I have six pending orders from banggood, all of them shipped via alljoy supply chain. All of them have reached delhi around 20 days back and are ready for last mile delivery. I do not have the ecom awb number and your customer care not accepting alljoy tracking number. Please give an update on these orders. The alljoy tracking numbers of these orders are as follows:

As I have already mentioned, I don't have the AWB number. I only have the tracking ID given by Alljoy.

The Alljoy shipment comes from abroad with the above tracking numbers (Not ECOM Express tracking). Once the shipment reaches India, it is sent to Alljoy warehouse and after process the shipment is handed over to ECOM Express with a new tracking details. So if you have not been given the Ecom Tracking number which means that the shipment is not yet handed over to Ecom. So please contact your shopping portal for assistance.

      I have ordered one item. But unfortunately it was mismatched. So it has to be returned. Your boy one day came but i has not at home. After that i called him several time he said he will come at 5pm today. After 5.30pm i called him he said he will go. But he without coming he said he has gone and there is no one.             Hi all,
            This will be very worst courier company. Products does not delivery properly.
            This company logistics executive does not go for customer location but courier status is 'customer not availble'. If re-attempt also takes more than one week. Its totally worst one. I raise the complaint lot of time but there no improvements.
            The delivery boys does not proper prior inform to customers, and fake details updated in tracking.
            Online resellers, suppliers and other people please do not prepare this company. Its my kind request.

                    Parcel order through banggood clear Delhi custom on 3rd march, 2019 but till today the ecom express courier is not picking up the parcel. When I contact there customer care, they told me to contact banggood, when I contact banggood, they told me to contact local courier.

                          Address: Ecom Express Private Limited Ground Floor, 13/16 min, 17 min, Samalka, Old Delhi-Gurugram Road, Kapashera, New Delhi – 110037, India, 110037

                          I have placed an order with auto furnish and they sent the product through ecom express. The product needs to be delivered in hyderabad by 4th march and the courier has reached the delivery center on 2nd march. It is been 5 days and still the order is not delivered. I have been calling the ecom customer care and they say that the courier will get delivered the same day every time i call them but the order does not get delivered.

I aldready requested to amazon for cancellation but the product shipped. Amazon coustomer service told me that they already requested for cancellation. Also i request you to cancel this order.                               As for the message the order was to delivered on 3 march but the delivery boy didnt inform me nd he sent information that the customer has said for the future delivery then i called on customer service and said to deliver it then they always says that they will deliver it before24 hours and todays its 6 the order is not delivered yet
                              They are very irresponsible and they dnt give good response to the customer

                                I have ordered my product on '22nd february' till now i didn't received my order. Actually it has to reach before '2nd march' bt i didn't get. So please try to send my order to the registered address.                                   Hi i just got this message on 27th february
                                  Dear customer, your syska "pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: [protected] but still waiting for the delivery.
                                  I complained twice since that day every time they told me that your order will deliver in 24 hours but it's already 6 days and i am still waiting for the shipment.

                                    I ordered a medicine from 1mg.com but Yesterday i received a message at 7 pm that product has been delivered but in actual it was not delivered to me. No contact no. had been provided by the customer care so i can call the delivery boy.No proper response initiated by ecomexpress when i talk to their customer care. Please look into this matter.

                                      My order will not delivered. Since 3 days ago delivery boy call me to collect the the parcel but i am tell him i am out of state and take parcel after two or three days and after three days he come with parcel in working time and i am tell him to come with parcel on 3:00 pm but he say no i can not come and he don't call me again.
