I had placed an order number - s[protected] dated 07 oct. 2019 on club factory website for vintage summer dress peacock nightwear. Few days later on tracking, status showed expected delivery by 25 oct 2019. I was eagerly waiting for the item to be delivered. (Tracking - [protected]).
Today on tracking again, i was surprised to note that it is returned back to supplier.
During the period from 12 oct to date, i received no update by sms or email or over mobile phone, and item is being returned.

I am tired of contacting you.
First you don't deliver the order giving false reasons that address is not proper even when it was not so.
Then when i tried to contact you.
No customer service numbers are picking my call.(some didn't even connect)
Then by chance when you replied one of my mails you erroneously gave me details of another AWB number.
Today while tracking i found out the shippemnt is RTO LOCK.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER!
SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
