I ordered a smartphone from budli.in (Awb number - [protected]), and delivery partners with them are ecom express. Everything was going well as this was not my first time purchasing from budli.in and i have dealt with ecom express before through budli.in. I ordered on 4th july, 2019 and received the message on 12th july, 2019 by ecom express, that my order is out for delivery. First the order didn't come by 6:30pm and then i made the call to the delivery executive and asked him to kindly deliver the product today only to which he replied that the order will be delivered without any hassles. After an hour or so, i got the call from the delivery person but due to some reason i couldn't attend the call. Then i received the message that the order was undelivered as i was not available. I rearranged the pickup for the next day through their message and today's 21st july, 2019 and till now the order is undelivered. I wrote to ecom express on 16th july, 2019 and they told me that the order will be delivered within 24-48 hours, today is 21st july, 2019 and i still haven't received the shipment. Now the status is showing rto shipment lock which makes no sense, and there was never an second attempt to deliver my product. Despite writing to budli.in and ecom express i can't resolve my issue.
Here's the reply ecom express gave me when i wrote to them on 16th july, 2019 and it was said that the order will be delivered within 24-48 hours. Or atleast they'll try to deliver within 24-48 hours. I have never faced such issues with a delivery service providers, such level of negligence towards duties can't be taken for granted. Worst experience.
