My goods that had to be delivered long back is yet to be delivered if the situation continues i am registering a police complaining about your company as fraud and will fwd you the complaint copy. you better act or face the consequences.

    Dear sir,
    I ordered some medicine from MedLife on 11th october 2019, and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 18th october 2019. From 18 oct 2019 on words i call ecom customer care number for my delivery every time the executive was committed that the product will delivery within 24 hrs. And every time the delivery boy updated false delivery status that "customer not available" without any call to me.
    I called (25/10/2019) at the time the customer care guy give me same commitment.
    Then now status shows that shipment rto locked revoked.
    I need my ordered medicine ASAP.

    First of all I want to say thanks to your portal for solving my problem. On 30 Oct 2019, I received a call from Ecom express guy and he apologized for inconvenience and he assured me to deliver my medicine today. And he did it. Thank you all.

      I ordered the item from myntra on 26th oct, during this order date of delivery was 29th oct. But then date shifted to 5th nov. And every i checked this tracking details and it shows that evereyday pickup rescheduled. I dont understand that location between pickup and delivery not very far it probably tool 4 to 5hrs. But its fine to take 2-3 days but why it took 10 days. And this is not the first time happens with me. Its really annoying and some are really need in time too.
      Why they are rescheduling their pickup everyday??

        I am not even get any update regarding delivery the product, Delivery boy not even called. But status update that customer is not available for received product. How it is possible that's my home address my family members are staying there.
        That's a fake update mentioned by ecom express.

          I want to share my experience. I had a ordered from limeroad on 12th oct, awb [protected]. The item reached the local distribution centre on 18th oct. Since then i am waiting for delivery till 28 oct, 2019.in between i made several attempts to contact their representative. What pathetic situation is with them after making customer to hold the call for nearly 30 min customer care executive will talk. Later he says i will ensure delivery of product next working day. I made several calls to them and every time they said same. Anyhow i got the product...

            I have ordered a product on amazon on oct 5th. According to the seller it was dispatched on october 11 and should've delivered it to me on 22nd october... But due to some whether they couldnt.. Its okay... But they still havnt tried to deliver my product on the other day and i was expected fo call each and every one that is the customer services and they said it was the fault of e com express... Also i did contacted e com express customer care and they assured me that i would surely get it on 25th or 26th which is 4 days late... Still i havnt received... And i've put on hold like 7mins every time i contacted ecom and they were giving false assurances about the delivery date... It really took my precious time.. And strict actions must be taken

                My problem is that your delivery have no harmony and co-ordination with costumers he talked very rudely and got angry on each conversation.
                Before, 6-7 days he also came for deliver the product he charged more money to my brother and today he tell me that i don't give you the product (He charges extra money) when i ask him he what is the reason he doesn't told me the reason and cancelled my order my question is what is this? All area peoples are same complaint with him that he charges more money and if we don't give him he got angry and got cancelled our order.

                So, please us regarding this.
                This will i'm very glad to you and please take appropriate action on this matter and resolve our problem and deliver my product as soon as possible.

                    Already delivered by same person on dated 21/10/2019 on given address
                    But i physically check and not found any order and then visit to ecom
                    Local store where i came to know that the guy named above take the
                    Product to his home but updated that product is delivered to customer.
                    How disgusting i can't imagine? If you are unable to delivered the
                    Item then please call me and direct me to receive same item. Please
                    Take some serious action against that fellow otherwise we many people
                    Will stop purchasing items from online. For your reference i attach
                    The screenshot which shows delivered on 21/10/2019 but fact that the

                      Dear sir,

                      Yesterday i recieved a call from your end regarding my courier delivery complaint. Yesterday you people have told me that the courier has reached the uran delivery centre already & it will be delivered today before 4pm.

                      Now when i called the customer care people, they told me that its still not connected to the delivery centre. Its still in the biwandi processing centre.

                      What type of a service you people are giving sir. Giving false commitments to the customer

                      The product was a diwali surprise gift to my daughter, but you people made it a flop surprise.

                      Can you atleast confirm me the exact time & date of delivery?

                      M really upset by the way you people are giving service. Its been more than 2 days, its still in the processing centre.

                        My product, ordered from propshop (Awb [protected]), was supposed to be delivered on friday, 25th october. We had contacted the delivery agent and had told him to deliver the parcel to either of the neighbouring houses as there was no one home. However, we did not receive the package on friday. We called and requested the customer care executive to ensure that the delivery happens on saturday; however, despite their assurance, the product remained undelivered. We called the customer care service on sunday, and even then, they could not give us firm assurance that the product would be delivered at least on sunday. The executive wasn't helpful, as despite requesting him to share the delivery agent's number, he has failed to do so. I haven't received any information/notification regarding any complaint being filed from their end in this regard. We hope the concerned authorities would take the requisite action, although at this point, we are unsure that they would do so.

                                I want to share my experience. I had placed one order which was assigned to ecom express. The order was placed on 3 oct 2019 with awb no. [protected]. The item reached the local distribution centre on 8th oct. Since then i am waiting for delivery till 27 oct, 2019.in between i made several attempts to contact their representative. What pathetic situation is with them after making customer to hold the call for nearly 30 min customer care executive will talk. Later he says i will ensure delivery of product next working day. I made several calls to them and every time they said same. Anyhow i got the number of local delivery person and contacted him he also said same i will deliver very soon. But unfortunately i didn't received it till now. The service is pathetic, they lack professionalism and are big liars. They are not making any attempt to deliver and putting on website wrong address. They never contacted me at the time of delivery. They have wasted my time and peace of mind. I highly suggest to companies don't not send their items through ecom express. They are going to suck your business. I want to put case against them. I have all the record of complaints, phone call records which i have e requested to them. But they didn't give any damn. They are least bothered about customer.
                                Kindly suggest me procedure to drag them to court for their irresponsible attitude.

                                  I have ordered a mi a3 mobile from snapmint mobiles.. They have couriered it through ecom express. The expected date of delivery was on 25th october. But you people have kept that box in biwandi office from last 2 days. Please deliver it today. I need to gift that thing to my daughter. Its a diwali gift to her. I do nt see any faster service from your side.

                                      I booked a shoe online the package was handed over to the courier company, ecom express on 7th of october 2019 meanwhile my package arrived at the destination delivery centre that is patna on 13th october and today is 25th october, the package has not been delivered till date, two days ago from now that is 25th october the package was send out for delivery i waited for the whole day to get a call from the delivery boy or from the courier company ecom express but the whole day passed and i got no call the following day when i track my package it said shipment undelivered and the reason given was that i was out of station where as i was waiting for the the package at my residence, when i call the customer care they said that they will personally see to the matter that my package is delivered within 24 to 48 hours, everyday when i call to the customer care they say, "sir kindly wait till tomorrow it will be delivered to you within 24 to 48 hours." i am getting strong feeling that the courier company has lost my package which was prepaid and they are just passing by the time as they have lost the package and they cannot accept their fault when i ask them to give me the the location of the delivery centre in patna don't corporate and they don't give me the address that don't give me the phone number of the patna delivery centre of ecom express, they say that if i want the address and the phone number i have to opt for self pickup but there is a catch there if i opt for the self pick up from the delivery centre then i cannot revert back to the option that some delivery boy wood delivery to my home it has been more than 20 days when i booked my issue it has been around 18 days when the cooler company has got the packageit's been more than 15 days when it has reached the destination delivery centre on top of that the delivery attempt it was not made until the 12th 13th day one delivery attempt was made and that also was false i did not get any call from the delivery boy or the courier company no they are saying that they will deliver it devil delivery delivery delivery delivery but none of that works.

                                        My name is yuvraj singh. I ordered product on myntra. The myntra consigned my product to ecom express courier company to get it delivered to me. But yesterday night at 7:00 pm the delivery boy of ecom express named as hardeep singh (Contact number ‭+[protected]‬) branch distt: barnala punjab called me and used abusive language against me as i refuged to accept delivery at 7:00 pm as the time was beyond the business hours. When i asked him to reschedule the delivery he abused me and said now you will not get your order. Actions to be taken against him..
