The manager of ecom sonepur is a lethargic, delivery boy are not educated or nor properly mannered to the people, all staff of ecom is very poor so people are facing many problem like they have to go to ecom for their percel, they are not deliver in time they return the parcels with out informing to the own person, their response is very bad especially the uncharted it's not personal but personnly we suffer this problem many times

Delivery boy is a very neglected person..
He did not deliver the parcel at home..He told me to receive the parcel from office..I also went there..But they still told me to wait for 1 hour..Still they did not give me my parcel..

    pick up failed message

    My name is naseem. I orderd flipkart product. That is coming through courier
    Ecom express.. The tracking id is [protected]... There is no update in 2 days.. It shows only pick up failed..25 th march is delivery day. But i am not sure it come on that day... I called ecom express and they said it will be by katrocket. They said contact katrocket.. But i dont find any number of katrocket. Please reply me soon....

    My name is kajal i am seller at elanic app through which i got an order so i dispatched it through ecom express AWB NO.[protected] but the buyer was unavailable so product was returned to me but i received another product wrong product my top of 600 rs was exchanged with a piece of kurta which is not more thn 100 rs the person who collected parcel from me was sameer contact no. [protected] but the person who returned my parcel i dnt know his name i want my product back why should i bear the loss

        This is about the the misbehavior of ecom courier staff.
        I have ordred an item from amazon and it was out for delivery on 18.3.19. On monday 18.3.19 i got call from ecom courier team... They told me that they cannot deliver it to my residential address (Specified address) as their staff were busy with some other works... They told me that they can deliver it to a shop which is convenient for them but far away from my house.
        Evening i got a message that 'shipment un-delivered - shipment attempted - customer not available'. I was there at my residence the whole day, but nobody arrived with my consignment. They are lying and concealing the truth. They never attempted to deliver it either.
        Two days later i contacted courier office to enquire about my order, their behaviour was harrassing. They really insulted me with bad language and told me to do whatever i wish,
        They will take their own time.
        Till this date 23.3.16 (6 days from out of delivery date) they didnt deliver it to me... How could i get justice... Can they hold these cosignments (Customer belongings) for such a long time (6 days)...
        Really shame on you ecom courier...

          Your logistics team are cheating bcz from last 10 days not updating current location of my order. I want delivery on urgent basis before today end. Otherwise i will cancel. Why given tracking number if not trackable order. I don't know anything about my order not update. I want today my product delivery.             My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 14th of March, 2019. Without any information, i got an update telling customer is unavailable. From that day I have called their customer care everyday who promise me that the parcel will be delivered tomorrow but the tomorrow never comes. It has been 7 days now. They say the same thing like we will arrange a callback etc. etc. Horrible customer service as well.

                  I return my product ordered from snapdeal to courier boy on 12 march but there is no any update in snapdeal my order option.. I raised a complaint on helpsnapdeal.. The courier partner called me on 17/03/2019 asked me from where i will pick up my product... Later i called him more that 10 times to get my product... He waited me more than 5 hours...                         Hi,

                        I have order a product form bandgood.com and it was shipped via 800best courier company.

                        The 800best tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't received the same,

                        After speaking with the 800best support, i was told the package was handed to the local courier ecom express for local customer delivery who updated the status as delivered on 12th of mar 19.

                        The package never came to my place or even got any call from the delivery executive about the same.

                        I did not received any sms saying that it is out for delivery/it is delivered. Not sure how ecom express have changed the status as delivered in their tracking page.

                        Even i checked with my family members and neighbors regarding receipt of parcel, but no one received it.

                        Because of the mess up form ecom logistics i am bearing a loss of more than rs 1300/-. Please i request you to investigate the issue or change false "delivered" status on the tracking page to "lost" or "undelivered".

                          My awb is [protected] and the agent who delevered had contact number [protected]. This guy was very rude to me over phone as i tried to contact him the second time he started yelling at me for why i was calling him again. I told him that its so that you don't have to wait or he had made entry from the iit bombay gate as the security is very tight there and i didnt want him to wait due to that i called him and because of which he started yelling for calling him second time. This kind of behaviour is not expected from the staff and since ecom express is very well reputed logistics company it should make sure that this kind of discomfort should not be faced by customers and you can also check the call recording if you want a proof of that.
                          I hope an action is taken against such rude staff.

                            I had placed an order on nykaa and the parcel was delivered through ecom express to pune. The delivery was very fast and arrived a couple days before the estimated day, which is why i hadn't been anticipating it. I had been busy and didn't check my phone for the sms regarding the man being out for delivery. The name of the delivery boy was sumit lonkar and he was very rude and disrespectful. The total charge was rs. 488 and because i did not even know about the products being delivered that day, i couldn't keep the exact change out before he arrived. I had been very busy and in the midst of that, sumit goes on to insult me. I would like you to take care of the matter. Also, i haven't received my parcel yet, even though i got an sms more than 24 hours ago, telling me that i would receive it within 24 hours.

                              Shipment no:[protected]

                              I have order a product form myntra and it was shipped via ecom express

                              The tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same,

                              The package never came to my place then i don't want it so tell him on call that cancel the product but he abuse.

                              And then i received an sms for delivery confirmation and still the status on the tracking page was changed to delivered.

                              Iand one more thing without my id or signature how the delivery completed. So kindly look in this matter because my 213 rs are given from credit. I hope you will resolve the problem sa soon as possible.

                                  I have asked for s10+ but i got xs model of mobile, so returning the product. More over the product which i received was open, there was no seal available on the product, i have written an observation that my product should be taken back as the returned policy was available, when we had ordered the product from ur online portal, this a humble request to please returned the money.

                                    I ordered for item from amazone and its from your site.. Awb no.[protected].
                                    I received a message on 10 may 2019 that item was delevered but i dont recieved that one.
                                    I immideatly call your customer care and thay said give us 48 hour.
                                    When i recall them after 48 hours, they said give us more 48 hour.
                                    I just call but still they said wait for 48 hour

                                      My parcel bearing tracking no.[protected]has been shown pickup rescheduled for the last 5 days, i. E from 8th march till today. I really want to know what's the problem & why it is taking so many days? I want my parcel in time. It has been shipped on 22feb while it has been showing rescheduled for next day to pickup for 5days. How long will it take for actual pickup and reach to me? My parcel contains items that i ordered from banggood with the order no.60412641 please look into my parcel and send it to me soon.
