    Hello sir, My myntra return parcel was pick uped by you on 13 july with Awb no.[protected]. It reached at final delivery destination on 19 july. But it is not delivered yet. Out for delivery status is showing from 20 july. Status is not changed and parcel is not delivered yet. Please deliver it.

      Hi,

      I have order a product form bandgood.com and it was shipped via alljoy courier company my order number aljcb[protected]yq

      The bandgood.com tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same, alljoy shows on - 17.07.2019 that it "deliver to original airport waitting for flight (Hkg)"

      The ecom awb no. Is [protected]. It showing status - pickup rescheduled for next day, form last 8 days. When will i receive it and what is the exact status of my order? Please have a look at the issue and do the needful.

        I ordered a smartphone from budli.in (Awb number - [protected]), and delivery partners with them are ecom express. Everything was going well as this was not my first time purchasing from budli.in and i have dealt with ecom express before through budli.in. I ordered on 4th july, 2019 and received the message on 12th july, 2019 by ecom express, that my order is out for delivery. First the order didn't come by 6:30pm and then i made the call to the delivery executive and asked him to kindly deliver the product today only to which he replied that the order will be delivered without any hassles. After an hour or so, i got the call from the delivery person but due to some reason i couldn't attend the call. Then i received the message that the order was undelivered as i was not available. I rearranged the pickup for the next day through their message and today's 21st july, 2019 and till now the order is undelivered. I wrote to ecom express on 16th july, 2019 and they told me that the order will be delivered within 24-48 hours, today is 21st july, 2019 and i still haven't received the shipment. Now the status is showing rto shipment lock which makes no sense, and there was never an second attempt to deliver my product. Despite writing to budli.in and ecom express i can't resolve my issue.

        Here's the reply ecom express gave me when i wrote to them on 16th july, 2019 and it was said that the order will be delivered within 24-48 hours. Or atleast they'll try to deliver within 24-48 hours. I have never faced such issues with a delivery service providers, such level of negligence towards duties can't be taken for granted. Worst experience.

          Here's the reply Ecom Express gave me when I wrote to them on 16th July, 2019 and it was said that the order will be delivered within 24-48 hours.               Purchased amazon prime product from amazon @ 16/07/19. The product is out for delivery on 20/07/19.
              Ecom express states that they are not ready to deliver the product to home. Customer have to arrange vehicle to their warehouse to collect the product.
              On 21/07/2019 received call from ecom express and spoke with mr. Pavan. He told me to wait for tomorrow morning for the delivery of the product to doorsteps. I have all the call recording with me.

              Ecom express is not delivering the Awb [protected]. Spoke with customer care executives, explained the issue and understood there is no use.
              I like to raise a consumer complaint for this issue.

              Issue: The above AWB# is still available in ecom express warehouse which is15km far from my home. Delivery person is not able to deliver my product to my doorsteps. He is threatening me to collect the product from the warehouse or they will return the product. I have all the call recording and messages with me.

              Your records are fake which I can prove from my end. I have all the proofs that you didn't delivered the product at registered address. Delivery person charged 300 rupees for door delivery and I collected the product from your warehouse which is situated at Neyyattinkara. Please don't try to hide the truth.                   I ordered baby diaper for my son and it was a prepaid order today morning means 18/7/2019 i receive a message from ecom that my shipment was out for delivery i was waiting for my shipment from morning and at night i receive a message at 9:30 p. M. That my shipment has been delivered but i have not received my shipment so how it is possible that you are showing its delivered if if a delivery boy is giving prepaid orders so he should check the aadhar card or any identification of that customer how someone can receive my shipment.                       Hi, i order a product on myntra with tracking no: [protected] on 24th june and since 29th june the status of this on ecom express is showing the same that 'pickup has been rescheduled to next day"and on 15th july it was updated to"proruct cancelled by customer" which i didn't do in fact.
                      I was following up myntra team since the first week of july and they dont seem to receive any update from ecom express.

                            Hello all,

                            Good day.

                            I am tired of reaching out to the customer care of ecom express, hence sending this email. The order id mentioned in the subject is an order that i placed in clubfactory long back. It is not delivered by ecom express yet. It was marked as ‘cusomter not available’ everytime. So i called ecom express cusomter care and i have been following up with them and everytime i was told the delivery person will re-attempt within 24 hours. However everytime no
                            One calls and it is always marked as ‘customer not available’ and will be rescheduled.

                            Today it says as my order is returned back. May i know why is this?

                            Ecom express: if there is any reason why i won’t order from club factory anymore, it will be your ridiculous and pathetic customer service.

                            Clubfactory team: you guys should step up and identify good delivery partners, if not you will lose all your india customer base. Till ecom express if your delivery partner, i am not placing any order from you.

                            Just google ecom express and look for reviews or check mouthshut.com for reviews. You will know with whom you have partnered.

                            I need a refund of my order id in the subject. I am not donating any money here. Also, there is another order of mine that’s stuck at customs for a long time now - so[protected]. Hope you will deliver this atleast.

                            Attached evidencesof me asking customer care of club factory to escalate, but that also was no use.

                              But on (13 july 2019) i got a call from your end to collect the parcel. Finally i collected my parcel that day.
                              I was very upset with the service from your end till 12 july.
                              I hope this incident will not happen again.

                              So, please make sure from today itself that parcel should be delivered by time and deliver only by verifying ID Card of the receiver.

Then he said that please arrive at the place very far from our place. I have 1 month old baby. And that was not possible for me. Then he said ok. But he not come and i call him at evening. That time he said that he forgotten to take the parcel from the office at morning. And his behaviour was very rude.

Either they dont care about the business or ecom doesn't. I have been patiently waiting for the pickup. Any later and i would lose the business.

                                      I had ordered a cashew nut package from Naaptol which was prepaid. The delivery agent still charged 999/- and later refused to own up. The same man came to deliver an Amazon product to me and when confronted behaved very rudely. He couldn't even produce an electronic payment device and I wouldn't give him any money without proof. So I had to return the package that I had been expecting over many days. Moreover, the customer care people don't understand anything. When I explained my problem to them they had no idea what I was saying and when I asked them to send another delivery man, they disconnected the call when I was trying to retrieve the order number.
                                      If you're in the courier industry, try to hire trustworthy and efficient people, Ecom! You ain't going to make much progress with this kind of services.

                                      The man delivering this not only took Rs 999/- for this but also signed on behalf of the customer and told the customer a signature was not required. I have notified this to the customer services team time and again but they paid no heed.

                                      Also, electronic payment devices are usable at my location for all other products delivered by Amazon, Flipkart etc but Ecom Express has no such provision.

                                        Your company delivery agents dont deliver the parcel on time. And they send false message saying that the customer has rejected the parcel. They delay the delivery by weeks. This has happened multiple times.
                                        Also your customer support people are hopeless at their job. They could’nt solve the problem and are extremely rude. They have no clue as to how to solve any issue.
                                        Currently no action has been taken against them.
