Hello ecom team,
I have raised a product pick-up request 16 days ago which I purchased through flipkart. And it is supposed to be picked up by ecom express executive. Everyday, i am getting a message that somebody will come to collect it from ecom express. But, at the end of the day, nobody is coming to pick it up. The last date of return is 16th may 2019.
AWB no. for the reverse pick up is[protected] in the name of Kajal Mishra, to be picked from 16-pss plaza, pathpartner technology, new thippasandra main road, bengaluru-560075.
I want the product to be picked up before the due date and please send me the contact detail of the person who will come to pick it up. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
