Hi ecom express team,

This is srinivasu and i have ordered woodland shoe on flipkart and it was delivered today through ecom express

Delivery item code ecom express - [protected]

Here i have attached the delivery details also.

The ecom express delivery boy delivered the same to me. But the boy was very rude even doesn't have sense to talk with the customers. I was just looking my courier and the boy shouted at me and talked some abused words in local language "kannada". Is this the behavior or manner to talk with the customer. Plz trained them first then send them to the respective customer.

My personal advise dont recruit this type of cheap fellows and dont spoil your company name. (Too much rude behavior).

      A pick up was assigned to ECom on 07th May 2019 and executive called me on 08th May. I asked him to collect the package on 09th of May and he agreed.
      the very next day no pick up was done. and I was informed upon contacting the customer care that the pick-up was canceled because the customer refused the same - I was not asked or informed about the same earlier.
      Regularly since 09th of May, I am calling customer care requesting the same pickup and getting false assurances of 24-48 hours for the pick-up every day.
      After waiting for more than 150 hours and calling customer care for more than 40 times, on the 14 th of May I was informed that pick will be arranged either today or on the 15th May.
      Tried to get the details of the pick-up agent but was refused and assured that pick-up will be definitely done today.
      again at 0830pm contacted customer care and informed that pick-up could not be done, because the customer refused the same.
      Note that once again I am not provided with any details of the agent, no one contacted me or no one attempted the pick-up at my home.
      This kind of service is really exasperating and unbearable.

          Hello,
          My name is Anand Sriram. AWB no: [protected], i have a courier to collect from Ecom Express from past 1 week,
          But none is delivering my parcel. I contacted customer care for more that 10 times, each time they will tell it will be delivered within 24-48 hours, again i dont get any call from delivery executives. Atleast I requested them that i can collect the courier by self. They have given 2 mobile numbers and these are all invalid numbers. Again i tried to speak with higher authority and Mr. Krishna gave me another mobile number i.e ‭[protected]‬. This number rang twice nobody answered my call. Later this number is also switched off.
          I want my courier at the earliest. Please find a solution for the concern. Hoping for your response.

            Hello ecom team,

            I have raised a product pick-up request 16 days ago which I purchased through flipkart. And it is supposed to be picked up by ecom express executive. Everyday, i am getting a message that somebody will come to collect it from ecom express. But, at the end of the day, nobody is coming to pick it up. The last date of return is 16th may 2019.
            AWB no. for the reverse pick up is[protected] in the name of Kajal Mishra, to be picked from 16-pss plaza, pathpartner technology, new thippasandra main road, bengaluru-560075.
            I want the product to be picked up before the due date and please send me the contact detail of the person who will come to pick it up. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

              Few days back, i ordered one jeans and one top through myntra, and few days before i received a message that they were unable to deliver my order and another message was for that i was unavailable, your delivery boy didn't even called me once. While connecting call, the calls are not received. Yesterday ecom express asked the reason and i submitted that too and asked another date for it. Which was today 14th may 2019, but today i again received the message that i was unavailable, how i could be unavailable when they didn't contacted me neither called me. I regret to say but this is the worst delivery service i ever came across. I need my products as soon as possible. Try to increase your customers service. Totally fed up with this behaviour. Never gonna recommend any one about ecom express.

                  I have ordered a product through amazon and it has to be delivered on 11th may as per the msg received. But they called me one time and i could not pick up the call. They mentioned wrong address. I dont know if they call not picked up, how can they say wrong address. They didnt attempted to deliver after that, in spite of complaining twice through customer care. First time the customer care executive promised me to deliver on 12th but didnt. Again today i raised a complaint and they said by tomorrow they will deliver. The worst part is i cannot contact the executive with the number given in the msg. [protected].
                  Also i went multiple times to the delivery centre in maraimalai nagar, but it was locked and i do not know the timing when they close.
                  This is the first time i am experiencing this kind of issue. Even after this i have received a product delivered to the same address by other courier service.

                  They have told that they delivered the above mentioned product on 28 April at 5:20 pm but I didn't receive that product yet and I raised a complaint on date 8th May but after two days they didn't call me back and on asking about complain number they r denied to provide. This courier service is totally an unfaithful one and should be ban for ever.

                    I ordered some stuff from meesho amounted rs.420, the courier guy took rs.720 and didn't return the balance and went away, he didn't call me so don't have his number either. Tracking number is [protected] and city where the courier is delivered is sultanpur and delivery date is 13 may. It is really very unprofessional, he must have return the rest amount. Kindly resolve this.

                      Ordered a pair of earbuds (Earphones) from gonoise. On 13 may itself, i got the message from noise that my product had been scanned at dc which is hardly 10mins from my home so they were able to deliver the package in may13 itself but they kept it for the next day (May 14).in may 14 morning 8 a. M. I got the message that my package is out for delivery but till now it hasn't been delivered when i am trying to contact the delivery person (Sabhyasachi barik) he is saying i am out of the town it will take more 1-2 hours to deliver the product..
                      Simply ridiculous if they want to deliver the product at afternoon time then why they forwarded the message in early morning 8 am
                      Not satisfied with the hospitality.

                          The delivery executive is not visiting the location and didn't call me and marking as location not found this happened 3 times he didn't call to verify the address.                               Hello ecom team,

                              I have raised a product pick-up request 14 days ago which i purchased through flipkart. And it is supposed to pick up by ecom express executive. Everyday, i am getting a message that somebody will come to collect it from ecom express. But, at the end of the day, nobody is coming to pick it up. The last date of return is 16th may 2019.
                              The reverse pick up no. Is (Protected) in the name of kajal mishra, to be picked from 16-pss plaza, pathpartner technology, new thippasandra main road, bengaluru-560075.
                              I want the product to be picked up before the due date and please send me the contact detail of the person who will come to pick it up. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                I happen to buy products from Fabindia and their deliver partner is E Commerce. status of my product is undelivered. their website status says, attempted to make delivery. when delivery guy called and asked two days later which was public holdiday, i asked as when u tried to attemp the delivery.
                                delivery guys says i did not attempt as the product is slightly big.

                                e-commerce customer care is useless as doest help in any manner.
                                pathetic service, havent received the product yet.

                                    I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra. On 11 may itself, i got the message from myntra that my product had been shipped, but today i checked my tracking details and it wrote - pickup rescheduled for next day.                                         This to inform that i have ordered a product from snapdeal which was supposed to be delivered by the ecom representative. The product was out for delivery on may 8th and the ecom guys called me stating that he is going to deliver but never delivery. The representative was very irresponsible and was not at all customer friendly. I hope these type of people is not going to bring any good for the company. Hope the company will take note of it and do the needful. Even snapdeal is going to get very bad name because of their association with ecom. From now on i will be thinking twice before ordering a product from snapdeal. I hope the company will take note of this and will do the needful.
