Your customer care service is pathetic. That is the same case with the delivery office in bangalore. They switched off the call when i was following up on the delivery. I was on call with you customer care executive for more than 45 mins and they were not able to solve my query or answer my questions. They just repeat the same info as reading from a manual. When i say the order has reached the delivery center, they say its not, as they do not see that status. See the attached screenshot. They do not take any extra initiative to solve the customer's issue. Its been highly disappointing. I would never recommend you for any further service.

You are delaying way too long. Please cancel my order and refund my money.

    I had ordered on club factory. Shipment was shown via ecom express with tracking number [protected]. However, i have not yet received order. I have not received call from ecom express delivery executive. I am all time available at home. However the message sent was
    "your clubfactory order awb [protected] was undelivered as you were not available. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=[protected]" which is entirely false. I had called multiple time to below number
    "dear customer, your clubfactory"pre-paid"shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: [protected]"
    However not even once the call was attended by the executive.
    I had called 3 times to ecom express customer care executive. No proper help was provide by them. As i din't get any help till now i was forced to choose 3rd september as new delivery date. I am worried whether even on 3rd mt prepaid product would be delivered or not.
    Also please note that this entire event has mentally affected me and wasted lot of my time.

    Hello ECOM Team,
    The new delivery date was given September 3rd as usual no delivery has been done by your team. Again not even a single. Call. I am calling however no one is answering the call. Am still waiting for the prepaid parcel.
    This is literally customer harassment. We have paid for service and we are struggling now to get our paid parcel.
    Even after posting complain here no action have been taken till. Now.
    Please do the needful. I want my parcel delivered.

      The order which i have received is completely different of what i had ordered. I had ordered a pack of 2 designer dress. But i have received a saree. My awb number is [protected].           The order was done from my end for manorama pradhan.

          I have been calling you guys to get information about my order delivery.
          Last 27th 0f august i had a conversation with you guys you told me to wait till today, and now when i called you today, yours executive transferred the call to higher authority. Even the high authority they are saying me to wait for the next 7 days, they also cannot resolve my issue. When he wasnot able to resolve it, he behaved as if he cannot hear my voice (Where as i know high authoriy person could hear everything) and after that he disconnected without giving resolution.
          Earlier (27th of august 2019) also your high authority told me to wait for next seven days.
          I also request you to hire that person for higher authority who can atleast reslove issue rather than avoiding this issue.

          You can see i order on 16th august 2019, now it is 30th august.
          Before that
          Kindly request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible

            I was to receive an item through ecom express vide awb no [protected]. The tracking system of the company shows that it is delivered. But the item is not received.
            There was a fake attempt to deliver when the person concerned asked for my mobile number which i had given. There was no attempt to deliver later. I have raised a complaint at their customer complaint number but i have not received any response the answer is always" the issue will be resolved in 25-36 hrs but it is not resolved even after 5 days. My complaints to the company has not been addressed. Some customer care numbers given in website are not answering.

                  I've ordered a product from shein india. It was supposed to delivered on aug 21 by their delivery partner ecom express. I couldn't receive the product as we were out of town. And from there onwards they neither contacted me nor delivery been attempted. Today aug 28 until now i didn't get my product whose payment is already done.
                  Now coming to the customer care executive, i've been contacted them from past 3 days daily they always say, "your product will be delivered in next 24 hrs" but the parcel never got attempted. And they make silly excuse of weather, about rainfall, which didn't happened in recent days. Are they joking?? Don't these guys have any responsibility!!

                    My mother had placed an order for a book from amazon india on 13th august, 2019, with order id:[protected]. According to their app, the package was expected on friday - 23rd august, 2019. The delivery executive from ecom express contacted my mother on sunday - 25th august saying that they were on their way to deliver the parcel.

                    When he arrived, he handed over the package and as i was about to pay for the package with a debit card, he said that he does not have an mpos machine and insisted that i pay cash. My elderly parents rarely keep cash in the house, that too on such short notice. He then behaved rudely towards me, and when i requested that he come with an mpos machine the next time, he did not respond and left.

                    Today, my mother received an email in the evening saying that her order has been cancelled after two failed attempts. There was no attempt made today by the delivery executive as i have been at home all day and nobody came to deliver the package. Both the executive, and the company found it easier to lie about it just because i could not pay cash on their failure to provide an mpos machine.

                    A similar incident happened with ecom express delivery executives during another weekend where they told me that they are not given the machines. They insist on getting paid in cash. I would like for my mother's product to be delivered to her and hope that amazon india and other online portals stop sending their parcels via the same.

                    This problem was not resolved. The delivery person did not even make an attempt at a delivery and sent the product back. This has been a proper waste of time.

                      I had ordered a lehenga from jomso at official address on13.8.19 till now i didnt received my parcel. I got msg that attempted deliverynis to be made on 20th, 24th and 25th. However no ecomm executive came to the office for delivery nor any call was received from ecomm executive. However on tracking it was observed that it was undelivered due to wrong address, customer refused to accept. But i never refused for the order.

                            Mr. Bhaskar, badrunnisa n team in bhadrachalam were not delivering the products n not even responding to customers about their querry. By calling to the team, they were not speaking in a proper way with customers. Hence take an corrective action against.

                              The item with airway bill no[protected] is a cash on delivery package. It is being shopwn as "out for delivery" since 14/08/2019 but has not been delivered. The customer's address is correct and the same has been confirmed by contacting him.

                              The shipment has been booked on date 06/08/2019

                              Shipment reached hyderabad on date 10/08/2019

                              Shipment out for delivery on 14/08/2019 (Why 4 days delay occured at hyderabad)

                              Then no update after 14/08/2019. Several complaints were made by calling ecom express customer care but the solution has not been provided.

                              Either deliver the package or return it to origin. Why there is no status update after 14/08/2019.

                                I was order item combo samsung level u bluetooth headset with sony truly wireless sports earbuds by order no. Gt19aug0436 but company sent me wrong product to me, i have received sony headphone which is use less for me. I request to plz replace the same as soon as possible.                                   Ecom express-2 -3 times i got sms in morning that today is your pickup, at evening i got sms that pickup has been rescheduled due to consignee not available or something else. The guy was # or blind or what, he never called me that i m here to pickup product. Even there is no auto disconnection of any kind if call 8n my phone.
                                  Spoyl - one order i have returned it has been more than a month till now but i did not receive any kind of refund in my bank account. Again and again they giving me date, its irritating me so much i paid for a # wrong order and till no refund now they are making me chutiya on daily basis.

                                    I ordered online jbl speaker and wireless earbuds on 19th aug 2019 which been delivered on 22nd aug 2019 at 4 oclock thru ecom express when i open the packet its containt a wireless speaker ( unbranded) with very cheap quality and no earbuds i try to contact ecom express customer care number but its fake number i tried to contacr on all given number but all are fake, shipper is ganpat trading, i also tried on their numbers but those are alao fake they cheated me by1550/- order number is GT19AUG1450 packet number is [protected]

                                      Consignment is not getting delivered even after several follow-up with the delivery boy and the customer care. Consignment is already received at the location but from 16th august it is not delivered to the destination. These are urgently required medical support material for faster recovery and it is not delivered. we are really disappointed with the kind of support I am getting from your esteemed organisation and express delivery organisation.
                                      Even your representative are not cooperative to understand the urgency and only giving response "WILL BE DELIVERY SOON" no commitment.

                                      at least get some response now from your side.

                                      This is Ridiculous I am staying in heart of the Kharghar city, in Navi Mumbai and the address provided is easily traceable. But when I insisted to deliver the consignment today I got the reply that the address is not traceable.
                                      really "unprofessional " way of handling the customer requests.

                                        There is my 5th product which was cancelled by ecom express. Delivery didn't call us and they without are information they cancelled my product.
