    I have order item from hopscotch and they sent the item using ecomexpress.

    Both hopscotch and ecom express have worst customer support. They never bother about customer relation no follow up by any one.

    My parcel not delivered. As per there status could not able to contact the person, and returning the parcel.

    But the never called me or have done any delivery attempt. Pathetic service.
    Avoid this kind of courier companies.

      Tracking number is[protected]. I ordered my package from Glazed.inc on 29 November 2018 and today its 10 December 2018, the package is still not delivered. I'm contacting Ecom express customer care everyday for past 6 days with no help given. They Promise same thing everyday that the package will be delivered today and I'm kept waiting. The contact number they gave me are wrong numbers and customer care has done nothing to help me. Please help me get my package.

        I ordered some stuffs from club factory and on tracking I found that the order reached my town on 6th Dec and an delivery was attempted but they didn't call me the whole day even for asking the address details if it was difficult to find instead they updated the status as wrong address (all my orders are delivered at this address) then I tried contacting them but their number was not reachable, so I had to search for other numbers online and after trying 2-3 numbers the last one responded and that too was of Delhi, there they gave me another number which was of the ecom express Assam branch. The person answering the call spoke politely and said that my order will be delivered the next day (9th Dec) but it was not delivered and so on 10th Dec morning I gave them a call and they said they will deliver it soon but on 10th Dec 1:42p.m. someone from the ecom express office Assam called and said that my order got RTO locked and so I won't get my order instead it will be Returned to origin and I will get my cash back...
        I contacted them 2-3 times to get my order delivered and still it's going back, and then they ask me to reorder it. I needed those things now urgently and even after reaching so close it was going back due to their carelessness.

        Worst courier service. I have ordered items from hopscotch but from 5days...no one from ecom express called me and no information provided from them even contact number also. And now status was showing like "lock applied".How careless ecomexpress is?? Your given phone numbers helpline numbers are always in switched off mode. How u cheating people without giving any contact info?? Such a worst courier service ever faced.

                The delevery boy is refuse to delever my product in home delivery. He say you come and take your product. And says if you will not come, i will returned your product where to ship..                 मेने फिल्पकार्ट से एक 3.5 mm का मिछ आर्डर किया था but वो प्रोडक्ट change आ गया था । इसलिये मेने उसको return कर दिया था । तोह आज 5 dec को डिलेवरी बॉय का call आया और उसने मेरे को डिलेवरी पैलेस से 7 km दूर बुलाया और कहा कि अगर आपको अपना पार्सल return करना ह तोह यह आजो । नही तोह आपका पार्सल return नही होगा ।

                    I ordered a saree which looked gorgeous in the photos.in the photos it appeared to be quite expensive and costed me 990 rupees. But when the product got delivered i found out that it was some cheap saree, whose market price will be hardly 300 rupees, the fabric is not at all good and its a severe fraud case. The things that are delivered are so different that than the things that they show us. I was serious action to be taken against all this fraud.

                          My orders are not delivered to my shipping address... And there is an ecom availability ear my locality... The executive called me about address confirmation... But i m nkt getting product... They will send those products to senders... I m facing this problem second time... Recently i have placed an order through flipkart.. As per tracking due date was december 11 for delivery... But in tracking details i got msg by ecom... The address was unlocatable because of that they have not delivered... The company lost my parsal of product and last 10 days they can not give any update about my parsal and then i complain to customer care so thy resolve that u have to talk to city supplier head nd thn i talk to them nd request to return my parsal any how within day so thy can return with label of nancy agrawal nd customer name is alam ara bari but the product is change nd my product cost is 4000/-. And thn i complain to city head so thy told me that we r not responsible that u pickup wrong product. We can not check that which is ur product nd then i call to customer care so thy guide me that u talk to seller central... But why should ii talk to elanic customer care..??
                            Courier partner can not dispatch my parcel till date so they are responsible for this situation.

                              I ordered a combo pack on paytm on 28 november. I paid the money online. On 5th december, i received a messege which informed me that the product would be delivered that day. But the courier boy didn't call me. I tried to call him with the number sent, but didn't connect. At the evening, messege came that delivery would be done on 7th dec. Today, is 7th dec, there is no messege come which show "deliver today". Then i have checked on paytm.                                     I have order a product form bandgood.com and it was shipped via alljoy courier company.

                                    The alljoy tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same,

                                    The package never came to my place or even i didn't get any call from the delivery executive about the same.

The shipment is pending at ecomex delivery centre since 18th november.                                       Hello, I don't understand what is going on at ecomex. I received an sms on 10/12/18 showing My parcel as delivered. Mr Chandan of Sarthebari called me in the evening on that day and assured me that I will receive my parcel the next day i.e. on 11/12/18. Unfortunately they has not made any effort to hand over the packet to me. I am really ashamed off to seek assistance from the DC and customer support. Shall I leave the prepaid packet idly at the custody of ecOmex that is already shown delivered by them?
