The product, i ordered on amazon (Order no awb[protected]) was supposed to be delivered today 19th oct 2019 through ecom express. Bt i received a message at 9:20pm stating that 'your order was undelivered as you refuse to accept'. But i did not refuse to accept. Please could u return my package. Further to notice that i delivery man's phone number was not provided.

My name is Elizabeth Rozario . I make a online shopping of a saree through amazon with online payment. My product not delivered till now. Received a text stating that 'undelivered because I rejected the order'. The ecom courier person's number was not sent in any message. How can i get my product or get back my money???

    My awb number is [protected]. I bought a bag from club factory. Ecom courier service keeps on giving wrong updates. They gave update that they cannot contact me due to incorrect phone number. They also gave update that my address and pincode doesn't match. I have given my correct phone number and address, since i have received products from club factory via other courier services before on the same address. I tired contacting their customer service, but no one picks up the call. I also tried to call the ecom executive, and over call they asked for my awb number. I typed the correct awb number, but they say it's incorrect. Please help, as i need my product.

      My awb no is [protected], from 5 days my product is not getting delivered to me, neither the delivery coming to me nor he is calling to my number. I went to their address in my city kakinada, but their address is also wrong. They've shifted office long back to somewhere else, none of their mobiles are working all are getting invalid mobile no msg. Is this a joke what kind of service is this?

        My awb # is [protected]. It's was an order from myntra, which was supposed to be delivered on the 5th but i have not received any package till date. The website shows that it has been delivered. There's no valid number to get in touch with anyone. Some how i got in touch with the customer number but every day they asked me to call after few hours.
        This is the worst experience i had ever.
        Just let me know if ever i'll receive my order or not.

          I ordered an order in flipkart and the order has to be delivered by ecom express and it has to reach on 18th oct i waited so long for the delivery and i didn't receive any acknowledgement regarding the delivery. When i checked the tracking my product looks undelivered because i refused it seems but i didn't do that and they sent it back to the origin without my knowledge. I requested them to send it back but they are not responding. Awb no. [protected]

            I ordered a watch through snapdeal on 29th september and it was supposed to deliver on 7th october. On that day delivery boy of ecom express called at 8:24p. M and told he was at burrabazar area and due to heavy traffic jam he won't be able to deliver on that day, he would deliver it next morning that is on 8th october. Since then i didn't receive my product inspite of contact with snapdeal and ecom express both, each time they gave assurances that it will be delivered in next 24hrs. But it's 19th october, till date the product is not still delivered and ecom express status is showing that the product is rto lock. Now what to do??? I want my product?

              I ordered from myntra on 1st oct. There were 3 shipments with awb no: [protected], [protected]. There was a problem with the contact no of the person receiving the delivery. So i updated the number with the shopping portal they informed me the update was made from their side and the delivery would be attempted again and to contact ecom express. I tried several times to contact the ecom express, but the executive didnt even hear the problem out and said to contact the shopping portal again, i did that too. Again when i called ecom express today for the update the executive again did the same thing, he didnt even listened to the problem and thanked me for calling them. Out of the 3 shipment, one has already been returned to origin without any re-attempt of delivery or without any attempt to contact and reagrding the remaining two shipment, no effort has been made from the delivery agency to contact me. Without any notice or re attempt they would return the shipement again. Is this the service you are providing!

                I have ordered a panda teddy in flipkart and it was supposed to be delivered by 16th october 2019. On the date of delivery i haven't received any calls from the executive but the product was not delivered due to customer not available. Such a faking one. Today 19th october i got a message from ecom stating that collect your delivery from the specified place within next 15 minutes without mentioning any executive contact number. How could i contact the person for picking my delivery? Seems to # unlogical. What kind of delivery is supposed to be like this? The worst delivery system i have seen. I tried contacting customer care number but still they are not responding to any of my calls. I[censored] can't provide better service please close down the business and get lost. Dont earn money without satisfying the customer needs.

                    My awb number is [protected] and it reached my nearest delivery center 16 oct, 2019 pendurthi bag scanned at dc and delivery is not attempted on 16 oct, 17 oct, 18 oct, 2019. I contacted ecom express customer care regarding this several times and get response that it will be delivered in 24 hrs every day. One day when i contacted them one of customer care representative try to help me by providing contact details of delivery center but he failed to provide address and contact numbers of my pendurthi delivery center and even for visakhapatnam centers. This shows how ecom is running their services. It is so fuuny that none of the information of visakhapatnam services are not available with ecom express, i request ecom express to resovle this issue as soon as possible and get my order delivered soon.

                    I myself visited all ecom centers in visakhapatnam and went to pendurthi delivery center and get my order, I got to know that lack of delivery persons are available in visakhapatnam centers lead to no attempt by ecom express delivery center.So, It is so bad from ecom express running delivery centers with less number of staff.Please improve your services.

                      Hi, the awb numbers: [protected], [protected] are stuck in hyderabad from 2 days and these are not attempted to deliver yet. And when we call to customer care they are saying that it will be delivered in 24hrs but since 3 days it's not delivered. Can u pls check this and do the needful and the people are suffering a lot with this courier service and pls take necessary action

                        The product i ordered through amazon was supposed to be delivered by ecom express.. On 12th october 2019 the product was out for delivery but i dint receive it even on 19th october 2019.. They updated a false status that delivery was attempted but customer not available.. I dint receive any calls from the delivery person neither did anyone come to my address. I raised a complaint and it was said that it will be delivered the next working day.. But i never received it. When i contacted ecom express customer service i dint get any proper response.. I had kept waiting for this stupid courier service for almost a week.. Kindly take action against it

                            1. I had to cancel a flipkart order which was not being delivered by ecom express after reaching the hub for several days (Awb [protected]). Now they have not even returned the package due to which even my refund is not being issued.
                            2. Another order (Awb [protected]) which i was supposed to receive by 14-15th of october is available on their hub since 12th of october, but they don't deliver it.
                            3. A cod order (Awb [protected]) which was supposed to be delivered by 15th, is not being delivered. Same problem as before.
                            4. An order which was expected to be delivered today (Awb [protected]) was not delivered. I received a message that the package is out for delivery and after some minutes, i received another message stating that i wasn't available so the delivery couldn't be made. No phone calls, no one knocking my door, nothing. This is so frustrating!!

                              Awb no [protected]. Day before yesterday, tracking showed, "out for delivery". Late night on the same day, it showed, "undelivered, wrong address". Later received sms, saying "undelivered, for further instruction, click...", through which, i responded by confirming that address is correct and deliver on 17th. Till this time, 18th, 21:30hrs., item was not delivered, nor nobody called. I don't know fate of the consignment.

                              They did nothing. But, I myself went to the office and enquired. After several days of enquiry, I went again. They searched for the product in my presence. They could trace it from lots of bags piling in the office, after rigorous search only. That's the fate!!!

                              Actually we receive one or more shipments daily from different other courier services and even postal service to the same address. I can not understand it being labelled as wrong address. There is a contact number to contact.

                                I have ordered an item from myntra., from the past 3 days i'm getting messages from ecom mentioning that the item will be delivered, but no one came or called. Yesterday evening i went to the centre, they said that the item was kept underneath and asked me to come the next day and given reason's that it is not possible to deliver the item at my door step. After my work i went there, they asked me to wait for some time, after 15 min's when i asked about my item, they replied me very rudely as if they're giving the item for free. Speaking personal calls and they made me stand for 45-50 minutes outside the ecom centre. Not about the pickups or delivery, it is how you respond when a customer approaches... And i give 0 marks for the personnel for that.

                                  I ordered my samsung phone and delivery was assigned to ecom express. While ordering the product i mentioned the correct address but the last digit of pincode was wrongly inserted.
                                  I can see my product moving between various delivery centres in the city and not getting out for delivery. I tried calling ecom helpline but its always busy.
                                  Correct pincode : 560017

                                  Kindly fix this issue.

I mentioned my full address in detail but carrier have problem two delver my products. I try to contact with delivery agency but it not answering me.
