    Hi

    My order was attempted on 24-sep and I was not at home and family member refuse ro take the package. Delivery boy update undeliver and i receive a sms and immediately I call customer care that i need this package so reattempt this package again tomorrow. Customer care agent sured me that it will be reattempt tomorrow but now package is undelivred. This is very poor service by ecom, if a customer told you to reattempt the package then why didn't you reattempt the package ??? Why didn't delivery boy call customer before updating reject????

        I am glad to know that the product was delivered a bit fast but i am also upset with the product as well because it was turn out to be different from the thing i have ordered for. Kindly refund the amount i have paid the courier boy and tack the product back where it is supposed to be returned. Therefore i will look forward for someone to pick up the product back and refund the amount as fast as possible. Thank you.

            मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 16.09.19 को snapdeal के माध्यम से एक वस्तु आर्डर की थी जिसको ecom express कोरियर के माध्यम से दिनांक 24.09.19 तक मेरे तक पहुँच जाना चाहिए था, लेकिन मेरा पार्सल अभी तक मुझे अप्राप्त है । ट्रैकिंग पर मेरे पार्सल को delivery attempt was unsuccessful दिखा रहा है जबकि मेरे पास किसी भी पार्सल वॉय का फोन नही आया ।
            मेरे पास जिस पार्सल वॉय का एसएमएस के जरिये जो मो0नं0 आया था वो नम्बर भी गलत है ।

            मेरा पार्सल जल्द से जल्द उपलब्ध कराइये एवं ecom express कोरियर ऑफिस का पता भी बताने का कष्ट करें ।

              I had placed my order on 17 september, 19 and its from club factory and it shows shipped on 21st.. Ever since then in not able to track my order, the only thing i see is "pickup rescheduled" for pas 4 days in a row. Also im not able to track on the app.. Its really annoying. Atlest i need to know why is it taking so long.

                  I have booked a medical book through flipkart for my daughter who is studying in kerala. The order is id[protected] and flipkart had send the book through your esteemed organisation. She got the message in her mobile that the book have delivered on 13 sep 2019, but she was not present in the address on that date. She was away from college for one week and when she reached the college and enquired about the book in the office, it is not delivered in the college office. I have lodged a complaint quoting the awb no. [protected] on 20 sep and same on 21 sep 2019. On 23 sep 2019 i have reminded about my complaint, your representatives says you will get a sms with in 48 hrs. Till now she didn't get any sms regarding the complaint which i have lodged against the awb no. [protected]. Kindly make arrangements to deliver the book to the delivery address.                     The person who is in charge of delivery from amazon is delaying the delivery unnecessarily, even after requesting to drop it at my place. Instead of delivering it during my office time, he just makes his convenient time for delivery. I didn't pay the delivery charges for this.

                    This is not at all acceptable as there is no problem in usually delivering the product at this place. This is absolutely a problem from the side of your employee. Resolve it at the earliest or don't take up couriers if you are not capable.

                        Tracking# [protected].

                        The product is out for delivery since 16th of september, 2019. Ecom express tracking status shows "consignee requested for future delivery", i never asked for it.in fact, there was and still no call or updates on my product. No number for the delivery executive either.
                        Past two days i've been calling the customer service of ecom and on friday a lady told me the product will be there in 24 hrs. Next day i called, a gentleman answered "it'll be delivered sunday".

                        Now, how much time does it take delivering a product?? No one bothers to give a slightest o[censored]pdate, no msg for the assigned delivery executive, no call nothing.

                        This has been my worst experience so far.

                        I hope the issue will be resolved.

                            I have ordered a puma shoes on 7 september 2019 but till now the 18 september I don't get my product. I don't know what this ecomxpress workers are doing they are not taking their job seriously..Worst service ever.

                              And deliverd me wrong product having price 10-20 rupees only
                              Ecomm express responsible for this fraud because because very firsty ecomm need to check company detail for deliver and make relation with new company they bothe are equally responible for the entire fraud

                                I ordered one, hod tg113 bluetooth speaker, i received on 16th sep, in snapdeal, unfortunately i not open the parcel, on 18th sep i open and try to use that, it was not charging, so i try to replace..& i checked my snapdeal app i have time of 23rd sep, so i was apply the replacement options on 18th. Today i received a message from ecom express get ready for return the product. & i given the parcel to the ecom express courier person today (19/09/19) at around 5:15pm, but i was tracking the order no it's shown the pick up was failed & rescheduled, how it happened? Kindly check and do the needful as soon as possible... Ecom express reverse pickup order number : [protected].

                                  मेरा ecom express का रिटर्न tracking no[protected] है, ecom express ने मेरा प्रोडक्ट 07/09/2019 को मेरे घर से pickup किया जो कि amazon wharehouse मे return जाना था परंतु अभी तक मेरा प्रोडक्ट नहीं पहुंचाया है आज 20/09/2019 हो गया, custamber care से जब पूछता हू तो 4 दिन से बस यही कहता है कि 24-48 घंटे मे पहुचा दूँगा कितना कमीना सर्विस है मै इसका camplain national consumer grievance मे डाल देता हूं very cheating and frounding service.

                                    Yesterday one of your representatives came and took a product return from amazon from me and then I got a message today "Your AMAZON return pick up order[protected] of SNEHI Wireless S .. failed as you were not available. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=[protected] "I'm having a hard time understanding the matter. I was very fortunate I had a return receipt, which is not always taken. And the person who came in told me phone number [protected] the person told me to come to a certain place, I didn't go, he got annoyed, this is not a reflection of him.

                                    But I got a phone call yesterday 19/09/2019 saying that the product would be pickup that day which already done on 18/09/2019 as I said and submitted the receipt .This is a very disgraceful incident to me. The boy from your Ecom Express Courier Partner who had a pickup last time then called him but misbehaved with him. It seems to me that my personality is greatly underestimated.

                                      My name is Sumanta Pal resident of Tripura. I ordered a T-shirt from My Dream Store on 31- august-2019. My order id is AwB [protected]. When I checked the status it shows the parcel reached Agartala on 11-September but still I didn't got any call from Ecom express though i called the service centre of Ecom express 4-5 times every day they ask me to wait for 1 day. But today they told me that my parcel is returned.
                                      How is this possible, that without making any contact with me they returned my Parcel. Is this a fraud or what please help me to find out my order.
