I placed an order on amazon, and later it got shipped and was on its way to delivery till it reached and received on ecom courier service (Nearest to me) and got stuck there, i waited long enough but there was no sms, phone call. So i went to check in my order on amazon and it said that the order was delivered. When i tracked the order i saw it was delivered to ecom express, dhupdhara, goalpara, assam 783123. I thought this was because of the late delivery so i ordered another to see if it would solve the problem but the same thing happened, twice.
Did they do something with my package or was the tracking mistaken? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible thank you.
