I ordered tops through ajio app.

Today morning i received message that shipment is out for delivery but never get any calls from courier person side. But afternoon i received message that order is delivered. I don't know what exactly happened. Courier person not even made a call to me. But at last message received that he delivered the product. Confused.

So kindly give or suggest me a solution for this.

Will i receive my product or not? And i really don't know how to rectify this issue.

      I have placed a order of two tshirts from bewakoof, its said it will be delivered by july 23, i got the message its for delivery but the delivery guy didnt showed up nor called me. Awb no :[protected] and [protected]. Its been past five days and not a single word from your ecom express. I have sent the mail to the ecom express, bewakoof they said it will be resolved but not word from any of them. When i tried calling in the number i got from message, its not evwn getting connected

        I ordered 2 mens wallet from flipkart on 15th july. (Agreed 3-4 days delivery)

        Its shipped by ecom tracking no.[protected] on 15th july.

        On 18th july its arrived on my nearest hub.

        On 18th july i got message its out for delivery with ecom executives contact number..

        Until 18th july evening am waited, but shipment not delivered. They not called me, then i call ecom executive, he said product not ready for delivery, he promised it will delivery on 19th july..

        On 19th july also its not delivered, i got a call from ecom customer service, they said it will not deliver today, will be delivered on 20th july.

        On 20th july also same, no delivery, no call, i tracked it on ecom website, there reason showed 'customer not available'. Then i made on complaint on flipkart customer care and ecom ecom customer service.

        But from flipkart i got calls continously.. They promised it will delivery before 24th july.. And offer 100rs compesation after delivery.

        On 24th july also its not delivered.. On same day flipkart call me.. That product cant make delivery, they request me to cancel that order.
        I accept that request. Order was cancelled.. Because of non-delivery not get the compesation also..

        But the fun is on 26th july, i got reply from ecom customer service for 20th july's complaint.. The shipment was undelivered because of the vendor requested to return the order..

        Your Reply is not a solution for my complaint..

        On which date you recieved cancel request ?

        You can check my screenshot,
        the product arrived in our area on 18th July,
        and its out for delivery, the shipment expected date is 19th July, Your Delivery Executive is not trieing to delivery that shipment..

        and also have another issue with #[protected].
        in this shipment i recieved message out for delivery on 26th July, But they didnt call me, they didnt treing for delivery, i call them more than 10 times, he refused home delivery and i run behind him for collect the product..

        The complaint is against your irresponsible delivery executives in my location, this is a request for take an action for these incidents.

          Is this a real company or a bogus fake number and courier service

          I only got SMSes that my online order willl be delivered. But when I called he said he will come but no luck for 2 days and then 3rd day SMS also did not reach me. When I called, they generated the SMS and immediately marked the package as delivered even without making an attempt. The helpline has no idea about the Bangalore address for me to go pick up myself.
          So wondering if I have been scammed or this is a real business at all. (AWB [protected])
          Now when I try calling it says invalid AWB number!!

              I have ordered the product from amazon and it is not delivered and now it shows it is returnung to seller.                 I had placed a product order from bang good after 2or 3 days it reached the delhi and has been cleared by customs and released for delivery by Ecom express . And every day I track my order in Econ express tracking it's shows pickup rescheduled for next day. This has been showing for more than 7days and still not had picked up. In the time ordering it's say it will be delivered within 16days .now it has 14days and still it is not picked up by Ecom express .and checking the order status all day every day it shows pickup rescheduled for next day.and next day it shows again pickup rescheduled for next day. I am so tensed how can I get the product now.please make delivery as soon as possible

                      I have order a product form bandgood.com and it was shipped via alljoy courier company my order number aljcb[protected]yq

                      The bandgood.com tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same, alljoy shows on - 17.07.2019 that it "deliver to original airport waitting for flight (Hkg)"

                      The ecom awb no. Is [protected]. It showing status - pickup rescheduled for next day, form last 8 days. When will i receive it and what is the exact status of my order? Please have a look at the issue and do the needful.

                        I ordered a smartphone from budli.in (Awb number - [protected]), and delivery partners with them are ecom express. Everything was going well as this was not my first time purchasing from budli.in and i have dealt with ecom express before through budli.in. I ordered on 4th july, 2019 and received the message on 12th july, 2019 by ecom express, that my order is out for delivery. First the order didn't come by 6:30pm and then i made the call to the delivery executive and asked him to kindly deliver the product today only to which he replied that the order will be delivered without any hassles. After an hour or so, i got the call from the delivery person but due to some reason i couldn't attend the call. Then i received the message that the order was undelivered as i was not available. I rearranged the pickup for the next day through their message and today's 21st july, 2019 and till now the order is undelivered. I wrote to ecom express on 16th july, 2019 and they told me that the order will be delivered within 24-48 hours, today is 21st july, 2019 and i still haven't received the shipment. Now the status is showing rto shipment lock which makes no sense, and there was never an second attempt to deliver my product. Despite writing to budli.in and ecom express i can't resolve my issue.

                        Here's the reply ecom express gave me when i wrote to them on 16th july, 2019 and it was said that the order will be delivered within 24-48 hours. Or atleast they'll try to deliver within 24-48 hours. I have never faced such issues with a delivery service providers, such level of negligence towards duties can't be taken for granted. Worst experience.

After an hour or so, i got the call from the delivery person but due to some reason i couldn't attend the call. Then i received the message that the order was undelivered as i was not available. I rearranged the pickup for the next day through their message and today's 21st july, 2019 and till now the order is undelivered. I wrote to ecom express on 16th july, 2019 and they told me that the order will be delivered within 24-48 hours, today is 21st july, 2019 and i still haven't received the shipment. Now the status is showing rto shipment lock which makes no sense, and there was never an second attempt to deliver my product. Despite writing to budli.in and ecom express i can't resolve my issue.

                          Here's the reply Ecom Express gave me when I wrote to them on 16th July, 2019 and it was said that the order will be delivered within 24-48 hours. Or atleast they'll try to deliver within 24-48 hours. I have never faced such issues with a delivery service providers, such level of negligence towards duties can't be taken for granted. Worst experience.

                              Purchased amazon prime product from amazon @ 16/07/19. The product is out for delivery on 20/07/19.
                              Ecom express states that they are not ready to deliver the product to home. Customer have to arrange vehicle to their warehouse to collect the product.
                              On 21/07/2019 received call from ecom express and spoke with mr. Pavan. He told me to wait for tomorrow morning for the delivery of the product to doorsteps. I have all the call recording with me.

                              Ecom express is not delivering the Awb [protected]. Spoke with customer care executives, explained the issue and understood there is no use.
                              I like to raise a consumer complaint for this issue.

                              Issue: The above AWB# is still available in ecom express warehouse which is15km far from my home. Delivery person is not able to deliver my product to my doorsteps. He is threatening me to collect the product from the warehouse or they will return the product. I have all the call recording and messages with me.

Delivery person charged 300 rupees for door delivery and I collected the product from your warehouse which is situated at Neyyattinkara. Please don't try to hide the truth.                                   I ordered baby diaper for my son and it was a prepaid order today morning means 18/7/2019 i receive a message from ecom that my shipment was out for delivery i was waiting for my shipment from morning and at night i receive a message at 9:30 p. M. That my shipment has been delivered but i have not received my shipment so how it is possible that you are showing its delivered if if a delivery boy is giving prepaid orders so he should check the aadhar card or any identification of that customer how someone can receive my shipment. Plz look at this matter and give me my shipment back

                                      Hi, i order a product on myntra with tracking no: [protected] on 24th june and since 29th june the status of this on ecom express is showing the same that 'pickup has been rescheduled to next day"and on 15th july it was updated to"proruct cancelled by customer" which i didn't do in fact.
                                      I was following up myntra team since the first week of july and they dont seem to receive any update from ecom express.
