Awb no [protected]. Day before yesterday, tracking showed, "out for delivery". Late night on the same day, it showed, "undelivered, wrong address". Later received sms, saying "undelivered, for further instruction, click...", through which, i responded by confirming that address is correct and deliver on 17th. Till this time, 18th, 21:30hrs., item was not delivered, nor nobody called. I don't know fate of the consignment.

Complaint marked as Resolved They did nothing. But, I myself went to the office and enquired. After several days of enquiry, I went again. They searched for the product in my presence. They could trace it from lots of bags piling in the office, after rigorous search only. That's the fate!!!

Actually we receive one or more shipments daily from different other courier services and even postal service to the same address. I can not understand it being labelled as wrong address. There is a contact number to contact.
