    I am not pick up delivery boy call 1 time 2nd time i recieved his call he said come to office to recieve the product. When i go to the office card payment opintion is not their.
    He said he will dilever tomorrow but still i have no information about my product.
    So kindly inform me wheather it will dilever today or not.
    And give me reason why it will not dilever tomorrow.
    After all my product is in my village since from yesterday.

      It is regrettable to inform you that even after telephonic call and assurance to deliver the items by 25th oct of [protected] yourrep of patna willingly not deliver the goods. Instead they are sending massage that the address is not correct or call is not available which is totally baseless and intentionally they r not delivering. The location is also a prime location of patna and just adjacent to your bhootnath office. Pliz do needful to deliver by tomorrow. Thanks

        I want to share my experience. I had placed one order which was assigned to ecom express. The order was placed on 3 oct 2019 with awb no. [protected]. The item reached the local distribution centre on 8th oct. Since then i am waiting for delivery till 27 oct, 2019.in between i made several attempts to contact their representative. What pathetic situation is with them after making customer to hold the call for nearly 30 min customer care executive will talk. Later he says i will ensure delivery of product next working day. I made several calls to them and every time they said same. Anyhow i got the number of local delivery person and contacted him he also said same i will deliver very soon. But unfortunately i didn't received it till now. The service is pathetic, they lack professionalism and are big liars. They are not making any attempt to deliver and putting on website wrong address. They never contacted me at the time of delivery. They have wasted my time and peace of mind. I highly suggest to companies don't not send their items through ecom express. They are going to suck your business. I want to put case against them. I have all the record of complaints, phone call records which i have e requested to them. But they didn't give any damn. They are least bothered about customer.
        Kindly suggest me procedure to drag them to court for their irresponsible attitude.

          I have ordered a mi a3 mobile from snapmint mobiles.. They have couriered it through ecom express. The expected date of delivery was on 25th october. But you people have kept that box in biwandi office from last 2 days. Please deliver it today. I need to gift that thing to my daughter. Its a diwali gift to her. I do nt see any faster service from your side.

              I booked a shoe online the package was handed over to the courier company, ecom express on 7th of october 2019 meanwhile my package arrived at the destination delivery centre that is patna on 13th october and today is 25th october, the package has not been delivered till date, two days ago from now that is 25th october the package was send out for delivery i waited for the whole day to get a call from the delivery boy or from the courier company ecom express but the whole day passed and i got no call the following day when i track my package it said shipment undelivered and the reason given was that i was out of station where as i was waiting for the the package at my residence, when i call the customer care they said that they will personally see to the matter that my package is delivered within 24 to 48 hours, everyday when i call to the customer care they say, "sir kindly wait till tomorrow it will be delivered to you within 24 to 48 hours." i am getting strong feeling that the courier company has lost my package which was prepaid and they are just passing by the time as they have lost the package and they cannot accept their fault when i ask them to give me the the location of the delivery centre in patna don't corporate and they don't give me the address that don't give me the phone number of the patna delivery centre of ecom express, they say that if i want the address and the phone number i have to opt for self pickup but there is a catch there if i opt for the self pick up from the delivery centre then i cannot revert back to the option that some delivery boy wood delivery to my home it has been more than 20 days when i booked my issue it has been around 18 days when the cooler company has got the packageit's been more than 15 days when it has reached the destination delivery centre on top of that the delivery attempt it was not made until the 12th 13th day one delivery attempt was made and that also was false i did not get any call from the delivery boy or the courier company no they are saying that they will deliver it devil delivery delivery delivery delivery but none of that works.

But yesterday night at 7:00 pm the delivery boy of ecom express named as hardeep singh (Contact number ‭+[protected]‬) branch distt: barnala punjab called me and used abusive language against me as i refuged to accept delivery at 7:00 pm as the time was beyond the business hours. When i asked him to reschedule the delivery he abused me and said now you will not get your order. Actions to be taken against him..

They send some items through ecom express and after few days it shows that the agent couldn’t reach me and it’s canceled, it happens several times, the agent never even contacted me, through call, by the way am a frequent buyer from online shops, and am getting all items without any difficulties from other courier service like delhivery, ecart, etc
                  This is the worst courier service ever i have seen,

                          Hello, i am yogesh ghanekar, i have ordered 4 quatities of noise colorfit pro 2 watches from flipkart. And the shipment is suppose to be delivered by ecom express on 24th of oct 2019 as per i receive the sms on mobile. But the order didn't delivered and also the awb number was showing invalid after calling to ecom executive (Awb : [protected]). Even there was no sms of delay in delivery. Kindly provide me the delivery of my product asap by today. And also improve your sms notifications incase if order is getting delay.                                 Hey!... I have ordered products from nyka my awb number is [protected]. I have experienced similar issues before with ecom express services. First they didn't make any attempt to call me and second no attempt was made at the delivery address. The most irritating part is you applying completely fake traking status. This is totally unprofessional and irritating. Imagine when u ordered something for someone else's birthday and still not receiving even well after delivery date.

                                  I ordered earphones on club factory on 6 oct. The delivery was expected on 19 oct. The order was out to delivery on 19th but the delivery boy didn't call me. When i tracked down my order details in site its written consignee asked for future delivery. This is wrong when your delivery boy don't even attempt to reach me through call u can't write whatever you want. Please respond for further details of order and make sure you don't do the same with other customers.

                                    My tracking id:[protected] i was suppose to receive the parcel yesterday i was waiting the whole day but no one showed up and finally received a call saying i have to pick up the parcel from their office.
                                    We do online shopping because it has a benefit of home delivery or else we could go to shopping malls.
                                    I received an sms stating you guys couldn't deliver cause i dont have cash available and now it held at facility for cash pick up.. How insulting that is. If i dont have cash available, why would i place the order.
                                    Its disgusting and insulting i will write to amazon as well regarding this incident.
                                    The only job of a courier company is to do deliver if you cant do that you have no right to stay in the business.

                                      My order was scheduled to be delivered on 14/10/2019 but due to certain reasons was not. N since then it's stated that they will reattempt delivery in the next working day. From 20/10/2019 I have been continuously calling n enquiring about the product. N all I get is an apology n a false assurance stating that the order will be delivered within 24 hours. I even spoke to senior supervisor n he told stated same. N yet I did not receive my order. N now they have blocked my number. The call gets disconnected on it's own. Awb number is [protected] . I want my order asap. I have recordings of their call from my number n immediately from other number to confirm.
