I have a parcel from CLUB FACTORY and its yet to be delivered. This is the worst Currier service I have seen in my life. A bunch of ### are running the company. They dont have any professional ethics. My parcel is not delivered from last 4 days and the delivery boy is updating un necssary things saying customer is not available, customer refused to take the shipment..What the hell is this..how can somebody refuse his own shipment..when I tried calling the delivery boy, he is disconnecting the call...what a man...busier then PM Modi and Donald Trumph..when I called to the CUSTOMER CARE..those people are saying shipment is out for delivery..is it coming from the US that its taking so long time..Dear CEO please teach some professional ethics to your employee. Pathetic service you are providing...try to understand you are there in the market for the people and by the people. No one is taking your service for free...grow up..I dont understand how come big company like flip kart and Amazon trust you..Hats off to them..I am sorry to say if you maintain this kind of attitude you will be vanished from the market...

    Hi, i am jayaseelan s, i order sony power bank brand new but, the power bank which was delivered to me is 32000mah power bank get i7 wireless headset free (Hsn:[protected]Refurbished) unpacked and somebody used product, the power (On /off) button is damaged conditions and three out put options are available, out three one is not working, hence the product is returning.

      Dear sir,

      I have been ordered two products from amazon and they shipped through ecom express, one product they delivered today, another product they didnt deliver due to little big box, they are asking me to collect the item from kattappana office.in the same time, they are updating wrong information about the delivery. Details of the two shipment tracking details enclosed here, kindly take the necessary action to deliver the product, i think the kattappna ecom agent simply cheating the customer and destroying the reputation of ecom company

        I have ordered items from Flipkart and the company delivery partner Ecom Express Delivery person refused to deliver item to door step and I would not deliver your item to your door step .he said I can not deliver item at 3km distance as per company policy.Whatever you can do you do but once I talk company customer care person he said distance Limit is 6 to 18km. And company customer service person also not given solution So need quick action on to that boy for this .

        As I already informed you that I don't know the person who is in that photo which you have given to me through mail . So ask to your delivery boy about this . Also he didn't call at the time of delivery .

          Its for AWB no [protected] the shipment was given on 29th March.
          The Hub is just 20 Kms away from my residence. On calling the customer care on 8th of April, it was funny to hear that I am expecting to receive your parcel by 30th Of march. When connected to the Mr Harish Kumar, he claimed that he is not aware of status and would let me know in 24 to 48 hours.
          Its pathetic that a consignment take 48 hour to track and 10 days to deliver to a distance of 20 Kms.

                Such a worse courier service i am seeing is ecom express. My courier has despatched on 1st april within kolkata and it is 6th onwards i am not getting it. They have such idiotic tracking status, they are not showing the updated one. Moreover when called their customer number ([protected]) for a complain the representative lady is showing such attitude and disconnected the call on my face. Such a waste of money and time. Never use this courier service again. They dont value for money and time.

                  Sir,
                  I have booked one item from amazon.
                  With order id[protected].
                  The item was couriered by ecom express with awb[protected].
                  Now the status shows it is delivered to me on 30.03.2019 but same item not received by me or family member till date 06.04.2019
                  So i have lodged complaint with amazon and ecom express on 31.03.2019.
                  Ecom express executive had given assurance for delivery within 48 hours i. E 02.04.2019.
                  On 2 nd april i called ecom they are unable to deliver product they want another 24 hours time. On 03.04.19 i again called ecom as they have not delivered the item against it shows deliverd they want another 24 hours time to deliver it.
                  Today i have called on the same no of economics ([protected]) they again want 24 times.
                  I want to lodge a complaint against the company for not providing service or delay in service and compensation for the same.
                  And deliver my item at earliest.

                  Company executive given me the no of local delivery agent ([protected]) in kamala, when i called that no he denied that he is not the delivery agent to company.
                  For giving wrong information there is harassment from the company to me.

                  Please take firm action against such wrong information against.

                    The item is in delhi as you could see while you track using the AWB number. It might not be handed over to Ecom express its understandable. But it is in delhi as per the information being provided by your tracking info. Also it would have been great if you guys could have written that on the tracking itself.

                        Arunachal pradesh itanagar e com delivery service has not been providing proper service with late deliveries to returning stuffs without even informing the customers. I would like to ask to take strict measures to check on this or legal measures will be taken. I have many times spoken to the concerned office but no actions been taken. I will go through legal way.

                          I ordered 4 items in nykaa and i got a message from courier office that the products are out for delivery. I gave my home address. The delivery person called me and i asked him to wait for 2 mins because i was on the way to home and i can reach within 2 minutes. But the delivery person did not wait and did not respond properly when he called me for the second time. I asked him to deliver the products and collect the money. By the way he was not there at my place. He abruptly disconnected the call when he himself called me. I don't know why these idiotic behaviour? If he cannot wait for 2 minutes then why he is in this profession? As a customers we are waiting for long hours to receive the products which we ordered. Really really disappointed. Educate the delivery person about basic manners and behaviours. Idiotic behaviour. I will give 0 rating for this.

                            I had a delivery through ecom express but the delivery boy just gave it as wrong address. He called me and i told him i am available after 1pm then he gave me other location and asked me to come there then he told i am in different location now come to this location. I told i can't then he told i will deliver to ur address by 3pm then i called him nearly 50times after 3pm he didn't pick the call and then i got a message as wrong address. How can there be wrong address if he had reached my address correctly 😂.

                              I am glad to see that someone is ready to raise the dispute to a higher level and that's what I have been preaching here as well.
                              When you pay for something, you agree for a service or product in return. In this case, the service as per you was not provided to you within a reasonable parameter of acceptance. If you are not satisfied, first raise a concern directly with the involved party and if the concern or complaint is not resolved even after that, please take it further and make your complaint on a higher level.
                              You can even knock the doors of consumer courts and even ask for compensation.

                                I ordered an item in paytm and it is expected to deliver though ecom express.My AWB tracking details shows shipment attempted for delivery at chennai but address is wrong.When i checked with ECOM-customer care delivery address mentioned is right. There are no email id's provided in their website for raising complaints as well. is This is my second case with ECOM express for poor service.So, please avoid ecom express in future.

                                  I ordered mobile from flipkart which is shiped through ecom on 28th march and awb number is shared with me, but when i try to track my shipment it shows some other product which is delivered some where else.                                       The delivery boy had been postponding the delivery of the product since 23rd march 2019. He would call me and tell that he is very far from my location and he will deliver it the next day. However, it has been 4 daya now and till now he had not delivered the product. Today morning he called me and told that he will deliver it by 5 pm but i have not reveived it till now and the status shown is undelivered. The employee name is yashavantav -006 and contact number is [protected].

                                      Its being very very unprofessional from your end. Either cancel the product or assign some responsible employee who is intrested to work for you.

                                      Such unprofessinal attitude is never expected from a well known delivery source.

                                      Kindly look into it. I do not want to product and request you to look into it seriously. Tell him, if he wants to keep the product let him keep it.

                                      Yes, I did receive the product on 29th March, however, it is not a way of making a customer wait for a week knowing that it is available in the location. The product should have been delivered last Friday itself which was 22nd of March or on 23rd March but the delivery guy had been postponing the delivery mentioning that he would deliver it the next day which did not happen for almost one week.

                                      Kindly train your team members and try to assign to those people who are ready to deliver the product on the assigned date.

Since march 14 2019 always messages comes and then by end of the day another message saying we refused which is the biggest blunder. These people are not working and suffered by us. If called to customer service only reply will be to wait and will be delivered tomorrow for sure and tomorrow never came.. This is the worst courier service now
