BUT In Evening I Got Another Message That ADDRESS UNLOCATABLE or Yaar is se pehle bhi Maine order Kiya Hai Flipkart, Paytm Se isi address par to Order aa jata Tha par aaj achanak se Address Unlocatable kaise ho Gaya...     My shipment has reached guwahati 4 days back according to tracking details.

    But it has not reached me yet nor they hav updated any order status since 3 days.

    The shipment was through amazon. It was supposed to be delivered by 26th november.

    After which there is no update.

    I have faced a lot of inconvenience with ecomexpress with most of my deliveries earlier.

    Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

        I had ordered a postpaid order from max fashions online. The amount was 928.20 rs. The executive called me but due to some reason i couldn't received the call. I backed the call just after 7 mins. It didn't connect! Next after 15 mins again the boy called and asked me to go and collect from 1 km away! I refused. He behaved so badly and rudely! Next when i gave him 2000 rs refused to give change! What a absurd behavior! Very rude and disappointing behavior of the delivery boy!
        I request to ecom to look into the matter. I share my order id as i don't know the name of the delivery boy:[protected]

          I purchased (Billion 25 cm (Cy142) non stick induction bootum cookware set, in flipkart different sizes and damaged product given. I asked for a return and they accepted my request and arranged the pickup through ecom express.
          But despite my repeated requests, the ecom express in imphal is not picking up my item for return. Instead, an ecom express staff called me up from this no [protected] (Kolar) and asked me to bring the item to their office which was very inconvenient at that time. When i requested him to pickup the item from my place as arranged, he rudely told me that he would not pick up the product. This is pathetic pathetic, cheating, arrogant, courier service ecomexpress.in

            Without even trying your people in vadakara are just marking it as delivery attempted. And even i didn't get a single call/ missed call from their side on particular dates

            All these days i was available in the mentioned address. If they have any issue in delivering let me know the ec address in vadakara today itself i am okay to go and collect it.

            Without even trying your people in vadakara are just marking it as delivery attempted. And even i didn't get a single call/ missed call from their side on particular dates

            All these days i was available in the mentioned address. If they have any issue in delivering let me know the ec address in vadakara today itself i am okay to go and collect it.this is totally worthless attitude and very in formal customer care series ..

            This courier agency at Vadakara is I think the most irresponsible and rude agency I have ever seen. I had an order of two jars of Medicine with Medlife. I got the message from Medlife on 10 Jun 2020. On 16 Jun I got a message from ecom express that my Medlife package will be delivered on that day. Nobody contacted me either on phone or in person on that day. In the evening I checked the status of my consignment. I was shocked to see that the consignment was marked as "delivered" with remarks "delivery attempted customer not present". I sent a message showing the facts through whatsap to Medlife but there was no response. On 19 Jun 2020 I went to the Vadakara office of the Ecomexpress in the evening. It was a terrible show there. There were some 5 or 6 young men and bundles and bundles of the full parcel bags were all filled up the room. The parcel bundles meant for delivery were all around without any order. I enquired about my order. I gave my awb No to the man behind the desktop. He then showed me the deskop and I found that against my name in the remarks it was stated that the customer was contacted, and he was busy. He directed one of the boys there to find the package. That boy after some time brought a package from somewhere on the corner and told the awb No side of the invoice is torn so it is not clear. The address is clear. Then he showed the package to me. The package was badly tampered and in a dilapidated state. I ordered for two jars but I could feel from the package it was only one. I told him one jar is missing and the packet is badly tampered with. He said that is how they received it. I told I am not accepting it and will make a complaint. He told me he didnt care and I can make complaint to anyone.
            I sent these facts to Medlife on their contact mail address, and they replied sorry and stated there was no other agency in this area for them to depend upon.
            This is the sad state. From the scene I had at the office it can be easily be presumed that the present bundles alone will take a full month to dispose off provided no new bundles arrive.

              I was about to receive a parcel from nykaa today... On 28th of november 2018... The parcel was prepaid... Just now at around 11 :00 am in the morning... I received message from ecom.. That ur parcel is out for delivery... N a phone no of the ecom executive along with a pin no was sent...

              As i hav classes...in the latter part part of the day.. I called at the phone no... At first it was busy... I called for the second time... A guy picked up... N i asked him... Tmc kokhon aiyben (In bengali).. Which means.. When will u come to tmc (Tripura medical college)... Instead of answering he reacted by saying..."he doesn't know"... N it seems he was busy talking to someone else i kept on calling n disturbing him. N also mentioned that he will come by 2pm... N he just hung the phone...
              I was furious... I felt guilty n as if i have sinned... I called him again... N said him... I hav classes at 2...
              He don't even bother to understand that... I then said him what kind of behavior is this... N i just hung the phone...

              This incident really shook me... I always order things online from flipkart myntra jabong ajio nykaaa... But this is hell unfair... The ekart executives are the best... Plz i request ecom to at least have a behavioral tests before recruiting anyone...

                A delivery will be attemt on 22nd nov, but i resheduled my delivery in 24th becuse in that time no one will be present in my house. But after 24th no one can call me for deliverd my product. I repletedly call the courier boy but he refuse my call. After that i receive a message from amazon, "customer refused the product". But no delivery will be attempt in my house and no one call me for delivery. How ecom express do that work? How they informed customer refused that item where this is a pre paid order? If you are not take a action against this, i will take a action and inform the consumer forum for customer harrassment against ecom delivery services. My awb no is[protected].

                  I had ordered from nykaa and the delivery was scheduled on 25/11/18, but due to network issue the ecom express representative of ranipet, vellore dist, tamilnadu, couldn't reach me, i had asked for the delivery again but i have had no response from ecom express's side.                     I ordered poco f1 (Flipcart) on 2nd nov 2018. It came to the nearest ecom hub on 23rd nov. I didn't refuse my product and i didn't get any call from ecom executive. Everyday i see the message by ecom "your product is out for delivery" and also in the evening time "your product is undelivered as you refused to accept it". Even though i went to nearest ecom hub by the use of google map. Which is not there they said this shop has been closed for 3months. Now where could i get my product.

                        I have ordered lipstick from nykaa portal. Amount was 299 of the product. This month i have ordered 3 times from the same portal and gave exact change amount to the courier people. Whereas, it is an responsibility of courier partner also to carry the change if customer doesn't have the change.
                        When i said to him i don't have 500 change, you can take the parcel and whenever u will get change then deliver the parcel... He spoken so rude saying this is not my job to bring the change and deliver...

                        Everytime how customer will have change money? All the time it is not possible to arrange the change...

                        He said this is your 1st delivery.. No problem accepted.. But i didn't said come and deliver me first... He can arrange delivery next day if i don't have change money..

                        Why you guys cannot give instructions to the courier people to carry at least 500 change if the parcel amount is of rs 299/-... I did not asked for 2000 change...

                        And for this order also i kept the change 614/- as i have ordered 2 things from nykaa portal but 2nd shipment got from blue dart.. It's not my mistake that shipment got splited... For what i ordered i kept 614 rs change with me..

                        Pathetic service and behavior.

                        Some person called me from ecom saying madam parcel has been returned what is reason i explained him the reason... He was on hold for 15 minutes on call with me... Lastly i asked him the name of courier boy... He listened and disconnected my call... Without answering...

                        These guys have no training at all to handle and talk with the customers..
