I am yet to receive my order i receive a msg saying delivery attempted and its gone back, the fact is i never got any call as such then again i receive a msg the delivery will be done today and gives me the contact number when i call they say tomorrow they will deliver and disconnect and next the same story and never answers call after that after consistently following up with them they come out with the story that pincode is wrong and he is some different area and will deliver next day, fed up of all this when i call the customer care executive i receive the same answer after having explained him the time i have been spending with this stupid parcel he gives me the number of the supervisor who after calling that great person says i am not in this company anymore and hangs up what are u guys upto do u think ur customers are fools and have nothing else to do and keep following up with u, i[censored] people dont have the seriousness o[censored]r business then dont mess with others either get things right or quit, u people have a bunch of # who are not taking any responsibility and dont know the sense of seriousness

I ordered some products from nykaa worth 2000rs.They.shipped items on 15th Dec night. They shipped through ecom express. It reached waleyar hub on 17th Dec. Tracking is unchanged from 17th Dec. They say it is in transit. But haven't received yet. I really want my order. Its urgent

    Regarding awb[[protected]]. Delivery was attempted once on 17th december 2018. Unfortunately i was unavailable when the delivery guy called and hence i chose the next delivery date as 18 dec on ecomexpress website. But parcel wasn't delivered. It is showing delivered on the tracking page of ecomexpress and there has been no communication whatsoever from ecomexpress

    I have given my office address, the security is very deligent about their duty . I have double checked with them before raising the complaint.Can you please provide executive number who delivered the product.
    I will check with him details directly. This would be very helpful.

    I tried calling [protected] number which I have received through message but not connecting.

      Order was supposed to be delivered on 14th dec but i missed to receive the call from the delivery boy. I rescheduled my order to 17th dec. I have neither been contacted nor the parcel delivered from 17th to 21st. Inspire of me calling customer care repeatedly and asking them to deliver on priority basis, it has not happened.

      I will be out of town now and will not be able to receive the parcel anymore. After all this harassment when i ask the company to compensate by going out if the way and making sure the parcel is delivered, they deny doing that

        for pickup issue

        In tumkur this service is worst they don't call or receive the call for pickup the item so please change the service boys they won't care for customers problems they give wrong reason and don't pickup the item i called them so many times they don't respond even single time and they don't give the contact number we only go there and gave back the item this was inconvenient for me so please solve my problem...

          I had ordered a product from coolwinks.com which was sent through ecom express but the product was not delivered but the status on ecomexpress.com shows product delivered. When i called coolwinks.com customer service they told me i[censored] failed to register a complaint within 24 hrs. Of product status changed to deliver then your product is gone and we do not take resposibility of delivery. And when i called ecom express they told me that they will resolve the problem but i have not received any call or message from ecom express since then. Shipment awb no. Is[protected].

          I had cross checked with my family members and neighbors no one has received the package. And the proof of delivery sent from coolwinks.com that is fake signature of my brother who has not received the package. And this clearly indicate that the package is stolen by your delivery boy. And You are trying your level best to defend him. And their is no chance of wrong delivery because I have received package from same website before. And if you have even a little bit of decency then I request you to arrange my call to the delivery boy who has delivered the package. I also want to know where he had delivered the pakage.

I havent received the package yet as the delivery boy is fooling around saying that he called me.             I had order some product from club factory it's delivery date was today they said product is out for I just waited for long day after some time message arises that wrong address and phone amazon products are getting delivered at same address and this people this courier facility is worst hire some good hard working delivery boys

              I returned one product from puma. The delivery boy is unprofessional. On 19th december 2018 at 2.00 pm one delivery boy came and picked up the parcel but deny to give receipt.                     THis is such a worst service I have ever seen, till today this is my 4th or 5th time msg received but product not delivered and giving remark as address not found etc.ecom express courier is really a very service even the they are providing a wrong contact no where a customer cannot reach to the delivery guy.

                    Please please stop this non sense and useless service...Such a bad..Even in the site there is no escalation matrix nor they are taking any steps to resolve the issue

                      Delivery boy is unprofessional. On 17th dec at 3.30 one delivery boy come and taken parcel but deny to give receipt. Customer asked a lot but he said you will get message by evening. Today is 18th dec no message. And tracking show pick up faild. Awbno[protected]. Cheating customer by not giving receipt. Customer is house wife she may not argue much. Now how i refund my customer. Where is parcel no one replying

                          Medlife order which was prepaid came as CoD( AwB[protected] . I didn't accept order on their first attempt as it was a prepaid order which came as CoD and delivery boy was asking for cash.
                          I asked Medlife to cancel order, Even after cancellation of order by Medlife, (even got confirmation of order cancellation SMS from Medlife) Ecom Express is continuously updating order status on their tracking portal everyday saying customer refused to accept the order whereas in reality no attempt for delivery of medicines was made by them after their first failed attempt. When called up customer care centre of Ecom Express, customer executives are very Rude, unprofessional keeps saying that order is not cancelled by Medlife. On every phone call, they're telling me to contact Medlife & ask cancellation whereas Medlife is saying they've already cancelled same. In these entire confusion, I'm unable to receive refund of prepaid amount as medicines are still with Ecom delivery services and not reached Medlife.

                            -lazy and careless minded employees
                            -the scheduled date of delivery id just a date
                            -they will not keep the promises
                            -bad experience ecom express
                            -even if the place is near the employees are too lazy to deliver the package
                            -they also do fraud plays by sending message which says undelivered as you were not delivered. But in reality they didn't even called the costumer once before confirming the availability of costumers.

                              Hi i was about to receive a parcel from ecom on sunday but because i wasn't home i asked the delivery agent to come the other day but no one cam eand there was no call or message from your side regarding that and when i called today on the 18 about the parcel i was told that it will be delivered on the 19 and after sometime i got a call from the delivery executive about my parcel and i was glad but i was on my way home from work so i asked him if he can come after an hour as it will take time to reach home then the agent said he'll talk with his higher authority as he have lots of loads to be delivered so i called up again after reaching home but he didn't pick up. I called the customer service and the executive with whom i was connected show his unprofessional tone telling me to stay home and wait for it the other day leaving all my work so here i'm writing down to you as there is no one in this department who tried to help me instead they've shown me their unprofessional ethics if they're not happy with the calls from the customer tell them to sit home rather then spoiling someone's day.. Your hospitality is third class

                                Hi.

                                I ordered a product in myntra and the tracking in myntra says. 'shipped to delivery center.' and ecom express keeps on updating either or all of the following everyday

                                - pickup rescheduled for next day
                                - pickup assigned
                                - out for pickup
                                - pickup failed, shipment not handed over

                                Kindly check the attached photo for reference.

                                As per myntra, the item was ordered on 12 dec, 2018 and shipped on 14 dec, 2018. But ecom express just updates same thing everyday.

                                Will i get the order at all?
                                Kindly help me.

                                  I bought a Big cat tripod product from Paytm.com and it out for delivery today but your courier boy did not delivered my parcel nor call in in that number you provide me ...the courier boy name and no. Is Sudip sarkar mobile no. [protected] ..my track number is[protected]. Last time I bought a product from banggood.com that time also ecom express did not delivered my parcel .in last after i complain the shopping site they resend and again you cheater courier delivered me wrong product.

                                  Still now your ecom express courier boy did not called nor delivered my parcel . I tried on that number your local courier boy's number which was you gave on massage but call is not going in not that calling .In your tracking site showing as delivered ...so fraud.This is tow times your company cheat to me . I am going to file a case in local police station if you did not deliver my parcel today.

                                    Team,

                                    I am sorry to say but it's true that but kindly do not go for this delivery service if you have someting urgent ti deliver.

                                    You dupposed to deliver this parcel by 7th but ita nit yet deliver.
                                    Every time delivery person is updating status as out for delivery but address not found.

                                    Person even not bother to contact on provided cellphone number.

                                    This is the third time i having this kind of experience with econ.

                                    Kindly look in to this immediately.

                                      A parcel with awb no[protected] has not yet reached me. I received sms from your side twice that the parcel was out for delivery and could not be delivered with the reason that i had refused it. The delivery person has never contacted me either over phone or at the address mentioned. I have requested to make delivery on 17th. This is the second time i am having such a bad experience from the courier service. Its very diffixukt to reach out to you as your customer care nunber is never picked up or always our of device.
