Hi, I got my order from paytm through ecom on 07.010.2019 its out for delivery but I didn't receive any call from courier person till afternoon.So i called him and he asked me to collect the courier from other location but after going there he went to his home for his personal work and i waited for 1.15 hrs, After sometime I got vexed up and started back but again he called to pickup the delivery from another location. When i went there i asked him you could have told it before right so that i would have came later for that he threatened me that he will cancel the order and he will return it and he has no problem on it seems even if I complaint also, because it your money he mentioned.Then i collected and came back.Never experienced like this in my life in any couriers.Please take necessary action on him Person Named: GOPAL J Contact number:[protected].Kindly take action asap because it ruins your brand name.     My package was supposed to be delivered on 4th oct, later on due to some issues they couldn't deliver on that day and then i rescheduled my delivery for the next day again i didnt recieve it, today is 7th oct and i haven't still received my package! I was hoping to get it soon as possible as it was an urgent one! Really disappointed with the services

    I had ordered two dresses from myntra and I need it before 9th Oct, idk what to do now ! The package was not even delivered on the rescheduled days ! I didn't receive any further info from the customer service too !

        What does it mean to contact shopping portal...I am taking follow-up from your team on daily basis and they were tried to make me fool by telling wait for 24-48hrs ...By this statement it already passed 1 month and in last you are saying to contact..it is justification from your end ...still my product to my destination address

          My order was supposed to get delivered on friday eod, they didnt with the reason as customer requested for future delivery. Followed up multiple times, ecom gave me alot of fake promises and fake hopes. First promise was that the product will be delivered by next day (Saturday) before 11am, they didnt, next promise was delivery will be done by eod saturday which they didnt. The same pattern was followed on sunday and today is monday and i havent got
          My product.
          Ecom express pissed me off and spoiled my weekends with fake hopes and false promises.
          Ecom is the worst and i would highly recommend to not opt for it.
          Pathetic and worst customer service i have come across in my life.

              Worst delivery service ever. One of my product got returned without even informing me. I am wasting my time calling myntra customer care, ecom express customer care, the delivery boy daily morning and evening. And the result is what. Nothing
              Today i needed my products urgently so i called the delivery boy in morning and asked him if he can deliver those asap. He said he will try.in the afternoon i called him again and asked where is he give my products early i have to to my home tomorrow. He refused to come and said he will reach my location when the sun will set.in evening i called again and he said he need some time as he is at the petroleum now. After that, i called him again recently and he now refused to deliver my products today. I mean, wtf, i am calling you since morning and you know i need them urgently as i am leaving tomorrow early morning and you are asking to deliver them tomorrow?
              Now please don't ask for awb number or anything else. It is of no use now. I am sorry but this is the worst service i ever experienced. Now i think shopping offline is a much better choice than wasting time and putting your mind daily on these #. It is totally a waste of time, money and a test of your patience.
              I cant change my plans. I am leaving tomorrow and i don't need the products anymore. Do whatever you do the the undelivered products.

                Myself (V. Ajay krishna) returned mobile for repairing to jeeves national service/support center under warranty. I gave my mobile on dt.02.09.2019 to ecom express representative and told that conformation message will come to you shortly. Upto now i had not received any message or information about my mobile. I had already contacted local ecom express representative and they are simply telling "contact costumer care". I am enclosing the conversation messages between flipkart and me.

                  My myntra parcel bearing awb no-[protected] was expected to be delivered to me on[protected] as per myntra.. But tracking status shows the parcel has not been yet picked up by ecom team. Now it is 2 days late and festival has been started... Please look into the matter and deliver it as soon as possible... Frequently i do shopping from various online portals but this type of pathetic experience never occurred to me...

                      Worst courier service ever. I haven't received my product and it is showing that product is delivered. Further i am not able to contact its customer care. No number is reachable. And the product was prepaid. Earlier also this type of problem has occurred. The delivery boy had delivered the product at wrong address. Luckily the address was of my relative that's why i got the package. There is cross check whether the right person has got the parcel or not. No authentic signature is needed and now a days they don't even ask to sign digitally. They do it by theirselves. It is very risky to order prepaid products as same case happened with.

                                Hello, my awb number is [protected], during tracking my parcel online with this awb number is showing that parcel in transit and reached on 5 oct 2019 to me but one of your customer supporter saying that the parcel will reach on 7 oct 2019 to you, if it will reach on 7 oct then why you are showing me wrong information because of this action i lost my valuable time and money also, who is the responsible for that? I am waiting here for parcel on the basis of online tracking system but later you said another thing, this is not right. I am putting some screenshots of that tracking details, please check. Please give me valid answer which is equal to my precious time and money?

                                  Why is my package delayed for about 3 weeks now and still every time i call the customer service they just say "it's gonna arrive today before 8 pm" but never delivers the order. How will you guys compensate me for so much delay of the package you all have been doing for the past 3 weeks already. My festival has started yesterday yet am stuck here without my outfits cause it has not been delivered to me yet by you guys. Seriously how worse can your service be? It has been locked 3 times already and rto revoked 3 times as well but just the # service isn't doing their job at all. I need my package today.
