    I ordered a saree which looked gorgeous in the photos.in the photos it appeared to be quite expensive and costed me 990 rupees. But when the product got delivered i found out that it was some cheap saree, whose market price will be hardly 300 rupees, the fabric is not at all good and its a severe fraud case. The things that are delivered are so different that than the things that they show us. I was serious action to be taken against all this fraud.

      Missaviour of courier boy, he will talk very bad language.
      As per boy today, he will not delivere item.
      When we ask for not delivery that item, the way of talking is very bed, unsatisfactory.

          My orders are not delivered to my shipping address... And there is an ecom availability ear my locality... The executive called me about address confirmation... But i m nkt getting product... They will send those products to senders... I m facing this problem second time... Recently i have placed an order through flipkart.. As per tracking due date was december 11 for delivery... But in tracking details i got msg by ecom... The address was unlocatable because of that they have not delivered... The company lost my parsal of product and last 10 days they can not give any update about my parsal and then i complain to customer care so thy resolve that u have to talk to city supplier head nd thn i talk to them nd request to return my parsal any how within day so thy can return with label of nancy agrawal nd customer name is alam ara bari but the product is change nd my product cost is 4000/-. And thn i complain to city head so thy told me that we r not responsible that u pickup wrong product. We can not check that which is ur product nd then i call to customer care so thy guide me that u talk to seller central... But why should ii talk to elanic customer care..??
            Courier partner can not dispatch my parcel till date so they are responsible for this situation.

              I ordered a combo pack on paytm on 28 november. I paid the money online. On 5th december, i received a messege which informed me that the product would be delivered that day. But the courier boy didn't call me. I tried to call him with the number sent, but didn't connect. At the evening, messege came that delivery would be done on 7th dec.                     I have order a product form bandgood.com and it was shipped via alljoy courier company.

                    The alljoy tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same,

                    The package never came to my place or even i didn't get any call from the delivery executive about the same.

They have not made any communication with me, but shown the status as 'customer not available', 'refused by customer' etc. I wonder why the parcel is not delivered to me inspite of all details being correct.                       Hello, I don't understand what is going on at ecomex. I received an sms on 10/12/18 showing My parcel as delivered. Mr Chandan of Sarthebari called me in the evening on that day and assured me that I will receive my parcel the next day i.e. on 11/12/18. Unfortunately they has not made any effort to hand over the packet to me. I am really ashamed off to seek assistance from the DC and customer support. Shall I leave the prepaid packet idly at the custody of ecOmex that is already shown delivered by them?

                          Tracking number is[protected]. It is shows 02/12 out for delivery somebody calling and taking my phone number also. But nobody calling to me and it delivery status shows that i am refused product and next day also came message out for delivery please available on phone but nobody came to me or call also but same shows on status i am refusing iam also complaint your customer care centre they are neglect to answer
                          Today also same i am refusing product
                          Is it service to customer
                          You should shut down your company. How can you behave like this with chsyomers. You made a mistake but you are that put on me

                              On 27th november i ordered a mpow
                              Headphone in paytm mall app. And it was providing me a message that it was transporting internationally but it had released in delhi. But the shipment is delayed and daily it showing picked up rescheduled for next day. It showing it for 4 days.😕the payment method is online via paytm wallet. And it showing the expected delivery date 12 december but it reached in delhi so why it delaying daily by showing useless reasons 😡😡. That's not fair. I need it fast. For 4 or 5 days it giving same reason. I'm giving the tracking details and a screenshot for better reply.
                              Kindly please look into this matter. Hoping a logical reply from team ecom express.
                              And kindly dispatch the shipment from delhi hub to my nearest hub..👍👍👍👍
                              The shipment delivery address is goultuli lane, mokdunpur, malda, west bengal - 732103. Opposite lane of malda sonoscan.

                                Shipment went for out for deliver on 2nd december but was never delivered to me. Instead its status changed to delivered automatically and since then i have been begging the customer care (On phone) asking status of my shipment to no avail. They have no answer and always same response that complaint registered, yet they refuse to provide a complaint number saying "we do not have notification for complaint number via email or sms).

                                Pretty sure the courier/delivery boy stole my courier and now ecomexpress is doing nothing to know whats wrong or resolve the issue.
                                Lack of responsibility and prompt action is the cause for such fraud companies opening every month in india.

                                And before the helpdesk asks any generic questions, no it was not delivered to any mailbox or my neighbors. I live in a society/flat and entry to the society is not allowed by security people to outsiders unless they call and confirm it with me/residents.

                                Furthermore, the customer care is even declining to provide a proof of receipt/signature if the courier boy marked it as delivered.
