Medlife order which was prepaid came as CoD( AwB[protected] . I didn't accept order on their first attempt as it was a prepaid order which came as CoD and delivery boy was asking for cash.
I asked Medlife to cancel order, Even after cancellation of order by Medlife, (even got confirmation of order cancellation SMS from Medlife) Ecom Express is continuously updating order status on their tracking portal everyday saying customer refused to accept the order whereas in reality no attempt for delivery of medicines was made by them after their first failed attempt. When called up customer care centre of Ecom Express, customer executives are very Rude, unprofessional keeps saying that order is not cancelled by Medlife. On every phone call, they're telling me to contact Medlife & ask cancellation whereas Medlife is saying they've already cancelled same. In these entire confusion, I'm unable to receive refund of prepaid amount as medicines are still with Ecom delivery services and not reached Medlife.
