn't pick up.Daily I am calling customer care and asking about the my return request ticket, they are telling it will be done with in 24 hours.This they are telling from past 20 days.

                      I am seriously disappointed with this.I am paying the money for return request.

                      Worst courier, Please don't go with this.

                        First time the give a call to me. But that time i can't take that call. I give a callback to them. Delivery boy said i give a call to you but you refused it if you want the product go to courier office and get the stuff. Within 5 hours i've been there ath courier office. They said they've returned the product because of call refused. My product is from cluv factory online shopping. I give a call to them they said it's not possible that a product return in 1 day. Don't worry the product will reach you soon. I just enquire about this with my friends, this problem is not just for me. (Check review of ecom delivery vadakara in google maps)

                            Hello,
                            My complaint is regarding the shipment which has not been delivered to me yet (20th November 2019) and I'd got a text message on 30th October 2019 that the product has been delivered to me.
                            I had called the customer care number of Ecom Express and they are just refusing me.
                            Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and I want my product or else give me a refund as sorry.

                                I ordered some medicines from zoylo on 13th nov 19 (Order id[protected] and they send medicine via ecom express (Tracking id - [protected]).

                                On track i found that the order reached my town (Khanakul) via ecom express on 18 nov and show shipment out for delivery, assigned to employee dipanjon bhattacharya but they didn't call me the whole day and not even for asking the address details instead they updated the status as wrong address (All my orders are delivered at this address and also ecom express delivered medicine in that address in previous) then i tried contacting them but their number was not reachable. The next day they update status as an ofd lock applied and failed delivery on 19th nov, 04:46 am.

                                I needed those medicine urgently and need to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                    I received product two days back but I go and take that product from delivery boy. He make a phone call to me on 11:00 that he'll come after 10 mins, i said ok but there is no update up to 1 hour. Again I make a phone call after 12:00 he was telling that " he was at another place if want product come and take otherwise he will come after his work completed" I said ok to him. Again I make a phone call after 14:20 again he was telling that " he was at another place if want product come and take otherwise wait up to he'll come. I went to him where he was. He was simple sitting and talking to others. I asked him that "product will not come to delivery address? you make a phone call to me that after 10mins will arrive but what are you doing here?". he was simple telling that here some products are there to deliver, time will taken and given address is also not correct. I showed him all the details given. He was telling in dis-respective manner that " here is city name also he will send to city then go and collect and also don't give courier to ecom express. All couriers different this courier is different".

                                      Hi

                                      I got a call from a number in the morning verifying my address for the delivery of my product through Ecom. While I am waiting for the product to be delivered, I checked the tracking for the same & to my utter surprise the tracking says

                                      "Shipment un-delivered - Consignee requested for future delivery".
                                      There has been no attempt to deliver the product & worst is if I call on any of the numbers calls don't go through. Even on ecom website, there is no number provided which can connect us to the service agent for resolving queries
