I had ordered a kurti and received message that the product was despatched thru' ecom express vide awb no. [protected]. After 2 days i. E.20/03/2019 i received message from ecom express that the product was out for delivery and on the same day itself i received message that the address was unlocatable. I am residing in the centre of the city and well known place. The service is worst. While contacting customer care they said that the product will be delivered today i. E.22/03/2019.

    I return my product ordered from snapdeal to courier boy on 12 march but there is no any update in snapdeal my order option.. I raised a complaint on helpsnapdeal.. And my money is not yet refunded.. They always schedule for pick up.. But product is already picked up.. Plz update my order.. So i get refunded soon. The ecom courier boy says there is technical failure but its merely 12 days.. The update is not yet seen in my orders

      My order status is out for delivery since 17/03/2019... But the order is still can't deliver to me... A courier partner called me on 17th march to deliver me the product.,.. I waited for him more than 5 hrs.. But latter he updated the status i was not reachable... While i had called him in every half an hour to deliver me the product.. I called him more than 10 times... I called him now but he hold my call and started talking others...

        My order status is out for delivery since last 3 days... But cannot deliver to me till... The courier partner called me on 17/03/2019 asked me from where i will pick up my product... Later i called him more that 10 times to get my product... He waited me more than 5 hours... But cannot deliver my product to me... And the feedback was i was unreachable... That is way they are working...

          Hi,

          I have order a product form bandgood.com and it was shipped via 800best courier company.

          The 800best tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't received the same,

          After speaking with the 800best support, i was told the package was handed to the local courier ecom express for local customer delivery who updated the status as delivered on 12th of mar 19.

          The package never came to my place or even got any call from the delivery executive about the same.

          I did not received any sms saying that it is out for delivery/it is delivered. Not sure how ecom express have changed the status as delivered in their tracking page.

          Even i checked with my family members and neighbors regarding receipt of parcel, but no one received it.

          Because of the mess up form ecom logistics i am bearing a loss of more than rs 1300/-. Please i request you to investigate the issue or change false "delivered" status on the tracking page to "lost" or "undelivered".

            My awb is [protected] and the agent who delevered had contact number [protected]. This guy was very rude to me over phone as i tried to contact him the second time he started yelling at me for why i was calling him again. I told him that its so that you don't have to wait or he had made entry from the iit bombay gate as the security is very tight there and i didnt want him to wait due to that i called him and because of which he started yelling for calling him second time. This kind of behaviour is not expected from the staff and since ecom express is very well reputed logistics company it should make sure that this kind of discomfort should not be faced by customers and you can also check the call recording if you want a proof of that.
            I hope an action is taken against such rude staff.

            Rude behaviour of delivery boy he says from next time they will not deliver to my address.. my only mistake was that, I was not able to receive his call in first time..he was saying that I called him Pagal but Why I will say him who is he of mine? I was saying pagal to my sister during cutting the call coz she was behaving naughty..he was really very rude.. not expecting this from Ecom express..you disappoint me..all other delivery boy is very good with us but he was so so rude ..

              I had placed an order on nykaa and the parcel was delivered through ecom express to pune. The delivery was very fast and arrived a couple days before the estimated day, which is why i hadn't been anticipating it. I had been busy and didn't check my phone for the sms regarding the man being out for delivery. The name of the delivery boy was sumit lonkar and he was very rude and disrespectful. The total charge was rs. 488 and because i did not even know about the products being delivered that day, i couldn't keep the exact change out before he arrived. I had been very busy and in the midst of that, sumit goes on to insult me. I would like you to take care of the matter. Also, i haven't received my parcel yet, even though i got an sms more than 24 hours ago, telling me that i would receive it within 24 hours.

                The tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same,

                The package never came to my place then i don't want it so tell him on call that cancel the product but he abuse.

                And then i received an sms for delivery confirmation and still the status on the tracking page was changed to delivered.

                Iand one more thing without my id or signature how the delivery completed. So kindly look in this matter because my 213 rs are given from credit. I hope you will resolve the problem sa soon as possible.

                      I ordered for item from amazone and its from your site.. Awb no.[protected].
                      I received a message on 10 may 2019 that item was delevered but i dont recieved that one.
                      I immideatly call your customer care and thay said give us 48 hour.
                      When i recall them after 48 hours, they said give us more 48 hour.
                      I just call but still they said wait for 48 hour

I really want to know what's the problem & why it is taking so many days? I want my parcel in time.                           The Alljoy shipment comes from abroad with the above tracking numbers (Not ECOM Express tracking). Once the shipment reaches India, it is sent to Alljoy warehouse and after process the shipment is handed over to ECOM Express with a new tracking details. So if you have not been given the Ecom Tracking number which means that the shipment is not yet handed over to Ecom. So please contact your shopping portal for assistance.

                                    Hi all,
                                    This will be very worst courier company. Products does not delivery properly.
                                    This company logistics executive does not go for customer location but courier status is 'customer not availble'. If re-attempt also takes more than one week. Its totally worst one. I raise the complaint lot of time but there no improvements.
                                    The delivery boys does not proper prior inform to customers, and fake details updated in tracking.
                                    Online resellers, suppliers and other people please do not prepare this company. Its my kind request.
