I ordered an item on Amazon.in and got it delivered on the main road which is 5 mins walk from my house AWB# [protected] for the first time after calling multiple times & finally convincing about the address.
I ordered the same item from the same seller to the same address & mob#. this time, they didn't deliver and never called me. they claim on the site and when i called them that the delivery boy called multiple times and also spoke to me. but i never got a call or receive any delivery AWB# [protected]. I called ecom express customer service in Delhi using the phone# on their website. the cust service agent was also very rude & not cooperative. he didn't provide the local ecom express centre contact# or any other details which I asked in order to speak to the local office in Ecom Express Adoor, Ezhamkulam, Kerala, India. I stay just 1 km away from Enathu junction on Enathu - Ezhamkulam road. these guys are so road and offer very pathetic customer service. the guy who came the first time to deliver was not cooperative at all. he made to walk to the main door. when we put in the pin code before ordering amazon.in will accept the order only if they do door delivery. when we are paying for shipping or free shipping the courier guys cant ask us to collect it from their office. they have to deliver at the address which we provided while ordering. this info I confirmed by calling amazon.in customer care.
Ecom express should provide satisfactory customer service or stop working with amazon and not spoil amazon.in reputation.
i have called amazon.in and complained abt this incident.

    Hi,
    I ordered one pampers large size monthly pack and one baby powder from first cry.com. Yesterday itself i got the message that it is out for delivery. But because of some call issue i cant attend the call. Today morning again i got the same message and after some time one executive call me and told that i want to go to their office and want to collect the courier because it is a big box, they don't have any vehicle to deliver that box.. I told nobody is here to come and collect this.. After that they cut the call
    . And i didn't receive my parcel yet..
    What can i do for this..??

        This is in regards of my courier pod[protected].
        Same has been reached in chhindwara on 9th sept but still not received it. Status showing is undelivered due to incorrect address. Non of the courier boy called me.
        My address is between the city and at most traceable location. On this same address i am receiving all parcels with other courier agencies.
        This is my first experience with your company and trust me it's pathetic. While calling on customer care they have provided wrong mobile no. Of the vendor.
        Ask your courier boy to call me on the no provided during.

            Prepaid order from www.ellementry.com - Delivery boy has taken Rs. 1490 and no one is willing to HELP.

            Both the companies are FRAUD so beware of these companies.

            ECOM says there systems are not working - Call Again. Tried to do it twice but still not taking any complaints.

            www.ellementry.com says have escalated cannot do anything.

            Good way to steal money from people since most o[censored]s are working and not at home other than house help who paid.

            Better NOT to buy from these websites and boycott EComExpress.

              And the delivery guy also didn't let us check the product before the payment he said you can't open it unless you make the payment

When i call to ecom express customer care support they have updated me that due to some techincal issue the product didn't reach to mumbai hub. On[protected] again i have called to customer care support they updating due to bad weather condition the product will be delay.
                The product is medicine for diabetics patient they have ensure product value to patient. They are irresponsible again they have provided me a mumbai hub contact person number bhusan, when i called him he is saying i have left the job please contact to ecom. This is also one the reason of irresponsible from ecom express

                  Such a pathetic service by economists express, i have my parcel kept in mumbai delivery centre for ages and no one is making an effort to deliver at my door step, useless to call their worst customer care service who do not have any idea in which ware house parcel is kept so i can make self pick up. Would recommend donot use this pathetic courier service ever, instead the parcel will reach much faster if you deliver by walking the road. The higher executives should take a note and try to improve as in today’s 21st century you all take ages to make parcel reach to your customer.

                    On 3rd september my package with awb [protected] was suppose to be delivered. The delivery boy chandan gupta didn't come to deliver it and falsely he updated the status that customer was not available. Ever since i keep on calling ecom customer care and they keep on telling me we are arranging delivery but no further attempt has been made till 9th september.in 10 september i again called them and customer service representative told me she arrange delivery but in 11th september it showing the status rto lock. Econ express is the worst courier company i haven't seen. There delivery boy falsely updated status to harass customer.

At 31st of aug delivery executive has called me for confirming address and he went for wrong address and consignment place for further delivery date and since delivery dates got revised by four time.

                              I have placed an order through creez online shopping for clothing and there is no delivery done, but updated as delivered. From september 5 i am trying to call the company and the courier people, there is no response from both of them.

                              They say they registered complaint, both action is being taken. It is prepaid order and i am waiting from almost 27 august.

                              Neither creez nor ecom express people are higing information. No one stays in my home and i don't leave my home. No one visited or called for delivery. It is just updated delivered. There is no response at all. What kind of pathetic service is this? Please do needful.

                                Sir/ madam,
                                I have received wrong product. I want my money back. My awb no id [protected]. I have ordered from blush kart. Now i dont have any number to contact. Please help me in getting my money back. I have paid cash rs.1810 to e-com express courier, now e-com courier is also not providing me the number of the same. They are telling that they dont have number it is not possible because they are going to pay the rs.1810 to the person. Please do take some action against this. There are many consumer like me. And Ecom persons are helping these fraudulents by keeping their identity confidential. I want refund of my cash from ecom express. They send unnecessary links for refund which is basically way to hack the account. Such a big scam and ecom is supporting and this is not for me there are several others. Kindly take strict action on this courier company as well and I want compensation from them.

                                  I didn’t got my parcel. But i got message PARCEL DELIVERED! Delivery guy called me and asked me the location to deliver the parcel.i told him the exact location. After 5 minutes i got message like parcel delivered! So i called the parcel office but it’s not responding. That parcel was really urgent for me.

                                    I want to return my order which i buy from snapdeal deal. But your delivery boy not come.. About 20 days gone but my pickup still pending. I told them come on sunday or monday if not then come after 5pm for tue to sat but they never come on time..

                                    I take break and leave from my college but there is no call from delivery agent. When i call them they only said they will not come.. What is this? I have call recording..
                                    The telling me lie i wait about an hour and there is no call from your delivery boy and when i call the he said lei that he was come and now he go..

                                    I ordered wireless ear buds they deliverd me highbass headphone out side box printed wireless ear buds but when i open the b9x i got inside highbass head phone worth of rupees 1849 i need my money back
                                    The make fool consumer how do i get my money back otherwise i need my replacement

                                      The mi band i ordered is of bad quality and it is used product. The charger is not available with it and it doesn't provide the extra belts for band. The bluetooth earphones it provided is of not qualify product. The belt they provided is bad quality and in not good condition to wear. The band is not working when i weared it. They charged more money for that so i request them to refund my amount.
