My product, ordered from propshop (Awb [protected]), was supposed to be delivered on friday, 25th october. We had contacted the delivery agent and had told him to deliver the parcel to either of the neighbouring houses as there was no one home. However, we did not receive the package on friday. We called and requested the customer care executive to ensure that the delivery happens on saturday; however, despite their assurance, the product remained undelivered. We called the customer care service on sunday, and even then, they could not give us firm assurance that the product would be delivered at least on sunday. The executive wasn't helpful, as despite requesting him to share the delivery agent's number, he has failed to do so. I haven't received any information/notification regarding any complaint being filed from their end in this regard. We hope the concerned authorities would take the requisite action, although at this point, we are unsure that they would do so.
