I ordered 2 mens wallet from flipkart on 15th july. (Agreed 3-4 days delivery)
Its shipped by ecom tracking no.[protected] on 15th july.
On 18th july its arrived on my nearest hub.
On 18th july i got message its out for delivery with ecom executives contact number..
Until 18th july evening am waited, but shipment not delivered. They not called me, then i call ecom executive, he said product not ready for delivery, he promised it will delivery on 19th july..
On 19th july also its not delivered, i got a call from ecom customer service, they said it will not deliver today, will be delivered on 20th july.
On 20th july also same, no delivery, no call, i tracked it on ecom website, there reason showed 'customer not available'. Then i made on complaint on flipkart customer care and ecom ecom customer service.
But from flipkart i got calls continously.. They promised it will delivery before 24th july.. And offer 100rs compesation after delivery.
On 24th july also its not delivered.. On same day flipkart call me.. That product cant make delivery, they request me to cancel that order.
I accept that request. Order was cancelled.. Because of non-delivery not get the compesation also..
But the fun is on 26th july, i got reply from ecom customer service for 20th july's complaint.. The shipment was undelivered because of the vendor requested to return the order..

On which date you recieved cancel request ?
You can check my screenshot,
the product arrived in our area on 18th July,
and its out for delivery, the shipment expected date is 19th July, Your Delivery Executive is not trieing to delivery that shipment..
and also have another issue with #[protected].
in this shipment i recieved message out for delivery on 26th July, But they didnt call me, they didnt treing for delivery, i call them more than 10 times, he refused home delivery and i run behind him for collect the product..
The complaint is against your irresponsible delivery executives in my location, this is a request for take an action for these incidents.

From 18th to 24th July, Almost 1 week, the product is in final hub.
no need an hour for making delivery..
