For the past 4 days my ordered product is not delivered to my place.if i asked they are holding.even i asked the sender also they told to deliver the order.but the delivery executive saying the product is with me i didnt get confirmation from the sender etc.whom to contact.no response from customer care no.etc.pls tell them to deliver as soon as possible atleast by tomorrow.

    Medlife order which was prepaid came as CoD( AwB[protected] . I didn't accept order on their first attempt as it was a prepaid order which came as CoD and delivery boy was asking for cash.
    I asked Medlife to cancel order, Even after cancellation of order by Medlife, (even got confirmation of order cancellation SMS from Medlife) Ecom Express is continuously updating order status on their tracking portal everyday saying customer refused to accept the order whereas in reality no attempt for delivery of medicines was made by them after their first failed attempt. When called up customer care centre of Ecom Express, customer executives are very Rude, unprofessional keeps saying that order is not cancelled by Medlife. On every phone call, they're telling me to contact Medlife & ask cancellation whereas Medlife is saying they've already cancelled same. In these entire confusion, I'm unable to receive refund of prepaid amount as medicines are still with Ecom delivery services and not reached Medlife.

      -lazy and careless minded employees
      -the scheduled date of delivery id just a date
      -they will not keep the promises
      -bad experience ecom express
      -even if the place is near the employees are too lazy to deliver the package
      -they also do fraud plays by sending message which says undelivered as you were not delivered. But in reality they didn't even called the costumer once before confirming the availability of costumers.

      till now there is no improvement, they cancelled the product due to costumer unavailability with out trying for delivery for once

        Hi i was about to receive a parcel from ecom on sunday but because i wasn't home i asked the delivery agent to come the other day but no one cam eand there was no call or message from your side regarding that and when i called today on the 18 about the parcel i was told that it will be delivered on the 19 and after sometime i got a call from the delivery executive about my parcel and i was glad but i was on my way home from work so i asked him if he can come after an hour as it will take time to reach home then the agent said he'll talk with his higher authority as he have lots of loads to be delivered so i called up again after reaching home but he didn't pick up. I called the customer service and the executive with whom i was connected show his unprofessional tone telling me to stay home and wait for it the other day leaving all my work so here i'm writing down to you as there is no one in this department who tried to help me instead they've shown me their unprofessional ethics if they're not happy with the calls from the customer tell them to sit home rather then spoiling someone's day.. Your hospitality is third class

          Hi.

          I ordered a product in myntra and the tracking in myntra says. 'shipped to delivery center.' and ecom express keeps on updating either or all of the following everyday

          - pickup rescheduled for next day
          - pickup assigned
          - out for pickup
          - pickup failed, shipment not handed over

          Kindly check the attached photo for reference.

          As per myntra, the item was ordered on 12 dec, 2018 and shipped on 14 dec, 2018. But ecom express just updates same thing everyday.

          Will i get the order at all?
          Kindly help me.

            I bought a Big cat tripod product from Paytm.com and it out for delivery today but your courier boy did not delivered my parcel nor call in in that number you provide me ...the courier boy name and no. Is Sudip sarkar mobile no. [protected] ..my track number is[protected]. Last time I bought a product from banggood.com that time also ecom express did not delivered my parcel .in last after i complain the shopping site they resend and again you cheater courier delivered me wrong product.

            Still now your ecom express courier boy did not called nor delivered my parcel . I tried on that number your local courier boy's number which was you gave on massage but call is not going in not that calling .In your tracking site showing as delivered ...so fraud.This is tow times your company cheat to me . I am going to file a case in local police station if you did not deliver my parcel today.

              I am sorry to say but it's true that but kindly do not go for this delivery service if you have someting urgent ti deliver.

              You dupposed to deliver this parcel by 7th but ita nit yet deliver.
              Every time delivery person is updating status as out for delivery but address not found.

              Person even not bother to contact on provided cellphone number.

              This is the third time i having this kind of experience with econ.

              Kindly look in to this immediately.

                A parcel with awb no[protected] has not yet reached me. I received sms from your side twice that the parcel was out for delivery and could not be delivered with the reason that i had refused it. The delivery person has never contacted me either over phone or at the address mentioned. I have requested to make delivery on 17th. This is the second time i am having such a bad experience from the courier service. Its very diffixukt to reach out to you as your customer care nunber is never picked up or always our of device.                   I am juned belim i purchased a product from paytm. My product was supposed to deliver on 13th dec. 2018. I was waiting for my parcel but at evening i checked paytm app i was shocked when i saw that status of my parcel was delivered... I called paytm customer care but no result i got i called ecom express customer care but then also i did not received any positive response... Vendor of ecom express of limbdi branch made my fradulant signature i am very much disappointed with such behaviour of vendor of ecom express

                    Hi my shipment has not been delivered & ecom express updating false update in courier shipment status. No delivery executive attempted delivery & false shipment status given which result to cancellation of my order. I have raised complain but they give false commitment that they will deliver my order in 24-48 hrs but they do nothing. I have called their customer helpline no. They said me sure they will deliver this order for proof i have call recording also if required i will share it. They harassed me. Kindly take strict action.

                    No when the shipment has been with e com express . your delivery executive has not attempted delivery but your company putting false update customer not available & I have talked with customer care they told be that on 14th dec order will be delivered . don't give false update .                       I ordered products from ZIVAME and it came but the delivery (ECOM EXPRESS) boy didn’t have the mannerisms to talk. He used absurd language also when I went to complain the incharge for his rude behaviour, the incharge didn’t take it seriously and he started blaming me. As a women, this behaviour was not at all acceptable from this courier service.

                        I order some products from nykaa worth rs. 2034. They shipped it through ecom express on 12th dec and it reached waleyar hub on 13th dec. But after reaching waleyar the tracking status is unchanged from 13th night. They says its in transit but there is no progress for 2 days. It didn't reach anywhere yet. I am expecting to receive the order by 15th dec. It's an urgent requirement.

                            The delivery boy is so irresponsible that he called me and asked for adress and i waited for hours and finally message arrives ua product couldnt be delivered and trying to call customer care service its not a valid number or the number is busy thankyou ecom express for such a good service.                               I have an order from myntra. After the parcel reached my delivery destination i didn't get any call from ecomexpress. So i went there and tried to receive it from their office. This time they didn't respond and said they will delivery it to my address. But i didn't ever try to delivery the product and with out my knowledge they cancelled the order. This is very ridiculous.

                                  My product sent from PaytmMall with AWB Number:[protected] has been out for delivery from 11th Dec, M not getting any single call from courier boy and M also not able to reachable to him.But when m tracking, it is showing delivery attempted but customer was not availabl.HOW you people are updating these details m actually surprised.Atleast be professional.
                                  M waiting in my office after my shift is over also, but not getting any update from the delivery person as well as m not able to reach to him also.
                                  How you guys are working m not able to understand at least customer should be able to reach out to you by the number provided.

                                    I return one product delivered by Ecom Express on 8th Dec. That day i didn't received any call from the person who came to pick it up. the same day i contact Customer care and request them to send somebody on monday coz, the given address is my working place. But got a call on sunday and i was failed to deliver him. after that day i was continuously following up with your customer care and they answer me to wait 24-48 hours but not received any update as of now. Kindly resolve it ASAP.

                                        Very bad service you have in thodupuzha, i had ordered an item from amazon on2nd dec and which was delivered to your office in thodupuzha on 6th dec. They called in the evening and said to collect the parcel from their office by paying certain amount. I explained them it's doorstep delivery and i won't be able to come to their office. Again next day they did the same thing i repeated my answer. Everyday i used receive a msg saying my parcel will be delivered today and that never happened till 12th of december. By 12th evening i received a msg saying that the package is sent back as customer refused the package. They never ever called since the second and how could they do this when i stay just 3.4kms away from their office. I complained to amazon and they asked me to wait till estimated date i. E 14 to 15th of dec but before that they returned the package. And again there was one more item which was supposed to be delivered today as per the msg again they dint and msged later in evening saying item is undelivered as you wr not available which never happened. Horrible experience i faced with ur team. Very bad.
                                        I wish u respond to my mail and take sever action as this is not my first complain about ur team.
                                        I have complained to amazon, seller and now to you.
