I have not received my courier yet and it shows as delivered on ecom express courier tracking. I am unable to contact ecom express customer care numbers too.

    Hello all,

    Good day.

    I am tired of reaching out to the customer care of ecom express, hence sending this email. The order id mentioned in the subject is an order that i placed in clubfactory long back. It is not delivered by ecom express yet. It was marked as ‘cusomter not available’ everytime. So i called ecom express cusomter care and i have been following up with them and everytime i was told the delivery person will re-attempt within 24 hours. However everytime no
    One calls and it is always marked as ‘customer not available’ and will be rescheduled.

    Today it says as my order is returned back. May i know why is this?

    Ecom express: if there is any reason why i won’t order from club factory anymore, it will be your ridiculous and pathetic customer service.

    Clubfactory team: you guys should step up and identify good delivery partners, if not you will lose all your india customer base. Till ecom express if your delivery partner, i am not placing any order from you.

    Just google ecom express and look for reviews or check mouthshut.com for reviews. You will know with whom you have partnered.

    I need a refund of my order id in the subject. I am not donating any money here. Also, there is another order of mine that’s stuck at customs for a long time now - so[protected]. Hope you will deliver this atleast.

    Attached evidencesof me asking customer care of club factory to escalate, but that also was no use.

      I m realtu kumar. I have ordered a order # [protected] - prestige iris (750 watt) mixer grinder with 3 stainless steel jar + 1 juicer jar, white and blue through amazon. Delivery date was 15 of june 2019. But still i have not recieved product. Now i am suffering from mentally harassment. I made contact with amazon they said to me that product has been delivered to you. Acc to me product is not delivered to me. If product is delivered to me then they have definitely some proof of delivery. So i want to see that proof.

      Status is showing that product has been delivered to me on 15 june 2019 but i didn't received parcel till 12 july 2019.
      But on (13 july 2019) i got a call from your end to collect the parcel. Finally i collected my parcel that day.
      I was very upset with the service from your end till 12 july.
      I hope this incident will not happen again.
      Thanks for atleast you have replied on my complaint.
      So, please make sure from today itself that parcel should be delivered by time and deliver only by verifying ID Card of the receiver.
      Thanks again.
      Finally on 13 july i got my parcel approx 1 month later from delivery date.

        I am ordered products i got a message from ecom express about the despatch. The delivery boy call me and asked about my location. Then he said that please arrive at the place very far from our place. I have 1 month old baby. And that was not possible for me. Then he said ok. But he not come and i call him at evening. That time he said that he forgotten to take the parcel from the office at morning. And his behaviour was very rude.

          I needed to return some clothes for exchange but the person in charge for picking up the package is not coming and is trying to fool me by calling me and ringing for only 1 sec and then cutting off the call. This is a case of consumer service violation so i would like the provider to see the delivery person be changed or new person be appointed to pickup my package!

            Pickup scheduled on 6th july (Awb: [protected]) is still pending. The pickup was arranged through shiprocket but they aren't responding. Either they dont care about the business or ecom doesn't. I have been patiently waiting for the pickup. Any later and i would lose the business.
            I ecom cares i would expect you to arrange pickup quickly as this has been a recurring issue and wouldn't do business any longer.

              I had ordered a cashew nut package from Naaptol which was prepaid. The delivery agent still charged 999/- and later refused to own up. The same man came to deliver an Amazon product to me and when confronted behaved very rudely. He couldn't even produce an electronic payment device and I wouldn't give him any money without proof. So I had to return the package that I had been expecting over many days. Moreover, the customer care people don't understand anything. When I explained my problem to them they had no idea what I was saying and when I asked them to send another delivery man, they disconnected the call when I was trying to retrieve the order number.
              If you're in the courier industry, try to hire trustworthy and efficient people, Ecom! You ain't going to make much progress with this kind of services.

              These are the details of the package that was prepaid but for which the delivery man still took money and later refused to accept his fault:

              The man delivering this not only took Rs 999/- for this but also signed on behalf of the customer and told the customer a signature was not required. I have notified this to the customer services team time and again but they paid no heed.

              Also, electronic payment devices are usable at my location for all other products delivered by Amazon, Flipkart etc but Ecom Express has no such provision.

                Your company delivery agents dont deliver the parcel on time. And they send false message saying that the customer has rejected the parcel. They delay the delivery by weeks. This has happened multiple times.
                Also your customer support people are hopeless at their job. They could’nt solve the problem and are extremely rude. They have no clue as to how to solve any issue.
                Currently no action has been taken against them.

                  Parcel (Awb [protected]) didn't receive by me because mobile number ([protected]) and email ([protected]@gmail.com) provided in default address on myntra not belongs to me in present. Mobile number nd email id both have closed by me 2 month ago and same mobile number not started again till now. So question is that how and on which basis individual can deliver the order to anyone without communication.
                  Kindly ask to your concern delivery boy to whom he delivered.

                            This is with reference to an issue that am facing with a courier package that was supposed to be delivered to me by ecomexpress (www.ecomexpress.in)

                            I have tried talking to the helpline number but only false assurances that someone will reach out to me to sort out the issue but till date no one has called either.

                                I applied for personal loan in tvs credit services in the month of may. They told document cllected by ecom. Express. I given schedule for 8am to 12am.
                                Your people not giving call before coming to our place. They are not coming schedule given time. Atlest they are not providing the mobile nos also.

                                2 times they came (Not in schedule time i given) when i am not there.

                                My document collection schedule on 30th june. 30th june is sunday full day i am in the home. Without coming they have updated in ecom tracking - addresss not available at the venue.

Delivery msg came to on 22 but the person never called me or came for delivery.. I had called him several times but he didn't came and now its showing that the product has returned back.. It's not fair because of you guys failure we customer are suffering..

                                      I have ordered through myntra on 23rd june and on 26th june it is suppposed to be delivered but i have not got the parcel throght ecom. Awb is [protected]. Please assist. I have got messege as delivered.

                                      I need a parcel or refund to the product as soon as possible. I have tried contacting the number through which i have got delivery confirmation messege even that is not working.

                                        I had order product from myntra through awb no:[protected] & awb no:[protected] (Ecom express) myntra updated that it has been shipped on 26 but today date is 30 i didn't received any order from ecom i keep on tracking every day with awb no's it show that your order has been rescheduled for the next day for almost a week such a bad service by ecom.
                                        I need my product as soon as possible.
