I ordered an item from nailzvilla on 7th august, 2019. The product is not delivered. The status is "shipment rto lock). The ecom express customer care is always telling that my product would be delivered within next 24 hours, but it is been a month and my product is not delivered yet.
I need my product soon please. The customer care is also not very active and always tells the samething always....

This complaints is regarding order no[protected].
I ordered a shoes from Flipkart and payment of Rupees 389 is paid through my credit card.
The estimate date of delivery was 29 August 2019.
No any call on 29 aug is received to me neither on my registered number nor on my bill address details. Order was not received to me on 29 but online tracking was showing that the order is delivered. Next day i call to ecom service...

AWB [protected] Yesterday on 01/09/2019, I received a call regarding delivery but the delivery man couldn't find out the address. So he promised to deliver on the next day i.e. 02/09/2019 but the customer care as well as the ph no alloted is not answering my call. I have posted my address in the tab below. So please solve my problem as soon as possible....

Your customer care service is pathetic. That is the same case with the delivery office in bangalore. They switched off the call when i was following up on the delivery. I was on call with you customer care executive for more than 45 mins and they were not able to solve my query or answer my questions. They just repeat the same info as reading from a manual. When i say the order has reached the delivery center, they say its not, as they do...

There was a fake attempt to deliver when the person concerned asked for my mobile number which i had given. There was no attempt to deliver later. I have raised a complaint at their customer complaint number but i have not received any response the answer is always" the issue...

Hi, after a fake delivery attempt on 26.08.2019 by the delivery executive (Stating customer asked for future delivery, which i hadn't), my product was at your delivery centre for the past 5 days and no second delivery attempt/or even a call was made by your people. May i know how long will it take for you to do delivery or do you expect us to directly pick up the item from your office....

I've ordered a product from shein india. It was supposed to delivered on aug 21 by their delivery partner ecom express. I couldn't receive the product as we were out of town. And from there onwards they neither contacted me nor delivery been attempted. Today aug 28 until now i didn't get my product whose payment is already done.

My mother had placed an order for a book from amazon india on 13th august, 2019, with order id:[protected]. According to their app, the package was expected on friday - 23rd august, 2019. The delivery executive from ecom express contacted my mother on sunday - 25th august saying that they were on their way to deliver the parcel.

I had ordered a lehenga from jomso at official address on13.8.19 till now i didnt received my parcel. I got msg that attempted deliverynis to be made on 20th, 24th and 25th. However no ecomm executive came to the office for delivery nor any call was received from ecomm executive. We didn't get which we ordered we are not satisfy with your product and the product is very cheap and low quality... So please try to understand what's the problem occurs.. And try to solve it so it is helpful to customers... We decided to give your product return and we never face this type of situation... So plz take ur product return and plz refund my money......
