I had orders a product from Amazon ( Cloudtail), last week in the first attempt the delivery did not occur and was said customer unavailable ( I was available) second day no contact from their side and was mentioned that the address is wrong( have received 51 parcels in last 6 months from amazon) after contacting customer care they said in 24 hours we will send the product, and without informing order was returned to seller, Second order of same product was placed on 13th October and reached Delivery Center and was out for delivery on 15th, no communication from courier side and I was messaged that delivery attempted customer out of station( present at the address for 24/7) always lying on the website, no proper channel to contact, local outlet no number( some sought of secret society?), even after contacting customer care same response of will deliver in 24 hours with surety( making joke of customers) REALLY FRUSTATED WITH THE FRIVILOUS LIES, DICEITFUL TACTICS, CHEATING.     Very bad service offered by delivery boy he call me to deliver the item at 2pm. I was waiting for delivery. But he not come he call me approximately 3pm. But my phone is unreachable. As i got the message i called him 5 times. He did not pick the call again next day i called him. He assured me to deliver the product in 2 hrs. But again i did not get my product. Its 3 days i am too tired. Sorry to say but too bad service. The results shows in ecom order track shocks me that address is unlocatable.

      Hello, its been more than 25 Days that we have sent a parcel from Ahmedabad to Payannur but the customer has not recived the parcel.

      Awb No :- [protected]

      The above Tracking No is showing that the parcel is delievered on 21st September but the customer has not still recieved it.
      We are trying to escalate it but no positive reply is coming. because of bad service of Ecom, out company is facing issues from my customer.

      I dont know why they have actually updated a Fake copy of POD that customer has recieved.

      Kindly check and please deliever the parcel

        I have returned a monitor. But they called me and said they have no proper equipments for transporting it on that day and said to reschedule to another day. So as per their request i rescheduled. But they didnt came to pickup again. So the product is remained unpicked up till 1 month and i am not getting the refund amount. So the flipkart saying that it will be refunded only after their pickup but ecom express is not doing their duty. So i am in a big trouble

          I have ordered a product via amazon on 4th october and product was shipped on 9th. Now delivery person is denying to deliver this product at my home and asked me to collect it from their office which is far from my home. Now on amazon the status is showing as "attempted delivery, customer was unavailable" which is wrong information. They asked me to collect it from a different point, but i was unable to go that point. When i requested them to deliver at my home, they said to raise a complaint. I am very much disappointed with is service. Please do the needful to deliver the product at my home.

          I have ordered a product via 1 MG on 2th october and product was shipped on 10th. Now delivery person is denying to deliver this product at my home and asked me to collect it from Bhawani Village which is far from my home. Now on 1 MG the status is showing as "attempted delivery, customer address wrong " which is wrong information. They asked me to collect it from a different point, but i was unable to go that point. When i requested them to deliver at my home, they said to raise a complaint. I am very much disappointed with is service. Please do the needful to deliver the product at my home.

            I ordered a trouser from myntra (1/10/2019) and delivery was expected to 12/10/2019 but the item did not deliver to me yet. When i tracked order from ecom express site they mentioned that item undelivered due to heavy rain but it is not true there has been no rain for 10 days (Such a big fraud). When i made a complaint, they ask me to wait for 24 hours but no response. Whenever i called them, they just ask me to wait for 24 hours. It is almost 3 days but no delivery occurred. I just want to deliver my item within 2 days

              I ordered a product from myntra on 5th october 2019., but till now it is not delivered yet. Yeasterday it was out for delivery but when i contacted a delivery person he totally denied to come doorstep delivery and misbehave with me. After that, a msg came last night that delivery failed due to the wrong address. I was totally surprised at that particular address all delivery, amazon such other type of other delivery people come and deliver their product but ecom express person denied to come. Please help me it is a prepaid product.

                The awb numbered consignments not delivered by ecom in chennai. But the tracking history reveals that attempts have been made for delivery and found the premises closed or locked. But we at homey solutions rejects this reason. These are snapdeal undelivered items returnable to us. But not delivered. Please look into this. Expecting the delivery of the items.

                Yesterday someone from ECOM called from the number [protected] and said the delivery will be made as it’s out for delivery. But the guy never turned up. My repeated calls to this number went unanswered. Late in the night when I tracked the AWB it was updated as ‘delivery attempted and the residence/ premises closed’. It’s ridiculous. The whole day we’re waiting for the delivery, in the end it was never made and to our surprise it was updated as the Residence/ premises closed

                This complaint is not against Snapdeal. The ECOM Express is not returning the SD buyer returned items. Resorting into fraudulent ways blaming us that our premises is closed while they attempted the delivery. We are the SD seller. The suborder is in this case are 36823954803 and 37432858497

                      Out for delivery message was received at 7:54pm on 14.10.19. Made contact delivery agent from my end at 8:40pm. He replied that he will check and will call me back within few mins. After 10 minsvI tried multiple times, but agent didn't respond. Now, a msg received on 11:03pm which states as address was unlocatable. Agent didn't even contact me. All the flipkart/amazon etc. products are being delivered at my address regularly. Utterly false statement from agent.

                      Stern action should be taken against delivery agent. He not only defames Ecom express and Flipkart but also makes highly negative views about your courier service amongst customers. Blue dart, Delhivery, EKart, DTDC, India Post are performing well in order to make delivery smoothly at my residential address and others in our locality. From my earlier experience, Sometimes your Ecom express was doing well in our area. I think there is some issue with this delivery agent only. Negatively communicative, precocious in nature. Without making any contact to customer, he deliberately doing this in perverse manner.

                      Myself Sk Mantajur, my three product have not delivered till now though it suppose to be on 11th Oct, 2019. Product AWB NO --[protected]/[protected]... Third AWB no I don't have actually...
                      Firstly product not delivered to me ..secondly courier boy given wrong information regarding me like( location not found, customer refuse to take it etc)...From 11 Oct not a single call done to me... Only in the morning message came that product out for deliver and in the evening again message came that location not found or customer refuse to take it which is absolutely false update given regarding me...When your courier not possible to deliver product to customer, then why you open the office in this area??? Only to give pain customer?? Really horrible.
                      I am realty upset, in too much pain...why I suffer for your pathetic courier service... Really cheating to me. please do some thing for getting those product as soon as possible and please relief me from your disgusting courier service.

                        I requested home delivery of my Vodafone sim with mnp. Selected the date as 10th October
                        Vodafone has a tie up with EcomEx.
                        EcomEx is not delivering the sim from 10th.
                        Everyday I ask them, they say it will be done by tomorrow. Every other day I check it says it's in transit but at Eod there will be no delivery attempt also. I checked today also with team but no luck.
                        I am not able to understand what's the issue is.

                          I ordered an item from Flipkart and the out for delivery sms was received on 13.10.2019. I received a call from one of the offices of ecom express requested me that they are unable to deliver the item today and the same shall be delivered by 14.10.2019 morning to which i agreed on humanitarian ground. To my surprise when I checked for tracking on ecom express website i found that the shipment tracking mentioned that consignee has requested for future delivery which i did not do at all. However, I called the customer care at about 10.30 AM 0n 14.10.2019 and I was assured of delivery on 14.10.19 and i requested a call from delivery boy which never came to me any ways. i called at 6.30 PM and again I was assured of the delivery by 8.00PM 0n 14.10.19 which also never took place. At 8.00 PM i again called and after long waiting I was told very easily that they are sorry for the inconvenience and the item will be delivered on 15.10.19.
                          Such level of bogus commitment, third grade service, false information and series of lies to customer and irresponsible behavior in today"s supply chain environment is a shame to the company. i would request the responsible authorities to please provide me a feed back, the least that they can do.

                            I ordered 3 items from club factory on 25sept nd it was supposed to come by 9th october via ecom express but i have not received my order yet..also i tracked my order from their website which is showing pickup rescheduled on daily basis from last 10-12 days..I also ordered one other item which i got delivered within few days so i thought other items will be delivered soon bt i have not received other items yet and i am highly disappointed with this service

                                  I ordered seagate backup plus hard drive from paytm mall and it was supposed to deliver by e-com express awb[protected], they did not contacted to me once and saying they attempted to deliver my product but i was unavailable to receive it. And now my product will be returned back after last delivery attempt, if they do this again (Fake delivery attempt), i ordered this on prepaid and i got discount and cashback coupon for this order which was in offer, than i had to pay it back also or i may get deducted refund. Pls solve my problem or provide their address of gwalior courier office, so i can take it from their.

                                    I had placed an order on myntra on 3rd october. The order was out of delivery on 11th october, but till now (14th october) product is not delivered to me. Awb[protected]. I had placed that order during sale time, so it cost me less, moreover i used a 200rs coupon for this. So if the product is un delivered my coupon will be lost, which i can use for my further order. So please look into the matter and solve this matter as soon as possible.

                                      My order when tracked keeps showing that the pickup is being rescheduled very frequently after it has been shipped. I need the package urgently.
