I have ordered a product from max, received a message on dec 1st that the product is out of delivery around 12, later i received one more message at 6:43 saying he product is not delivered as the customer is unavailable. But i didn't receive any call from the executor also the number provided in the message is not connecting. While i track the awb number[protected] it says delivery attempt need to be done on dec 2nd, but i didn't receive on that day too. Please let me know when i can receive my product, as i am leaving home within in two days.

    I ordered a facewash from paytm. Ecom express was the courier service... When try to opened the parcel box it was already opened... Seal was broken in upper and beliw portion of the one side and also one edge was seems to be purposefully broken... Seems like someone try to open it and checked the product and then fold back that in tha sameway so that no one will notice it in the first time... This was the first bad experience from ecom express... After few days only i ordered a parcel from paytm again... This time also the condition was same... Seems like almost try to steal from the parcel...

      I returned a product bought in flipkart to ecom courier person, he didnt provide any acknowledgement except the digital signature but the status of the product is not changed yet, it still shows i will be getting a person to pick up the product again, now i lost my product and also the person who stole my product.

          the deliver boy lies on tracking by saying heavy rains amd consignee said for future deliver.though no contact has been made for me by ecom.
          the parcel is already 4 days late still no proper date given. from last 4 days it is showing delivery attempt and false excuses are given by customer care

I checked on nykaa.com it says in transit and over here it says delivered. I do not understand where my parsel is and who is to be accounted for my money because i have prepaid for the courier.               It is to inform that my shipment awb[protected] was received by ecom sukma by 17 nov 2018. But after lapse of 2 weeks the shipment not delivered to me however a message recd fm ecom that your shipment delivered personally delivered to me. It's completely rubbish. They did not deliver the shipment to me and detained it at ecom office.in this regard self contacted over ecom supervisor over telephone. During first time he picked up my call and told thar yr shipment being delivered. On recently he or his delivery not picking up my calls. It makes my time waste and believe over ecom. I need compensation or give direction to deliver my shipment immediately. Kindly do needful as deemed fit please.

                  Hi team,

                  I have an issue facing because of your delivery person arun kumar with mobile no. [protected]. My mode of payment was cod but he forced me for online payment to his personal account through phone pay of amount 1600 rs
                  So i have done that but transaction was pending, he again asked me to g-pay, of rs 1600/- which has been transferred successfully.
                  But after 3 days of pending status in phone pay it was successful and transferred to his account again.

                  Finally he has collected twice the amount 1600/- through phone pay and g - pay.
                  Now he is denying to giving back my money. Seems like fraud.

                  Kindly let me know when can i get my money back of extra 1600.

                    Your delivery boy misbehaved with me today and used bad words for me, his name was rustam maheshwar, i don't know how you people keep this type of workers who uses bad words for customers.                       I placed an order on amazon, and later it got shipped and was on its way to delivery till it reached and received on ecom courier service (Nearest to me) and got stuck there, i waited long enough but there was no sms, phone call. So i went to check in my order on amazon and it said that the order was delivered. When i tracked the order i saw it was delivered to ecom express, dhupdhara, goalpara, assam 783123. I thought this was because of the late delivery so i ordered another to see if it would solve the problem but the same thing happened, twice.
                      Did they do something with my package or was the tracking mistaken? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible thank you.

                                I had ordered a postpaid order from max fashions online. The amount was 928.20 rs. The executive called me but due to some reason i couldn't received the call. I backed the call just after 7 mins. It didn't connect! Next after 15 mins again the boy called and asked me to go and collect from 1 km away! I refused. He behaved so badly and rudely! Next when i gave him 2000 rs refused to give change! What a absurd behavior! Very rude and disappointing behavior of the delivery boy!

                                    This courier agency at Vadakara is I think the most irresponsible and rude agency I have ever seen. I had an order of two jars of Medicine with Medlife. I got the message from Medlife on 10 Jun 2020. On 16 Jun I got a message from ecom express that my Medlife package will be delivered on that day. Nobody contacted me either on phone or in person on that day. In the evening I checked the status of my consignment. I was shocked to see that the consignment was marked as "delivered" with remarks "delivery attempted customer not present". I sent a message showing the facts through whatsap to Medlife but there was no response. On 19 Jun 2020 I went to the Vadakara office of the Ecomexpress in the evening. It was a terrible show there. There were some 5 or 6 young men and bundles and bundles of the full parcel bags were all filled up the room. The parcel bundles meant for delivery were all around without any order. I enquired about my order. I gave my awb No to the man behind the desktop. He then showed me the deskop and I found that against my name in the remarks it was stated that the customer was contacted, and he was busy. He directed one of the boys there to find the package. That boy after some time brought a package from somewhere on the corner and told the awb No side of the invoice is torn so it is not clear. The address is clear. Then he showed the package to me. The package was badly tampered and in a dilapidated state. I ordered for two jars but I could feel from the package it was only one. I told him one jar is missing and the packet is badly tampered with. He said that is how they received it. I told I am not accepting it and will make a complaint. He told me he didnt care and I can make complaint to anyone.
                                    I sent these facts to Medlife on their contact mail address, and they replied sorry and stated there was no other agency in this area for them to depend upon.
                                    This is the sad state. From the scene I had at the office it can be easily be presumed that the present bundles alone will take a full month to dispose off provided no new bundles arrive.

                                      I was about to receive a parcel from nykaa today... On 28th of november 2018... The parcel was prepaid... Just now at around 11 :00 am in the morning... I received message from ecom.. That ur parcel is out for delivery... N a phone no of the ecom executive along with a pin no was sent...

                                      As i hav classes...in the latter part part of the day.. I called at the phone no... At first it was busy... I called for the second time... A guy picked up... N i asked him... Tmc kokhon aiyben (In bengali).. Which means.. When will u come to tmc (Tripura medical college)... Instead of answering he reacted by saying..."he doesn't know"... N it seems he was busy talking to someone else i kept on calling n disturbing him. N also mentioned that he will come by 2pm... N he just hung the phone...
                                      I was furious... I felt guilty n as if i have sinned... I called him again... N said him... I hav classes at 2...
                                      He don't even bother to understand that... I then said him what kind of behavior is this... N i just hung the phone...

                                      This incident really shook me... I always order things online from flipkart myntra jabong ajio nykaaa... But this is hell unfair... The ekart executives are the best... Plz i request ecom to at least have a behavioral tests before recruiting anyone...

                                        A delivery will be attemt on 22nd nov, but i resheduled my delivery in 24th becuse in that time no one will be present in my house. But after 24th no one can call me for deliverd my product. I repletedly call the courier boy but he refuse my call. After that i receive a message from amazon, "customer refused the product". But no delivery will be attempt in my house and no one call me for delivery. How ecom express do that work? How they informed customer refused that item where this is a pre paid order? If you are not take a action against this, i will take a action and inform the consumer forum for customer harrassment against ecom delivery services. My awb no is[protected].

                                        Another delivery boy deliverd my product today after i take a action. And he request me to withdraw the complaint. So i marked that it to resolved.
                                        Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
