I have ordered 7 products from myntra one of which shows out for delivery since the day before yesterday and two of which shows out for delivery since today morning.
Myntra shows that my products has been shipped through ecom express. On the day before yesterday the delivery boy refused to deliver the product upto my home, he asked me to collect the product 1 km far from my home or take it on the next day. So i asked him to deliver it next day. On that day the update shows that the product is undelivered due to rain and bad weather. On the next day no update is seen nor any call has been recieved, in the evening when i checked the update, it shows that product is undelivered and the consignee requested for future delivery (But i didn't asked for it nor i got any call or any text about that).
Then today i called that guy and he told me that "another boy is delivering your products today, be ready". I waited the whole day. Same things happened, no texts no calls received. I called him in the evening again, he apologized and said "the boy is new. I will talk to him and tell him to deliver your products". Its 7:30 now and i called him again and asked for the contact number of that delivery guy. Then called him. He rudely picks up the call and told that your product has been returned and maybe tomorrow it will be delivered. I asked him "how can it be possible, your senior told me you are in my area since morning and you didn't even called me once, i am connected with him since morning and he told that the product will deliver today only". The boy replied "arey bhai ab aapka saaman wapas aa gaya hai hum kya kare. Ab kal hi saman milega". I got offended and asked him "ok then deliver it tomorrow its urgent." for which he replied "tomorrow i will not be delivering your products, some other guy will do this". Then i hung up.
Now what should i do in this situation, i did whatever possible. This is my first time ordering clothes from myntra and i think it will be my last time too. Ekart serives are far more better than your services🙂
