I had placed an order on nykaa and the parcel was delivered through ecom express to pune. The delivery was very fast and arrived a couple days before the estimated day, which is why i hadn't been anticipating it. I had been busy and didn't check my phone for the sms regarding the man being out for delivery. The name of the delivery boy was sumit lonkar and he was very rude and disrespectful. The total charge was rs. 488 and because i did not even know about the products being delivered that day, i couldn't keep the exact change out before he arrived. I had been very busy and in the midst of that, sumit goes on to insult me. I would like you to take care of the matter. Also, i haven't received my parcel yet, even though i got an sms more than 24 hours ago, telling me that i would receive it within 24 hours.
