I had ordered some clothes from myntra. A part of my order was shipped with ecom express courier awb no.- [protected]. I received a message from ecom express that my shipment would be delivered today but nobody called me the whole day. I received a message from both myntra as well as ecom express that my shipment has been delivered. I have already paid the order amount so i request you to either deliver the product to me or else refund me the order amount.

I have been a very happy customer of myntra since 2014 so i hope to get this resolved asap.

I went to the Ecom Express Delivery centre and asked about the shipment, they told me that there were network issues when he came to my area so he couldn't call me becouse of which he had to mark the shipment as delivered. If they can't reach a person than does that mean that the shipment is delivered? Nevertheless I have got my shipment and I am happy about it.

    I ordered in flipkart on 29sep the delivery date is 2 oct thill now today's date 4oct the item not delivered
    And in the awb tracking they showing that the the attempt is failed
    They not provided me any wish masters mobile number and how the attempt will be completed
    I want my reason who will be the responsibility other wise please give me the coustmer care number of vijayawada branch i will speak with them

      I have ordered 7 products from myntra one of which shows out for delivery since the day before yesterday and two of which shows out for delivery since today morning.
      Myntra shows that my products has been shipped through ecom express. On the day before yesterday the delivery boy refused to deliver the product upto my home, he asked me to collect the product 1 km far from my home or take it on the next day. So i asked him to deliver it next day. On that day the update shows that the product is undelivered due to rain and bad weather. On the next day no update is seen nor any call has been recieved, in the evening when i checked the update, it shows that product is undelivered and the consignee requested for future delivery (But i didn't asked for it nor i got any call or any text about that).
      Then today i called that guy and he told me that "another boy is delivering your products today, be ready". I waited the whole day. Same things happened, no texts no calls received. I called him in the evening again, he apologized and said "the boy is new. I will talk to him and tell him to deliver your products". Its 7:30 now and i called him again and asked for the contact number of that delivery guy. Then called him. He rudely picks up the call and told that your product has been returned and maybe tomorrow it will be delivered. I asked him "how can it be possible, your senior told me you are in my area since morning and you didn't even called me once, i am connected with him since morning and he told that the product will deliver today only". The boy replied "arey bhai ab aapka saaman wapas aa gaya hai hum kya kare. Ab kal hi saman milega". I got offended and asked him "ok then deliver it tomorrow its urgent." for which he replied "tomorrow i will not be delivering your products, some other guy will do this". Then i hung up.
      Now what should i do in this situation, i did whatever possible. This is my first time ordering clothes from myntra and i think it will be my last time too. Ekart serives are far more better than your services🙂

      My post tracking number: [protected] for the shirt which is being returned to the shop without being tried to deliver for once. The delivery boy is saying that your product has been locked and it will be returned. I asked him for a solution as i wanted it urgent. He told me to contact with the customer care.
      Resolve this quick. I want my products shipped by tomorrow. Its already been a week since i ordered them. Its more than enough time to deliver goods from Gurugram to Dehradun.

        The message keeps repeating that the address is incorrect... Atleast call so i can tell your guy if he doesn't know...

             i have ordered some items from club factory before 20 days but still haven't received it. The tracking shows that it has been re dispatched because of wrong address or unattended call but i haven't received a call and the address is correct because i received another item from club factory to the same address. I couldn't contact anyone and there is not even a single proper contact no available. I want to know when i will receive my package

                My order was supposed to be delivered on 23 sep 2019 which i bought on 19 sep 2019 but it was not delivered to me. And even after 2 weeks it was not delivered or even informed to me why? Now i'm calling the customer service for the past 2 days that my order isn't delivered to me and they said my order was sent to a wrong address yet they didn't call me or informed me. Now i am calling them and they are saying the order will be delivered today but they never did and still, they say the same thing every single time for the past 2 days and am so upset with the service. Now i called them to ask again and said that they have been continuously procrastinating and i don't want that at all. And now they say the package is delayed for the next 2 more days. Now i have to wait 2 more days as well. As i checked my order on the website it is showing [shipment rto lock revoked]. How can the service be this slow and bad?

                  I ordered some goods from banggood and they dispatched the parcel packet on august 28, 2019. Their tracking code: aljcr[protected]yq. As per their tracking report on sept. 17, 2019 the parcel packet was out for delivery by delivery employee mr. Bhajan roy.
                  On the same day it was marked as un_delivered.
                  Barring name bhajan roy i had no other means to identify the name of local courier agency.
                  On oct.01, 2019, another parcel packet (Purchased from the same seller) was delivered to me at my address by a delivery man of ecom express.
                  Then i got the name of local courier agency. I visited the local ecom express office today. From there i got the awb no ([protected]) and status of that consignment marked as “rto lock”. As per tracking report of awb [protected] i got the following information:-
                  On 17 sept 2019 at 13.48 hrs berhampore - out for delivery.
                  On 17 sept 2019 at 19.02 hrs berhampore - shipment un_delivered – consignee requested for future delivery (Consignee’s consent not at all asked for)
                  My mobile number was clearly mentioned on the parcel packet. But i did not get any phone call from local ecom express office.
                  My delivery address (At the same address they delivered me the other parcel) also clearly mentioned on the parcel packet.

                  It is matter of great regret to say that a reputed logistics company ecom express is maintaining such employees who are negligent and ignorant in basic customer service.

                  Please do necessary steps to solve the problem so that i can get the parcel packet without further loss of time.

                  It is evident that the mistake was happened at their (Ecom Express ) end. But instead of taking required positive steps to solve my problem they simply wash their hand of by guiding me what to do myself. It is not desirable from a reputed organisation like Ecom Express Pvt. ltd.

                  I am not satisfied with the response from Ecom Express's customer care. My shopping portal has advised Ecom Express to re-deliver the item on 14th October 2019. But right now it is not delivered to me. Due to their irresponsible activity I have to suffer till today. Ecom Express Customer Care is provided for safe guarding their employee only they list bothered for their customer.

                    I have ordered a electronic product from banggood online shopping, and the shipment was given to ecomexpress for delivery. As per the tracking status i see that this has been delivered to "srirangam" which is postal code of 620005. But as per the shipping address i gave given to banggood it is "woraiyur" and the postal code is 620003.

                    They said it was delivered on 26th aug 2019, but im the one who suppose to recive the product and these people delivered to incorrect place also.

                    I have raise a complaint with their customer care as well on 9th september but till date (03/10/20/19) im calling them for my complaint update but there is no responce from any of them.

                    Every time i called i keep on getting the same reply that wait for 24 hours this will be resolved. But it is almost 25 days over but no improvement.

                    These people are really misused my product, and i have raised this with banggood as well. The frustrated moment is every time im calling this customer care they telling repeated answer:

                    "your complaint is raised sir, wait fro 24 hour to update the feedback"

                    They are saying anything except the above wordings.

                    This is not the first time I'm getting this reply I have called your customer care more then ten times and till date I'm calling every two 25 hours as you said but you are not properly responding any of questions. I have raised this concern with Banggood as well stating you were misused my protect and I'm gonna ask for the cash claim from them because of your worst service. They have asked me to check the local delivery centre I have asked that to your customer care even that details also not provided, today is (05/10/2019) but the complaint raised on 09/09/2019.. you have asked me 24 or 48 hours to investigate but I have given you more then enough time..

                    Even i have raised this through consumer complaint also you were saying the same again.. Do you think this is really fair. If you really misused my protect I will send you the purchase voucher you have to give me the claim back.

                    You were saying to send my mobile number to your customer care email id, even I have tried that too already before raisd this here but that is not even acknowledged till date. I have chase you twice on the email I have attached that email also here.

                    If this was happened with other carrier services this could have solved by now. But ecom express is really worse.. If this need to be taken care through legally I ready to do that as I have already checked the procedure with one of my advocate friend.

                    I have recorded all call happened with you and few of your customer care people not even providing respect to the consumers and disconnecting call while asking valid question also.

                          After comparing delivery time on many online shop i bought a trouser from myntra. Because it was festival time i wanted it urgently. It has reached at delivery location and it got out for delivery but still it has not been delivered.

                          They are saying that they can't find my address, while its written clearly while giving order.they even had not contact me to clarify the address.when i tried to call them i always got busy in respond.

                          They are saying i have given wrong address.why would i do that? when i have already made the full payment.

                          It is loud and clear that they are logging incorrect status into their system and making fool of the customers.

                            27 Sep ordered medicine in Zoloyo for emergency purpose, they couriered in Ecom Express (28 sep) still not yet delivered, but got fake delivered message (30th sep), most horrible experience is unable to track the courier people for emergency purpose (no updated contact number). actually it medicine. they are playing with Patient patience. Very Worst experience I got from Ecom Express. if medicine need to deliver on time instead of hidden the parcel somewhere update fake status. please give courier delivery person reachable and exist contact number.

                                  Made a purchase from amazon which shipped through ecom express.
                                  It should have been delivered yesterday, but they postponed the delivery without contacting me. I called their customer care yesterday and promised me that it will be delivered today. And today i got an sms that the delivery will be attempted today, but now they again postponed it. They never calls. Keeps to postpone the delivery without my consent.
                                  I had the same experience before where i had to cancel my order and get a refund from amazon. Really pathetic that the customer has to pay and run behind them to get things done.

                                    Ecom courier service haven't called me once while my order is shown to arrived 3days ago and are faking that my address is wrong while every other courier company delivers at this address only... Wrost courier service ever... They should contact me first but they haven't so i tried to call them but the phone number added to the website of courier service darjeeling is also fake.
