Ecom express delivery boy behaving very rudely and speaking very roughly, extremely arrogant and threatening to not giving me the parcel and returning it to the original owner and very bad behaviour. He even said that he is moving with the package for about 15 days, when the order is just giving just 8 days back. The awb number is [protected]. Please replace such arrogant people from ecom as it downgrades the companies reputation.

      I had ordered my 2 t-shirts which were already paid online on 2-oct and 3-oct i received message that order has been sipped with ecom express with awb no: [protected].

      And after that i have not received any other communication from them.
      Moreover when i called cust care, they are always saying system is upgrading so cannot check the details. This is really unethical behavior and why they are sitting there when they cannot check any details.

          Myntra and ecom express does not take their service seriously. It is sheer negligence on their part.             Delivery executive didn't even called to my mobile number and i gave proper shipment address along with landmarks and pincode. How he can say its wrong address. Even if he ask my apartment watchman also, that person will take to my flat. But this not acceptable, this very poor customer service you have provided. I never faced this issue with other delivery service company. My awb no is. [protected].

                My name is sandipan bhuiya from kolkata. I have purchased a nokia phone worth inr 22999 from flipkart on 30th september, 2019 during the so called big billion days and the amount was paid to flipkart. On 3rd october, 2019 the awb # [protected] was generated and the delivery was suppose to done by 4th october, 2019. When i didn't receive my delivery within the said time, i complained to flipkart and ecom express. They said that the product would be delivered. Days went on. Somehow i managed the no. Of mr. Wahid who takes care of delivery of products in ecom express kolkata, manicktala branch and also my product is lying in that branch only. I called many a times mr. Wahid and begged for my delivery but he misbehaved and was rude to me and also said that product won't be delivered. Do whatever you want. I informed about the incident to flipkart and ecom express but as usual they are very reluctant and didn't help me after putting so many mails. Finally i decided to cancel the product on 20th october, 2019 but flipkart is a disgusting platform they have removed the cancellation option. I requested flipkart to cancel my order and do the refund but still they didn't cancel and said we have forwarded the cancellation request but let see when it will happen. I am shocked! Depressed and too much frustrated.

                    My tracking details show that the oder was out for delivery and it could not be delivered due to wrong address. The address i Have provided is absolutely correct and i even had coversations with shein customer care they say that they have informed Ecom express to re deliver it. However no action has been taken by the ecom express. I triend calling customer care number provided by ecom express the number is not available.Issues-
                    1. The delivery person details should b provided to me and my details to him..on the day of delivery so that i can help him out if there is any issue im locating address.

                    2. Without even attempting delivery why mu correct address is made to see wrong one

                    3. I was not send any information on my mail or my number regarding failed delivery. Its only when i checked the tracking details i saw it marked un delivered.

                    4. Now that i know the reason of non delivery and even after sorting the problem there is no prescribed way of requesting re-delivery for my parcel. The only way was to contact shein and even they say that it depends on shipping co. as to when they will respond to my request.

                    5. I ordered it on 7.10.2019 and it is 21.10.2019 still waiting for any information about where my parcel is and no clear info. about will receive it or not forget about which date.

                    Really Disappointed.

                      I have ordered two products in mantra and its courier service was Ecom express I was supposed to receive my product by the 12th of October. But I have yet to receive my product. On the Myntra site it said out for delivery on 11th but I had received no calls and no courier arrived.no update for a week.
                      i had checked from the official ecom tracking site and it was shown that on the 11th it was out for delivery from BANGALORE .why?

                      later on the 19th, it reported a product out for delivery and due to some work I couldn't attend it.
                      later I got the notification that I had rejected my delivery and i was going to be returned. the courier for some odd reason declared my delivery as rejecting after only the first attempt. I clarified it and asked for a reschedule the next day and the next day went to the courier and said he had not brought my products because the person who came in substitute for him declared I did not want my product. I requested him to deliver my product for today but he failed to show up and I have still to receive any calls for my courier itself.

                      now when I track my product i is displayed an RTO lock even after I had asked for a reschedule

                        Absolutely disgusted by the service of ecom express doom dooma. This isn't the first time that my shipment was received in the courier center and that they did not contact me or deliver my package.
                        I made an order, the payment is done already, from amazon.in. I can even share my shipment awb number if required. The place is far from my home but they did not even come to the town until where i can go and collect it. This happened with my friend as well, a few days back. With me, this is the second time. Kindly look into the matter. The branch is doom dooma branch, ecom express.

                        The quality of this product is below standard, too inferior, the size is nothing to write home about and secondly it's not what I ordered for so I want the product to be returned to the seller and my money refund.                         After keeping shipment for 3 days they are still not delivering at the address.

                                I had ordered a diwan set through myntra on 6th october.. The delivery date given was 15th october.. I had received a message from myntra on 14th saying that delivery was unsuccessful since customer is not available. The delivery is to be done by ecom express. I am available 24x7 at my house. There was no delivery done on 14th by any person nor was any communication done by ecom regarding the delivery. It has been 5 days and still the delivery is not done. Ecom express is not giving me proper information about the delivery and i am not able to cancel my order in myntra. Finally i am at a loss of rs. 1300. I want to register a complaint against myntra and ecom express regarding this

                                  I ordered a book on flipkart. It was supposed to be delivered by 10.10.2019.
                                  However, i did not receive it and a sms came which said it was due to the address being unlocated. The address is all right.
                                  But i did not get the product till date. The awb no is... (Protected). My address is all right. It is a very bad service. I hoped something better. The parcel is said to be out for delivery. I was out of my town and my phone was switched off for sometime.
                                  But after switching it on, i did not notice any missed call at all. I is very disappointing. It says my address is unlocated. But it is correct. I checked it twice. I hope for some help towards me and also hope my parcel reaches me soon.

                                    My myntra product should be delivered on or before october 14, but i didn't get it till now. It has been 6 days and there is no information about it and it has reached the delivery center but they are not delivering it. It is in hyderabad delivering center. I tried to contact customer care but the number is coming as invalid number.

                                      I was booked one product from vlcc on 29/09/19. It reached destination that is guntur on 06/10/19 on sunday. Delivery staff called me to deliver the parcel. But on that day i was not here. So i told him please bring the parcel on monday on 07/10/2010. I was received message as parcel out for delivery at 10.58am on 07/10/19 and parcel undelivered due to you are not available at 11.02am on 07/10/19. Within 4minutes they put on undelivery reason. It means delivery staff not came to delivery the parcel, i am waiting to take the patcel on 07/10/19 but how they tell i am not available... I was called the delivery staff 3times about my parcel, 3 times also they told tommorrow i will come, but till today they did not came any phone call also i did not received, parcel came on 6th october today date is 20th october till now i am not get deliver the parcel...

                                        I had placed an order number - s[protected] dated 07 oct. 2019 on club factory website for vintage summer dress peacock nightwear. Few days later on tracking, status showed expected delivery by 25 oct 2019. I was eagerly waiting for the item to be delivered. (Tracking - [protected]).
                                        Today on tracking again, i was surprised to note that it is returned back to supplier.
                                        During the period from 12 oct to date, i received no update by sms or email or over mobile phone, and item is being returned.
