Please cancel the order as i am out of town and in there website i cannot cancel it. Your blushkart "cod" shipment [protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: [protected] please keep rs 1499.0 ready for payment. Actually order was placed by mistake and i don't want the product. There was no contact number in the website. Please cancel the order.

    Under raipur head/senior management vivek sharma and parag dorlikar, rent is not yet cleared and notice of one month before for leave the service point is not yet received to me, ecom express left the shop/premises without inform me and electricity bill from december 2018 to february 2019 is not paid by ecom express and cseb electricity board cut down my premises electric line due to ecom express not cleared 3 months bill yet.

    Parcel order through banggood clear Delhi custom on 3rd march, 2019 but till today the ecom express courier is not picking up the parcel. When I contact there customer care, they told me to contact banggood, when I contact banggood, they told me to contact local courier.

      I replied tgat im out of station iwill pick up at evening due to sone reson i cant go to office at time but you officer cancle my order without my permission.

          I have placed an order with auto furnish and they sent the product through ecom express. The product needs to be delivered in hyderabad by 4th march and the courier has reached the delivery center on 2nd march. It is been 5 days and still the order is not delivered. I have been calling the ecom customer care and they say that the courier will get delivered the same day every time i call them but the order does not get delivered.

              As for the message the order was to delivered on 3 march but the delivery boy didnt inform me nd he sent information that the customer has said for the future delivery then i called on customer service and said to deliver it then they always says that they will deliver it before24 hours and todays its 6 the order is not delivered yet
              They are very irresponsible and they dnt give good response to the customer

                        Our parcel from banggood shows delivered but it's still not delivered. The awb no. Is[protected]. Worst case i've encountered, i'm talking to guys at banggood. I'm waiting for their reply or else i'll file a complaint against both of them. I've seen their rating and other such, similar issues. Don't know why banggood is still using their services.

                        The items i ordered were crucial at the point. Hope i'd get my issue resolved asap.

                            I had ordered to repair my smartphone and the phone company issued a reverse pickup from ecom express. The shipment was picked up on 25/02/19 but yet it has not reached the repair center. I am also unable to view the exact status i. E. Location of the shipment. It is only showing shipment scanned at hub. The company says that it takes 2-3 days to deliver the product. I have attached the screenshot of the delivery status.

                                As i show in picture, picture was good based on that i was place order for same, when i received it was pathetic, i never seen like waste product. So that i initiate for refunded my amount.. It was like duplicate product as i received, my friend are also using fastrack brand, watch are like heave and this product was like so light. This the reason i need my refund amount to my account or paytm.

                                    I am getting a call from your guys since yesterday but i am getting delivery of parcel. Please look into this matter... last two days I m getting calls from your executive but not delivering the products.. tomorrow morning they will call and ask where do you want to deliver this and say will deliver it today end of the day I will get message address not found and undelivered

                                      I have ordered a here and now, fit and flare dress from myntra, i received a message that it will delivered today by ecomexpress delivery service. But i have not received any call from the delivery boy and now i have received a message that the product is delivered to self but i have not received any product. What kind of irresponsible and irritating service. Why you people need phone number 😡 and address. Now how can i receive my product. This is the first time i am experiencing this kind of irresponsible service, never experienced this kind from any other delivery services. I need my product. So when will i receive my product.
