I have ordered one sony power bank .The ecom express supposed to deliver me the product on 8th june but it was not delivered yet.when i used to call customer care they us to convey same message that my number was not reachable and i used to take my product no one has come to my residence so far i am waiting for my product and when i call them same excuse is made by executive in same manner.i service is really poor unless today even wen i called up customer care one staff had told me that it is cancelled please mail us again why should i mail again .i have not cancel my product i am waiting for it this type of customer handling is not bareable hence it is punishable offence i would aware all the people not to be fooled by this company bad service .how can they cancelled the product by themselves and not asking the customer or i think the are making fool they have no products it is a fake company.this type of company should be liable to charges and compensation

    Hi,

    I have order a product form bandgood.com and it was shipped via ecom courier company.

    The banggood tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same,

    After speaking with the banggood support it was told the package was handed to the local courier ecom express for local customer delivery who updated the status as delivered on 21st of april 19.

    The package never came to my place or even got any call from the delivery executive about the same.

    I did not received any sms of otp for delivery confirmation and still the status on the tracking page was changed to delivered.

    When i asked banggood to take a proof of delivery, the ecom provided them with a fake signature image which was certainly not mine or any member of my family, and then i asked them to show a concrete proof as any id proof of the person receiving the shipment to which they never replied till this date.

    Because of the mess up form ecom logistics i am bearing a loss of more than 3k. Please i request you to investigate the issue or change false "delivered" status on the tracking page to "lost" or "undelivered".

    The product was ordered through MYNTRA website, which was dispatched through ECOM. The product did not received by the customer and ECOM have updated to client as well in their website that product got delivered.

      I have tracked my delivery since last couple of days its showing in transit spoke at customer service he had no idea about the same he had the same answers.
      further the caller executive was very rude and had no answer to my queries.

      would like to request you to deliver it ASAP or else it would force me to take further stringent step ahead which would lead your company in trouble.

        I have placed an order with Club Factory and it was supposed to be delivered by Ecom express. Delivery was supposed to be given on[protected] but no person has contacted me for delivery . After tracking it is showing they have tried contacting but not able to.

        To inform them previously i had received a delivery but this delivery with Delivery token number [protected] has not been received nor any attempt is mad by them.

            I ordered a product through myntra which was supposed to be delivered by Ecom Express Courier service. My tracking ID is [protected].
            Its been a week since I placed my order and still there is no progress in shipping. "Pickup Rescheduled for Next day", this message is displayed everyday when I try to track the order. Customer care from myntra and Ecom express do not respond properly. Can you please speed up the delivery or I will have to cancel the order. This is so annoying.

              I had ordered some clothes for my little one from AJIO and 2 of them are picked up by ecom express on 6th at Hyderabad and the product was supposed to be delivered by 8th at Allwyn Colony, Kukatpally.

              The most intriguing part of the whole thing is the tracking status that's been updated on the site... I see that the product is in scan at some Hub everyday single day from 6th till date and is being sent from one hub to another and being scanned again.. Or it is at the same hub and being scanned everyday. I am also beginning to think that maybe my product is caught in a time loop. And so the status is same every single day. If that's the case than I am also worried about the product condition by the time it is delivered to me.. Since it was scanned already so many times.

                I had ordered a shipment from myntra on 31st May, 2019. It has been nearly more than 10 days and the shipment tracking on ecom express still shows pickup rescheduled for the next day. The same message gets updated everyday. Can you explain what's the problem with your system??

                You need to work on your service and also please try to give some other comment than this one, "Pickup Rescheduled For Next Day". I am sure half of your complaints will be related to this ugly message which keeps repeating itself every morning.

                My order from pure has not yet been delivered and sent back. The link they have given is also not proper. I am not able to track my parcel. The delivery boy asked the details of place and later the parcel is not delivered and sent back.
                I need back my money I trust you but u guys are not maintenance quality and fit bit charger also not there in box..

                    I ordered a package from Eduncle. They told me that I ll receive my package within 7-8days. On June 8 I received a msg shows that my package is out of delivery. But also within few minutes I got an another msg that my package is undelivered since address is unlocatable(that is not possible Becoz my given address is completely right also I received many couriers/posts using the same address ). I called customer care. They told me that I ll receive my package By tmr itself. But still now I didn't receive it. Moreover in ur tracking site it keeps on postponding the date. Try to deliver my package as soon as possible. Or tell me where I have to collect it? Also correct these type of mistakes in ur side. Don't repeat it for other peoples.

                      Address: Ecom Express Private Limited Ground Floor, 13/16 min, 17 min, Samalka, Old Delhi-Gurugram Road, Kapashera, New Delhi – 110037, India, 400076

                      They Recieved my Product for delivery on 27-5, Did not deliver at my address and said that product not delivered due to Customer not availiable which was a lie.
                      I contacted them multiple times and was assured that the product will be delivered the next Day but it they never even attempted the same.
                      After keeping the product with them for 13 Days, they returned the product to seller on 8-6, without even attempting to deliver it.
                      Now after contacting them again, the customer service people are very rude and telling me that we do not the reason of return and cannot take any complaint regarding this product. They also told me not to call them back as they do not know anything and to contact seller directly !!!
                      Pathetic service by Ecom Express team.

I total paid Rupees.3, 056, 75. But no body can help me due to my repeated request. so what shall i do. It is a above 50 times request. so kindly help aboe this matter.otherwise I will go to consumer court.

                              Delivery of item is delayed beyond expectation.The item reached hyderabad on 1st June itself but till now within the same city they are not able to deliver it for last 7 days.Everyday I see the bag is getting scanned and processed.I dont understand what is going on.
                              Why dont these guys call me if they have any doubts regarding the address or something else.

                                  The 5/06/2019 parcel is booked on AWB no [protected] is delayed so much in 3days its roaming in Delhi and its suburb areas . one of the thirdclass company every time delay the parcel of madhya pradesh region . they have no experience of courier filed just tie up companies but not have mind of business and manpower to run it . i dont know why companies tie up with him .

                                    My product of AWB NUMBER IS [protected] which had to be delivered on 4th June 2019, was marked as Delivery attempted but no delivery boy had come on that day and I received no calls from him, since three I have been calling your customer care executives and they have been telling one same thing "YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY", but no one is coming. I assure you that my delivery address is correct as I have received other orders on same address by ecom services. Finally when I received the phone number of the person in charge for my delivery of my package he spoke very abruptly with me and told me he won't deliver my product, his name is Santosh Barikh his contact number is [protected]. I want serious action to be taken against this guy. And please let me know acknowledge you this is the worst experience regarding delivery service I have ever experienced.

                                        This is regarding my tracking ID [protected] . The status has been showing Pickup Rescheduled For Next Day Since the last week. I don't understand was the issue is. Please look into it. There are no other updated on the tracking page other than this.
