I had orders a product from Amazon ( Cloudtail), last week in the first attempt the delivery did not occur and was said customer unavailable ( I was available) second day no contact from their side and was mentioned that the address is wrong( have received 51 parcels in last 6 months from amazon) after contacting customer care they said in 24 hours we will send the product, and without informing order was returned to seller, Second order of same product was placed on 13th October and reached Delivery Center and was out for delivery on 15th, no communication from courier side and I was messaged that delivery attempted customer out of station( present at the address for 24/7) always lying on the website, no proper channel to contact, local outlet no number( some sought of secret society?), even after contacting customer care same response of will deliver in 24 hours with surety( making joke of customers) REALLY FRUSTATED WITH THE FRIVILOUS LIES, DICEITFUL TACTICS, CHEATING.
