I had ordered a product from nyka on 2nd of may, which was supposed to be delivered by ecom express by 6 th may. But despite of receiving messages regarding delivery.. The product has not been delivered till now. Repeatedly i got messages that attempt to delivery failed as i rescheduled the delivery time, which was not done by me. On 8 th may i got a call from executive that delivery will be made by 9th. And today it's 11th still not got delivery.. No call no msg now from them, also i have already paid for the product online

Kindly update me what is going on. Now on tracking it is showing order returned. How and why this is happening? No one ever came on my door to deliver the product. Please look into the matter or I'll take some legal action. I have prepaid for the product.

    I have ordered an item in club factory and the proposed date for the delivery is 10th may. But ecom executive did nt call me yet. When i tracked the product, on may 5th, it shows product returned as the customer was not der. Now it shows rto lock.. Actually anybody called me from ecom.. And the fact is dat may 5th was sunday and all were der at home.. I think they make wrong statements at site... I need my product as soon as possible... I already paid for it...         I have purchased samsung galaxy note 9 from the online store called swaggers for only rs.15000. The seller have cheated me. I received the fraud product. Phone seems to be original but the phones features like ram, internal memory, processor, fingerprint scanner are all faulty and fraud. I want to return the product immediately. I want my money back.

            Dear sir,

            Willlora.com is online shopping fraud company which is not registered with mca of registrar of companies. Ecom express courier service is make agreement with willlora.com as a partner. Ecom express is delivering all th products to the customers who ordered online using willlora.com.

            But willlora doesn't have proper customer service, not even one genuine contact number. The ordered products by the customers are not even 1% match with delivered products by willlora through ecom express. We have been continuously raising the concern with ecom express but they are not least bother and still continuing the delivery services to willora.

              The people who work for ecom express darjeeling don’t bother delivering the products they’re supposed to. First of all we don’t receive any calls from them and they give excuses saying that our address is unlocatable. This is really troublesome. I haven’t received my order which has reached darjeeling 5 days back, it’s still in their office. It would be better if orders aren’t sent through this courier service.

              Ecom express Darjeeling is providing the worst delivery service. I had to wait for the delivery boy for my return pickup. I waited for more than 2 hours. Even after calling me to the destination along with the product, noone came to pick it up...

                  i am complaining about my watch which i had ordered from one's topshop

I was cross checked for genuinity and I received a message from Ecom that they would call me when the delivery is ready. I should be then ready with the cash of RS 1338 approximately. Person from Ecom had come to my house without giving me a call. My mother in law at 89 years had to open the door tell him to come the next day. After that the person didn't turn up n.                       I have ordered a product last week. But after a thorough checking i found that the quantity was not reasonable according to the price. So i decided to cancel the product. They provided a very supportive interaction and suggested me to ignore the delivery since the product was already shipped. But the delivery was undertaken by ecom express. When they reach to me for the delivery i said what i have been advised to do and refused to accept the order. But the person on the other side of the phone simply commented that from next time watch out your brain and eyes before ordering. I was speechless. Though his tone was not sharp but the oratory was too harsh. I have felt insulted and disgusted too. I think to err is human and i am no exception. I am thinking to take a serious action against them.

                        I’ve ordered an item online from royal enfield, which is shipped by ecom express. My order number is [protected]. I’ve given correct address proof and they told me that you’ve given a wrong address which was unlocatable. It’s been a week and now i rescheduled my order yesterday to deliver it by today.. Today i got a call from ecom express and they confirmed my presence at home. For safety reasons, i bought the number of the delivery guy and called him. He told that he couldn’t deliver the parcel today and he can deliver it tomorrow. He also told that if i want today, i can go to the office and collect the parcel in the office located in nagercoil. I came to the office traveling 15 km, and i saw it was closed. While calling the number, i was told to wait for half an hour. Is this the way you deal with the customers?. I want a response for this complaint. If not, i know how to handle this case

                          My awb no is [protected], the delivery boy tried attempting on 28 april but i was not available, after that he did not try again and when i called customer care to enquire about it a lady name priyanka is telling that it will be delivered within 48 hrs, i asked her if not delivered then what, to which she is saying call again and hung up the call, what kind of customer service is this, illetrate people are working with your company

                            Dear customer care,

                            The parcel has been booked by an amazon seller on date 2 may 2019, but from last two attempts on pick up, the tracking shows pickup failed, shipment not handed over tracking id[protected]

                            Why is it so, kindly revert back to me, as i am the buyer who purchased the item and unable to communicate with the seller. Amazon is also reluctant to help.

                            see whats going on, I have cancelled the order way before(date 6/may/2019) still from two days, your system tracking shows shipment not handed over/ready.

                            It means two things one is that Ecom express must be doing something fishy and second the tracking is fraud the updates are not done as per ecom policy.

                            I will make sure that company knows about it.

                              Iam order a product the ecommerce has sent product through ecom courier the ecom delivery boy has not delivered the product and identify the address also available and worst behaviour and rudly and roughly talking and bad language using abusing the customer and immediately takeserious action on this issue and don't repeat in future and services ate also bad improve the services.

                                Very worst service provided by ecom express. Even the customer care is not responding properly. He said that you can google the complain no. Not bothered to respond to the question raised.. As i'm talking they are cutting the line. The delivery guy dint come. He gave a missed cl. Whn i tried to call him back i was not able to contact him.. And he has given a wrong update that consignee refused to get the product. Even somehow i have managed to reschedule the delivery but again the guy didn't come even i didn't get a call from your end about the delivery. The customer care service is very very worst to the core

                                  I am Sainath worked in ECOM Hyderabad for 2 years. I need to withdraw the PF amount for my personal use. But my Aadhar and Pan card details are not updated in UAN and asked HR Murali from last two months to add the information in UAN.
                                  He is ridiculous and not responded to any of the emails till now he didn't update anything in UAN.[protected]. Kindly look into this on priority and do the needful.

                                    missing item in my package delivered and also a wrong item in it

                                    I had ordered Maxel Ak 2002 Epilator Pink & White and quantity was two. The package was delivered on April 27 2019 and amount was collected for two pieces. When I opened the package I found only one item that too a wrong one in the package. Right now return is initiated for that wrong item. I mailed to the help centre still the issue is not resolved. I want either one more to be delivered at earliest or please refund the money of the same....

                                    I ordered a dress from online shopping app till now i didn’t get my shipped order. The track always shows that it’s out for delivery but none of your delivery man calls or delivery the order. After that it should custom was not available.
