I have ordered some items from banggood.com from china, in india ecom express has to collect the product and deliver it. They have updated the status as delivered while im tracking online but i didn't receive the item. Even after complaining it to costumer service i didn't get that. Airway bill no is[protected].

    Hi all,
    This will be very worst courier company. Products does not delivery properly.
    This company logistics executive does not go for customer location but courier status is 'customer not availble'. If re-attempt also takes more than one week. Its totally worst one. I raise the complaint lot of time but there no improvements.
    The delivery boys does not proper prior inform to customers, and fake details updated in tracking.
    Online resellers, suppliers and other people please do not prepare this company. Its my kind request.
    Products not delivery properly.

      I have ordered a philips vacuum cleaner through amazon and the delivery date was 11 of march 2019. The delivery boy called me on the same date i mentioned above in the morning to stay at home for parcel and i was waiting whole day but neither he came nor he picked my phone call. Now i request your goodself to take strict action against him, and delivery my parcel at my address i am waiting for.

            Parcel order through banggood clear Delhi custom on 3rd march, 2019 but till today the ecom express courier is not picking up the parcel. When I contact there customer care, they told me to contact banggood, when I contact banggood, they told me to contact local courier.

                  I have placed an order with auto furnish and they sent the product through ecom express. The product needs to be delivered in hyderabad by 4th march and the courier has reached the delivery center on 2nd march. It is been 5 days and still the order is not delivered.                                 Our parcel from banggood shows delivered but it's still not delivered. The awb no. Is[protected]. Worst case i've encountered, i'm talking to guys at banggood. I'm waiting for their reply or else i'll file a complaint against both of them. I've seen their rating and other such, similar issues. Don't know why banggood is still using their services.

                                The items i ordered were crucial at the point. Hope i'd get my issue resolved asap.

                                    I had ordered to repair my smartphone and the phone company issued a reverse pickup from ecom express. The shipment was picked up on 25/02/19 but yet it has not reached the repair center. I am also unable to view the exact status i. E. Location of the shipment. It is only showing shipment scanned at hub. The company says that it takes 2-3 days to deliver the product. I have attached the screenshot of the delivery status.

                                      It is showing as order is delivered, but i did not get delivered any item, please help on this issue.these kind of service could not expected from u.
