Myself (V. Ajay krishna) returned mobile for repairing to jeeves national service/support center under warranty. I gave my mobile on dt.02.09.2019 to ecom express representative and told that conformation message will come to you shortly. Upto now i had not received any message or information about my mobile. I had already contacted local ecom express representative and they are simply telling "contact costumer care". I am enclosing the conversation messages between flipkart and me.

    My myntra parcel bearing awb no-[protected] was expected to be delivered to me on[protected] as per myntra.. But tracking status shows the parcel has not been yet picked up by ecom team. Now it is 2 days late and festival has been started... Please look into the matter and deliver it as soon as possible... Frequently i do shopping from various online portals but this type of pathetic experience never occurred to me...

        Worst courier service ever. I haven't received my product and it is showing that product is delivered. Further i am not able to contact its customer care. No number is reachable. And the product was prepaid. Earlier also this type of problem has occurred. The delivery boy had delivered the product at wrong address. Luckily the address was of my relative that's why i got the package. There is cross check whether the right person has got the parcel or not. No authentic signature is needed and now a days they don't even ask to sign digitally. They do it by theirselves. It is very risky to order prepaid products as same case happened with.

                  Hello, my awb number is [protected], during tracking my parcel online with this awb number is showing that parcel in transit and reached on 5 oct 2019 to me but one of your customer supporter saying that the parcel will reach on 7 oct 2019 to you, if it will reach on 7 oct then why you are showing me wrong information because of this action i lost my valuable time and money also, who is the responsible for that? I am waiting here for parcel on the basis of online tracking system but later you said another thing, this is not right. I am putting some screenshots of that tracking details, please check.                     Why is my package delayed for about 3 weeks now and still every time i call the customer service they just say "it's gonna arrive today before 8 pm" but never delivers the order. How will you guys compensate me for so much delay of the package you all have been doing for the past 3 weeks already. My festival has started yesterday yet am stuck here without my outfits cause it has not been delivered to me yet by you guys. Seriously how worse can your service be?                             I had ordered some clothes from myntra. A part of my order was shipped with ecom express courier awb no.- [protected]. I received a message from ecom express that my shipment would be delivered today but nobody called me the whole day. I received a message from both myntra as well as ecom express that my shipment has been delivered. I have already paid the order amount so i request you to either deliver the product to me or else refund me the order amount.

                            I have been a very happy customer of myntra since 2014 so i hope to get this resolved asap.

                            I went to the Ecom Express Delivery centre and asked about the shipment, they told me that there were network issues when he came to my area so he couldn't call me becouse of which he had to mark the shipment as delivered. If they can't reach a person than does that mean that the shipment is delivered? Nevertheless I have got my shipment and I am happy about it.

                                I have ordered 7 products from myntra one of which shows out for delivery since the day before yesterday and two of which shows out for delivery since today morning.
                                Myntra shows that my products has been shipped through ecom express. On the day before yesterday the delivery boy refused to deliver the product upto my home, he asked me to collect the product 1 km far from my home or take it on the next day. So i asked him to deliver it next day. On that day the update shows that the product is undelivered due to rain and bad weather. On the next day no update is seen nor any call has been recieved, in the evening when i checked the update, it shows that product is undelivered and the consignee requested for future delivery (But i didn't asked for it nor i got any call or any text about that).
                                Then today i called that guy and he told me that "another boy is delivering your products today, be ready". I waited the whole day. Same things happened, no texts no calls received. I called him in the evening again, he apologized and said "the boy is new. I will talk to him and tell him to deliver your products". Its 7:30 now and i called him again and asked for the contact number of that delivery guy. Then called him. He rudely picks up the call and told that your product has been returned and maybe tomorrow it will be delivered. I asked him "how can it be possible, your senior told me you are in my area since morning and you didn't even called me once, i am connected with him since morning and he told that the product will deliver today only". The boy replied "arey bhai ab aapka saaman wapas aa gaya hai hum kya kare. Ab kal hi saman milega". I got offended and asked him "ok then deliver it tomorrow its urgent." for which he replied "tomorrow i will not be delivering your products, some other guy will do this". Then i hung up.
                                Now what should i do in this situation, i did whatever possible. This is my first time ordering clothes from myntra and i think it will be my last time too. Ekart serives are far more better than your services🙂

                                My post tracking number: [protected] for the shirt which is being returned to the shop without being tried to deliver for once. The delivery boy is saying that your product has been locked and it will be returned. I asked him for a solution as i wanted it urgent. He told me to contact with the customer care.
                                Resolve this quick. I want my products shipped by tomorrow. Its already been a week since i ordered them. Its more than enough time to deliver goods from Gurugram to Dehradun.

                                    Delivery person called once and i told him to come after 2pm since no one was at home, it has been 5 days since then, he is not calling or delivering the order
                                    I raised complaint with the seller also but delivery person mentioned that delivery couldnt be done though he dint even try and not even calling me
                                    It is a medicine delivery and required urgently

                                       i have ordered some items from club factory before 20 days but still haven't received it. The tracking shows that it has been re dispatched because of wrong address or unattended call but i haven't received a call and the address is correct because i received another item from club factory to the same address. I couldn't contact anyone and there is not even a single proper contact no available. I want to know when i will receive my package
