The delivery executive is not visiting the location and didn't call me and marking as location not found this happened 3 times he didn't call to verify the address. When i call customer care they say that product will be delivered tomorrow each time very horrible hopeless service by ecom express please resolve my issue my awb [[protected]]. Please make the product delivery.

    Hi team,

    I ordered this product (Generic tws i7s twins bluetooth earphone) from amazon, and it was to be delivered by today, and i even got a message that the product is out for delivery but the delivery agent didn't call me, nor even came to the delivery address and has marked that i have refused the order.
    Kindly, take strict action on such lazy delivery agents. And i really want that package asap

    Yes the product was delivered Thanks as I followed up with the Ecom team on my behalf but my concern is how the delivery guy can mention I cancelled the delivery and mark it as fault at my end even though he never called or contacted me.

      Hello ecom team,

      I have raised a product pick-up request 14 days ago which i purchased through flipkart. And it is supposed to pick up by ecom express executive. Everyday, i am getting a message that somebody will come to collect it from ecom express. But, at the end of the day, nobody is coming to pick it up. The last date of return is 16th may 2019.
      The reverse pick up no. Is (Protected) in the name of kajal mishra, to be picked from 16-pss plaza, pathpartner technology, new thippasandra main road, bengaluru-560075.
      I want the product to be picked up before the due date and please send me the contact detail of the person who will come to pick it up. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

        I happen to buy products from Fabindia and their deliver partner is E Commerce. status of my product is undelivered. their website status says, attempted to make delivery. when delivery guy called and asked two days later which was public holdiday, i asked as when u tried to attemp the delivery.
        delivery guys says i did not attempt as the product is slightly big.

        e-commerce customer care is useless as doest help in any manner.
        pathetic service, havent received the product yet.

            I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra. On 11 may itself, i got the message from myntra that my product had been shipped, but today i checked my tracking details and it wrote - pickup rescheduled for next day. Previous time too, my order was delivered 1-2 weeks later as the same message kept popping up every day. Please be quick in picking up the package from the seller.

                This to inform that i have ordered a product from snapdeal which was supposed to be delivered by the ecom representative. The product was out for delivery on may 8th and the ecom guys called me stating that he is going to deliver but never delivery. The representative was very irresponsible and was not at all customer friendly. I hope these type of people is not going to bring any good for the company. Hope the company will take note of it and do the needful. Even snapdeal is going to get very bad name because of their association with ecom. From now on i will be thinking twice before ordering a product from snapdeal. I hope the company will take note of this and will do the needful.

                  I had ordered a product from nyka on 2nd of may, which was supposed to be delivered by ecom express by 6 th may. But despite of receiving messages regarding delivery.. The product has not been delivered till now. Repeatedly i got messages that attempt to delivery failed as i rescheduled the delivery time, which was not done by me. On 8 th may i got a call from executive that delivery will be made by 9th. And today it's 11th still not got delivery.. No call no msg now from them, also i have already paid for the product online

                            Dear sir,

                            Willlora.com is online shopping fraud company which is not registered with mca of registrar of companies. Ecom express courier service is make agreement with willlora.com as a partner. Ecom express is delivering all th products to the customers who ordered online using willlora.com.

                            But willlora doesn't have proper customer service, not even one genuine contact number. The ordered products by the customers are not even 1% match with delivered products by willlora through ecom express. We have been continuously raising the concern with ecom express but they are not least bother and still continuing the delivery services to willora.

                              The people who work for ecom express darjeeling don’t bother delivering the products they’re supposed to. First of all we don’t receive any calls from them and they give excuses saying that our address is unlocatable. This is really troublesome. I haven’t received my order which has reached darjeeling 5 days back, it’s still in their office. It would be better if orders aren’t sent through this courier service.

                              Ecom express Darjeeling is providing the worst delivery service. I had to wait for the delivery boy for my return pickup. I waited for more than 2 hours. Even after calling me to the destination along with the product, noone came to pick it up...

                                Worst experience of courier service. I had order titan watch from titan website.                                   i am complaining about my watch which i had ordered from one's topshop

                                  I want refund of my order as the watch i had order is the duplicate one. It is not the same as the one i had seen. Kindly refund my money. The watch is a lot different from the watch i had see. It's totally a fraud case. I had ordered it from a instagram page the maniac store. I had properly discussed all the things with the owner before irdering it and the owner had sent this chinese watch to me. The person had given me a different watch....

                                  I had ordered for three items with CLUB FACTORY order AwB [protected] and COD So[protected] in April 20192019 on COD basis. I was cross checked for genuinity and I received a message from Ecom that they would call me when the delivery is ready. I should be then ready with the cash of RS 1338 approximately. Person from Ecom had come to my house without giving me a call. My mother in law at 89 years had to open the door tell him to come the next day. After that the person didn't turn up n. But I keep getting messages that the address provided by me is not correct.The goods remains undelivered with reasons unacceptable. Why is this happening.why should the delivery boys not show proper responsibility. Why this harassment

                                    Tracking id:[protected]. I cannot call to the delivery executive, i dailed the number sent from ecom through text msg, it says the number does not exist and i’ve tried calling customer care number which also didnt work. Can u ask the delivery executive to call me so tht i can take my order. This is very stupid tht i cannot connect with the number given by the service.

                                      I have ordered a product last week. But after a thorough checking i found that the quantity was not reasonable according to the price. So i decided to cancel the product. They provided a very supportive interaction and suggested me to ignore the delivery since the product was already shipped. But the delivery was undertaken by ecom express. When they reach to me for the delivery i said what i have been advised to do and refused to accept the order. But the person on the other side of the phone simply commented that from next time watch out your brain and eyes before ordering. I was speechless. Though his tone was not sharp but the oratory was too harsh. I have felt insulted and disgusted too. I think to err is human and i am no exception. I am thinking to take a serious action against them.

                                      AWB[protected] and AWB[protected] supposed to have been delivered today. But not done. I WAS AVAILABLE AT THE ADDRESS AND NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE.
                                      But when I tracked the parcel, the status shows that, delivery attempt was made and it was not delivered due to unavailability of the recipient.
