Ecom delivery boy did not not deliver currier to my address. Neither he called me properly for delivery. He simple gives miss call and once i picked his call, he didn't reply a word.
When i complained this behaviour to north lakhimpur, assam e com currier office, they miss behaved me instead of apology.

This is not the first time i experienced this, previously also this thing happened to me.
Please monitor these thing and try to rectify your service.

    The above order was going to be delivered on 10th of october however, i didn't received any call from delivery agent regarding this order till now.

    This was supposed to be a gift for my father and grand father so please don't cancel the order or create a new order.

    I got to know that ecom express people never attempted the delivery and they are updating the false updates regarding the order.

    I already contacted you before but nothing happened.

    Please help me.

          I've an order pending since many days from flipkart. AwB number [protected]
          I've given my complete address and my contact number. I didn't get any calls from the delivery guy for the product which was to be delivered today. I myself tried contacting the delivery agent in the number I got on msg. He didn't pick up. Such impudent guys they hire. Then few mins back I got a msg saying my address was unlocatable and hence the product couldn't be deliver. I had given Patna medial college and hospital as the delivery adress. EVERYONE knows about it. How is it unlocatable? Those guys can just write anything and send? Can't do their jobs properly amd blame every other thing for their shortcomings. I've received multiple orders from various delivery services on the very same address. And their incompetent delivery persons can't locate my address? It's pure mental harrassment for the customers. I want my product delivered by tomorrow and action to be taken against the delivery agent at fault.

            My order is at ecom express courier office and i can't received my order. Only my goes out for delivery for false view but they can't delivered yet . Ecom express service is very bad and they can't do their duty properly. I also call customer care but they cut my call again and again.               It is here to inform you that after repeated complains no action has been taken to solve the problem regarding delivery of product by ecom express as well as no reply to the previous complain mails.
              Recently again I faced a problem regarding AwB number [protected]
              Where no contact was made regarding address but within a span o few minutes address was made unlocatable at berhampore region in West Bengal pin - 742101
              Previously I had faced the same problem and had to recieve the product all the way by myself. Due to this incompetence regarding delivery and no help from helpcentre, customers like me are facing numerous problems.

                I booked a item on 10 October from 2gud.com on 14th October the tracking status showing bag connected from hum in Kolkata today is 16th October still no change in Status. When I call there customer care service twice they are telling me that there system is updating so have to call later both the time. Very horrible experience for me. I have paid the amount of my booking. Now I am afraid for my money.

                    Amazon order tracking id#[protected] was undelivered by ecom express courier. It was supposed to have been delivered between 4th & 7th oct, 2019. Today is 16th oct, 2019.

                    What is more surprising is that ecom express courier has lied stating that attempt was made and customer was unavailable two times (2:29pm & 8:44pm) on the same day 4th oct, 2019.

                    Another very important negative aspect/process of ecom express courier is that they don't share their courier delivery person's phone number when the order is out for delivery.

                    I want my order delivered.

                    The courier man doesn't came to my adress and automatically cancelled my order by saying that someone has told him to do so. Also, he cut my call while i was talking and lied to me. Ridiculous experience with Ecom Express. Earlier also, they delayed order and doesn't informed me with my product cancellation.

                    In my case, I had received one SMS around 2:29pm and then again another SMS around 8:44pm on the same day 4th Oct, 2019 that the Delivery was attempted and was unsuccessful because customer was not present, when nobody called me and nobody came to my address. And the name and contact number of the Delivery person was not shared by ECom Express.

                    This needs to be seriously taken by all stakeholders here - Amazon, ECom Express, The Seller and The Customer. All are negatively affected by this. Something needs to be done to improve the process. Such couriers/delays needs to be penalized.

                      Dear my pre-paid medlife medicine was sent by awb no [protected] your service, on 15/10/2019 saturday i was called by [protected] &[protected] & [protected] by this number in a period of 3 minutes. But i am attendding urgent meeting for 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, after that i am not contacted by your courier service till 8:05 pm.
                      At 8:05 pm i got sms of your order or7686usa-oo5a of awb no [protected] has been successfuly delivered, at that time i don't get my order. Your ecom-express office is just a 300 to 400 meters long from my address.
                      After that i went to courier office to collect personally.                           I had orders a product from Amazon ( Cloudtail), last week in the first attempt the delivery did not occur and was said customer unavailable ( I was available) second day no contact from their side and was mentioned that the address is wrong( have received 51 parcels in last 6 months from amazon) after contacting customer care they said in 24 hours we will send the product, and without informing order was returned to seller, Second order of same product was placed on 13th October and reached Delivery Center and was out for delivery on 15th, no communication from courier side and I was messaged that delivery attempted customer out of station( present at the address for 24/7) always lying on the website, no proper channel to contact, local outlet no number( some sought of secret society?), even after contacting customer care same response of will deliver in 24 hours with surety( making joke of customers) REALLY FRUSTATED WITH THE FRIVILOUS LIES, DICEITFUL TACTICS, CHEATING.                             Very bad service offered by delivery boy he call me to deliver the item at 2pm. I was waiting for delivery. But he not come he call me approximately 3pm. But my phone is unreachable. As i got the message i called him 5 times. He did not pick the call again next day i called him. He assured me to deliver the product in 2 hrs. But again i did not get my product. Its 3 days i am too tired. Sorry to say but too bad service. The results shows in ecom order track shocks me that address is unlocatable.

                              Hello, its been more than 25 Days that we have sent a parcel from Ahmedabad to Payannur but the customer has not recived the parcel.

                              Awb No :- [protected]

                              The above Tracking No is showing that the parcel is delievered on 21st September but the customer has not still recieved it.
                              We are trying to escalate it but no positive reply is coming. because of bad service of Ecom, out company is facing issues from my customer.

                              I dont know why they have actually updated a Fake copy of POD that customer has recieved.

                              Kindly check and please deliever the parcel

                                I have returned a monitor. But they called me and said they have no proper equipments for transporting it on that day and said to reschedule to another day. So as per their request i rescheduled. But they didnt came to pickup again. So the product is remained unpicked up till 1 month and i am not getting the refund amount. So the flipkart saying that it will be refunded only after their pickup but ecom express is not doing their duty. So i am in a big trouble

                                  I have ordered a product via amazon on 4th october and product was shipped on 9th. Now delivery person is denying to deliver this product at my home and asked me to collect it from their office which is far from my home. Now on amazon the status is showing as "attempted delivery, customer was unavailable" which is wrong information. They asked me to collect it from a different point, but i was unable to go that point. When i requested them to deliver at my home, they said to raise a complaint. I am very much disappointed with is service. Please do the needful to deliver the product at my home.

                                  I have ordered a product via 1 MG on 2th october and product was shipped on 10th. Now delivery person is denying to deliver this product at my home and asked me to collect it from Bhawani Village which is far from my home. Now on 1 MG the status is showing as "attempted delivery, customer address wrong " which is wrong information. They asked me to collect it from a different point, but i was unable to go that point. When i requested them to deliver at my home, they said to raise a complaint. I am very much disappointed with is service. Please do the needful to deliver the product at my home.

                                    I ordered a trouser from myntra (1/10/2019) and delivery was expected to 12/10/2019 but the item did not deliver to me yet. When i tracked order from ecom express site they mentioned that item undelivered due to heavy rain but it is not true there has been no rain for 10 days (Such a big fraud). When i made a complaint, they ask me to wait for 24 hours but no response. Whenever i called them, they just ask me to wait for 24 hours. It is almost 3 days but no delivery occurred. I just want to deliver my item within 2 days

                                      I ordered a product from myntra on 5th october 2019., but till now it is not delivered yet. Yeasterday it was out for delivery but when i contacted a delivery person he totally denied to come doorstep delivery and misbehave with me. After that, a msg came last night that delivery failed due to the wrong address. I was totally surprised at that particular address all delivery, amazon such other type of other delivery people come and deliver their product but ecom express person denied to come. Please help me it is a prepaid product.

                                        The awb numbered consignments not delivered by ecom in chennai. But the tracking history reveals that attempts have been made for delivery and found the premises closed or locked. But we at homey solutions rejects this reason. These are snapdeal undelivered items returnable to us. But not delivered. Please look into this. Expecting the delivery of the items.

                                        Yesterday someone from ECOM called from the number [protected] and said the delivery will be made as it’s out for delivery. But the guy never turned up. My repeated calls to this number went unanswered. Late in the night when I tracked the AWB it was updated as ‘delivery attempted and the residence/ premises closed’. It’s ridiculous. The whole day we’re waiting for the delivery, in the end it was never made and to our surprise it was updated as the Residence/ premises closed

                                        This complaint is not against Snapdeal. The ECOM Express is not returning the SD buyer returned items. Resorting into fraudulent ways blaming us that our premises is closed while they attempted the delivery. We are the SD seller. The suborder is in this case are 36823954803 and 37432858497
