I had ordered from nykaa and the delivery was scheduled on 25/11/18, but due to network issue the ecom express representative of ranipet, vellore dist, tamilnadu, couldn't reach me, i had asked for the delivery again but i have had no response from ecom express's side. I need closure and possibly the delivery of my product. I do not wish to cancel my order.

    I ordered poco f1 (Flipcart) on 2nd nov 2018. It came to the nearest ecom hub on 23rd nov. I didn't refuse my product and i didn't get any call from ecom executive. Everyday i see the message by ecom "your product is out for delivery" and also in the evening time "your product is undelivered as you refused to accept it". Even though i went to nearest ecom hub by the use of google map. Which is not there they said this shop has been closed for 3months. Now where could i get my product.

      From 23 november onwards its showing like shipment un-delivered and i have not recieved any call or delivery attempt to my address.called their customer care, they are saying only saying that it will be deliver.No one called me .
      showing consignee requested for future delivery.How its possible without contacting me.this item is reached near to office, i already requested them to share the details agency biut they are not giving the information.I need this product, if they cant deliver amount must be refunded.please help me

        I have ordered lipstick from nykaa portal. Amount was 299 of the product. This month i have ordered 3 times from the same portal and gave exact change amount to the courier people. Whereas, it is an responsibility of courier partner also to carry the change if customer doesn't have the change.
        When i said to him i don't have 500 change, you can take the parcel and whenever u will get change then deliver the parcel... He spoken so rude saying this is not my job to bring the change and deliver...

        Everytime how customer will have change money? All the time it is not possible to arrange the change...

        He said this is your 1st delivery.. No problem accepted.. But i didn't said come and deliver me first... He can arrange delivery next day if i don't have change money..

        Why you guys cannot give instructions to the courier people to carry at least 500 change if the parcel amount is of rs 299/-... I did not asked for 2000 change...

        And for this order also i kept the change 614/- as i have ordered 2 things from nykaa portal but 2nd shipment got from blue dart.. It's not my mistake that shipment got splited... For what i ordered i kept 614 rs change with me..

        Pathetic service and behavior.

        Some person called me from ecom saying madam parcel has been returned what is reason i explained him the reason... He was on hold for 15 minutes on call with me... Lastly i asked him the name of courier boy... He listened and disconnected my call... Without answering...

        These guys have no training at all to handle and talk with the customers..

            I want to say that the man who listed the couriers details in the computer, is misbehav with the customers and also with me.
            Je just call me at 7:30 pm and he said to me to come the ecom express office and take my parcle, and other employees are laughing behind the call.
            They make my joke.
            Please do something and resolve this and please inform them to not do anything is that hurt the customers

                  But it is not even received by club factory yet. And Ecom express delivery says it is in transit. From 10 days. How much it is going to take in transit . plz do check.                     It took two whole days for them to connect the shipment to pune. I waas supposed to send the consignment by 25 th, on 23 rd also it did not reach. Please make it fast guys.

                      I wait 10 days but not come my any products. And courier team call and say me i will not come to your address because your address very far. You will come courier office. I shopping online then why i go to courier office?
                      What is this?
                      Otherwise you couldn't deliver my any products. You say first on amazon i couldn't go to your address. This means you another courier send. Ecom express say it is good today i know it is good or bad. I wait 10 days. And i call everyday on ecom express they say today come or not to tomorrow come but they say only two words. But not come any day today not come 22 nov. It is funny or it is joke say please one customers wait many days. I say otherwise my location near to come fast. I wait 10 days and what is my situation you don't know. Ok please tomorrow send my products. Please i request last time only tomorrow. Ok thank you

                        Parcel from banggood.com china with awb aljcd[protected]yq through alljoy arrived at delhi on 11 nov. 18 and then handed over the responsibility of parcel to ecomexpress but it is still not picked up by this pathetic pathetic, cheating, arrogant, courier service ecomexpress.in and falsely updating status as courier not ready. Customer care is so arrogant the directly saying it is not there responsibility to know where about of the parcel.

Is[protected] and it was to be delivered by ecom express today but the delivery was not attempted and i have got a msg that delivery attempted but customer not available. This is absolutely false. The delivery man even didn't call. I am very disappointed with the ecom express as they update false delivery status on the website

                            Your creez "cod" shipment[protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin:[protected] please keep rs 1198.0 ready for payment.

                            Today i received my order and the ecom delivery boy by fooling me took 100/- rs. Extra from me.
                            Let me describe what happened.. He rang the bell i asked him to wait till i bring money.. I counted 4 times before giving him money it was 1200/- rs. As my total was 1198/-. Then he was ready with 2 rs. To give me change, i was happy he was honest to give me 2rs. Back or generally today no body gives it back. So i told him that you keep it.
                            He went towards lift and came after 2 mints and told me that madame you have given only 1100/- i was shocked but then i thought maybe my mistake i gave him 100/- more.
                            But now when i do my counting of money left in purse it clearly shows he has cheated me for 100/- rs.

                                I have ordered a goodluck baby walker through amazon portal on 13. Nov. 2018. And first sms sta ting that arriving on 17. Nov. 2018. But item not delivered stating location not traceable and when i contacted amazon customer care they assured it will be delivered soon. Again i received sms on 19. Nov. 2018 that item will be delivered today but not. Again contacted amazon they informed it will resolved soon. Finally i received sms on 21. Nov. 2018. Stating item arriving today with ecom executive ph no. I waited upto 5pm and called ecom executive. He told me that he will deliver next day. I told him u have sent msg saying today; how u can deliver tomorrow. Ecom executive disconnected my call. And with no time i received sms from ecom statting "package is being returned to us". And sms from amazon stating "your awb order was undelivered as you refused to accept it". How a delivery person can cancel my order without customer consent. He did not call me, he did come to the shipment address and he did not obtain any approval from me. But with use o[censored]ncontrolled technology he can cancel my order. What is more worrying is in whole process there is no verification from both amazon and ecom "what is the proof or evidence that customer is refusing to accept". Just a irresponsible, arrogant delivery person can decide about our cancelling of order. When i contacted amazon requested to place fresh order. I decline and fighting for my justice. References.                                     I Mohd khalil Mansuri ordered a product from paytm awb number is[protected].
                                    When I checked the tracking details in paytm it showed that it was delivered but it was not delivered to me. I think he called me but I was in operation theatre that's why I can't picked up the call, when I got free and I called that number but the call was not connected, I don't know why.
