My product sent from PaytmMall with AWB Number:[protected] has been out for delivery from 11th Dec, M not getting any single call from courier boy and M also not able to reachable to him.But when m tracking, it is showing delivery attempted but customer was not availabl.HOW you people are updating these details m actually surprised.Atleast be professional.
M waiting in my office after my shift is over also, but not getting any update from the delivery person as well as m not able to reach to him also.
How you guys are working m not able to understand at least customer should be able to reach out to you by the number provided.
Please check this issue ASAP.
