Product not same so kindly refund this item i want to another later stage so
Its shown my order is rescheduled for the next day from past four days. Please do check once. When i track my number its only showing rescheduled from the beginning. Its urgent and i need my order as soon as possible.. please be kind and consider this as request.
I ordered a mop through amazone and i got an sms that the product reached at the courier service and nobody contact me and later I got a message that the product is returned due to the refusal of customer .i did not refused it . Plz make an arrange ment to get the product.

    Ecom express- AWB number-[protected], Order no- ALJCC[protected]YQ, current status - delivered, information request- 16 march 2019. But I have not received my item till today. I purchased one mens big size casual out door washed double sided wear vest on-19.01 2019 from Banggood website which order date[protected]. I total paid Rupees.3, 056, 75. But no body can help me due to my repeated request. so what shall i do. It is a above 50 times request. so kindly help aboe this matter.otherwise I will go to consumer court.

      Delivery of item is delayed beyond expectation.The item reached hyderabad on 1st June itself but till now within the same city they are not able to deliver it for last 7 days.Everyday I see the bag is getting scanned and processed.I dont understand what is going on.
      Why dont these guys call me if they have any doubts regarding the address or something else.

          The 5/06/2019 parcel is booked on AWB no [protected] is delayed so much in 3days its roaming in Delhi and its suburb areas . one of the thirdclass company every time delay the parcel of madhya pradesh region . they have no experience of courier filed just tie up companies but not have mind of business and manpower to run it . i dont know why companies tie up with him .

            My product of AWB NUMBER IS [protected] which had to be delivered on 4th June 2019, was marked as Delivery attempted but no delivery boy had come on that day and I received no calls from him, since three I have been calling your customer care executives and they have been telling one same thing "YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY", but no one is coming. I assure you that my delivery address is correct as I have received other orders on same address by ecom services. Finally when I received the phone number of the person in charge for my delivery of my package he spoke very abruptly with me and told me he won't deliver my product, his name is Santosh Barikh his contact number is [protected]. I want serious action to be taken against this guy. And please let me know acknowledge you this is the worst experience regarding delivery service I have ever experienced.

                This is regarding my tracking ID [protected] . The status has been showing Pickup Rescheduled For Next Day Since the last week. I don't understand was the issue is.                     I experienced the same situation. and found the solution. The above reply by that verified support member was no way helpful.
                    actual problem going here is having 'FDSP' in tracking number. It’s means your order is shipped through one courier but will be delivered by some other courier. ( in my case it was shown as shipped through express bees, but I was not able to track it from their website. so after searching for solution i found out it. i went to ekart website and entered the tracking number but instead of FDSP, i typed FMPP which was normally given on ekart shippings. and I was able to track all the tracking details in ekart website, even though my flipkart shows its shipped through exprees bees)

                        I order my dress approximately 3 week ago and order had to deliver on 2week but the didn't delivered it showing wrong address I called customer care then told me they will deliver my product within that day only but nothing happens again I complain I told them I myself receive my order please contact me with the delivery boy they give me no but he didn't pick up the call again I complain they assured me they will deliver but when my question is when I receive my order club factory didn't care about his customers I patiently waited but not now if you cannot deliver then I have to took strong step against you

                              Ecom Express courier company is not delivering the product in vadakara, Kerala .
                              In thier site they have mentioned that attempted delivery and failed as customer not available. This is a pure lie as they didn't reached my address nor they called to the number which was provided.

                                  We are a online website holder name bujju.com, there are some orders from our site which are to be given to the costumers, orders are to be picked by ecom members but there is no response from your side regarding this, and we dint have any contact numbers whom we can contact regarding this.

                                  Kindly look into our problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                                      I placed an order from amazon. Tracking number shows delivered but i have never received the item. Also, upon repeated complaints to the company they took no action and just said that we will get back to you in 24-48 hours.
                                      But no response, looks like they have misplaced it.

                                      Well, whom have you delivered now, I am still not in receipt of the product. Kindly do not provide false information, just to show that you guys work. While each call to you and your team, you failed to provide information.

                                        I had ordered some products from nykaa which had a delivery date on 30th of may. This guy from ecom express called me and said his guy won't be able to make a delivery today as he has no man on work, he ask me is it okay if he deliver it tomorrow morning as soon as possible i said okay. It has me 2 days now my delivery hasn't been made and plus they put a reason that they can't find my address which is a lie.in total it has been 5 day i didn't got my parcel, they just keep extending the delivery dates. I want some actions as soon as possible and my parcel today itself
