    I had ordered an item from banggood.com on 21march and it was shipped 22nd march. But i have not yet received the order. When tracked it always show same thing from 25 days - pick up rescheduled for next day. My order number is [protected] and awb number is [protected]
    I even contacted customer care but, they are lack of information and says shipment not received but banggood says it has already shipped.

      I was booked 2 awb [protected] & [protected] on 30th march 2019 for pincode -212107, allhabad, after 4th april i have seen that consignment goes to mau, then i have complaint to ecom to send it to customer location allhabad.
      On 10th april [protected] shipment get delivered from allhabad location, & [protected] again send to mau, & on next day it shows out for delivery from mau location whenever customer location is allhabad.
      End of the day we have received customer is unavailable, attempt for tomorrow.
      Then i have again call & send mail to send that packet to allhabad which is delivery location, but no one take this issue on priority. Then again on that day evening we get mail that undelivered, customer not available.
      Ecom destination team get mad, they don't think about delivery location, still this shipment laying at mau.
      I can't understand that why they are sending it to mau location when delivery location is at allhabad.
      We are going to file consumer court complaints regarding this issue.

      AWB [protected], delivery location mentioned at allhabad, but out for delivery location shows at MAU, all mental patients are working at Ecom express, they have to treat at ranchi mental hospital first, then they can work properly.
      After several mails still same mistakes ecom express team doing again, and again.
      Within 12pmTomorrow it should deliver at anyhow, without any excuse, otherwise get ready for harassment case file.

Stupid person are not seeking customer location mentioned for allahabad then why they are looking out for delivery location MAU, both are different district, 103km far

      The product delivered to me is wrong. I have not ordered that product. I want to refund that product. Refund my money as soon as possible. Product quality is very poor. You think that customers are fool.
      Don't try to make fool others. You delivered me a wrong product and the product you delivered is so bad that it can't be described in words.
      It is of very poor quality i can't see that type of clothes in my life.

        I'm documenting the complaint since twice my order on airtel mobile phone booking has failed because the documents were not collected and processed correctly. I have been giving my documents correctly and still the person was unable to upload them and complete the documentation. Scanning barcode also failed for the person who came to collect the documents. Kindly look into this as the mobile was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone and it marks a disappointment in relationship with the person.

        I'm attaching the invoice which I have been given by the people who came to collect the documents. The one which is on the top is the most recent one.

        The person who gave me the invoice didn't know what he had to do as well about the documents. He had been calling multiple times just to go through the steps. This person also asked someone to send a different barcode which was sent to me. I have attached the image for that as well. The number it was sent from was [protected]. Even that barcode was not scannable. The guy then took three photos and left and said the work will be done.

        The one previous to that did the same. He said there was a problem in scanning the barcode and the airway bill number and he said to send the documents once again.

        I have been spending two weeks to just finish my documentation so that the device I purchased via Airtel will be delivered to my address.

        I requested to return an item 3 days ago. Since 3 days I was getting message, "Out for pick up...". But the courier boy did not called me. In the evening I got "Pick up attempt failed".

          My brother received a parcel from amazon delivered by ecom express, the parcel costs ₹15.00. My brother gave the money and took the parcel on behalf of me. On returning home i found out that the parcel delivered does not belong to me. The name mentioned is my name only but the phone number and address mentioned is not my. I tried contacting the delivery boy, he says that as i have opened the product he cannot do anything and added to contact the amazon company, so i did the same but amazon said that they also can't do anything because they don't know the account from which the order has been placed they also added that to contact ecom express. The delivery boy name is dipankar banik.
          I also tried contacting the given number on the parcel but it says that the number is invalid. Please do something.

            Ecom express awb [protected], failed to delivery the product, on monday (08.04.2019). I got the call from executive saying that coming in 10 mins but still now no responses from the delivery boy, even they are not attempting delivery but at end of the day, i am getting a message that customer refused to accept or shipment un-delivered - consignee requested for future delivery. When i am not getting the call from the delivery boy how can i refuse or request you for future delivery, what the hell, even i called the customer service, but no responses, also i called the delivery boy giving rude answer, when i call incharge of ecom express in my local area mr. Vekateshwar rao mob [protected], his phone will be also in switched off.

            Ecom express always lies the customers, worst service. # are maintaining this courier company.

              I am urgently awaiting a shipment from stop and shop which was out for delivery yesterday at 10:01 hrs here in mumbai. Shortly before 14:00 hrs yesterday afternon i received a text message from ecom express that my shipment is out for delivery and that i should keep my money ready (The shipment is cash on delivery). 2 minutes later i received another text message that my shipment status is now 'undelivered - scheduled for next day delivery'. The delivery boy did not contact me on my registered number and inform the ecom express company that i was not available, i did not receive any call on that day. Is that a joke? I did not even had the chance to call the delivery boy. I doubt that he ever came here to my house to hand over the shipment. Than i contacted the customer service of ecom express to schedule a new delivery date. I am very disappointed. I hope the shipment will finally be delivered today.

              Please contact ecom express (Which i did already) and try to convince them to be more customer oriented in the future. They just cannot send a message to the customer to inform him that the delivery is ready and 2 minutes later send another message that the delivery status has now changed to 'undelivered'. This is a very bad service.

                    I ordered from freelance and they shipped it via ecom.
                    It shows delivered but i did not receive the product.
                    I did not get any message or call from the delivery guy. Tracking details also don't show who collected it.

                    One can not trust this company. Their customer support is also just for name's sake. Looting customers.

                    How can they do this and why are companies like freelance using their services.

                    Worst customer care and they should have been shut down till now looking at the number of complaints.

                    Never order anything from ecom express. They are just scam.

                    Ecom, prove me wrong.[protected] track my package and get it to me.

                        This is with reference to awb# [protected]. The sms i keep getting for the past 1 week is that the address was unlocatable. I just want to ask 2 questions:
                        (1) why did your delivery executive not even make an attempt to call me to figure this out?
                        (2) how come all your previous shipments (Refer to the latest awb# [protected]) that got delivered to the same address without any problems just last week?

                        It clearly makes me assume that your guy is lying and is just trying to avoid delivering my shipment for some reason. I am constantly trying to reach out to you folks and your number does not get through.

                          I have a parcel from CLUB FACTORY and its yet to be delivered. This is the worst Currier service I have seen in my life. A bunch of ### are running the company. They dont have any professional ethics. My parcel is not delivered from last 4 days and the delivery boy is updating un necssary things saying customer is not available, customer refused to take the shipment..What the hell is this..how can somebody refuse his own shipment..when I tried calling the delivery boy, he is disconnecting the call...what a man...busier then PM Modi and Donald Trumph..when I called to the CUSTOMER CARE..those people are saying shipment is out for delivery..is it coming from the US that its taking so long time..Dear CEO please teach some professional ethics to your employee. Pathetic service you are providing...try to understand you are there in the market for the people and by the people. No one is taking your service for free...grow up..I dont understand how come big company like flip kart and Amazon trust you..Hats off to them..I am sorry to say if you maintain this kind of attitude you will be vanished from the market...

                                I have ordered items from Flipkart and the company delivery partner Ecom Express Delivery person refused to deliver item to door step and I would not deliver your item to your door step .he said I can not deliver item at 3km distance as per company policy.Whatever you can do you do but once I talk company customer care person he said distance Limit is 6 to 18km. And company customer service person also not given solution So need quick action on to that boy for this .

                                  Its for AWB no [protected] the shipment was given on 29th March.
                                  The Hub is just 20 Kms away from my residence. On calling the customer care on 8th of April, it was funny to hear that I am expecting to receive your parcel by 30th Of march. When connected to the Mr Harish Kumar, he claimed that he is not aware of status and would let me know in 24 to 48 hours.
                                  Its pathetic that a consignment take 48 hour to track and 10 days to deliver to a distance of 20 Kms.

                                        Such a worse courier service i am seeing is ecom express. My courier has despatched on 1st april within kolkata and it is 6th onwards i am not getting it. They have such idiotic tracking status, they are not showing the updated one. Moreover when called their customer number ([protected]) for a complain the representative lady is showing such attitude and disconnected the call on my face. Such a waste of money and time. Never use this courier service again. They dont value for money and time.
