I’ve ordered an item online from royal enfield, which is shipped by ecom express. My order number is [protected]. I’ve given correct address proof and they told me that you’ve given a wrong address which was unlocatable. It’s been a week and now i rescheduled my order yesterday to deliver it by today.. Today i got a call from ecom express and they confirmed my presence at home. For safety reasons, i bought the number of the delivery guy and called him. He told that he couldn’t deliver the parcel today and he can deliver it tomorrow. He also told that if i want today, i can go to the office and collect the parcel in the office located in nagercoil. I came to the office traveling 15 km, and i saw it was closed. While calling the number, i was told to wait for half an hour. Is this the way you deal with the customers?. I want a response for this complaint. If not, i know how to handle this case
