I have ordered a saree from paytm awb no. Is[protected] and it was to be delivered by ecom express today but the delivery was not attempted and i have got a msg that delivery attempted but customer not available. This is absolutely false. The delivery man even didn't call. I am very disappointed with the ecom express as they update false delivery status on the website

    Your creez "cod" shipment[protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin:[protected] please keep rs 1198.0 ready for payment.

    Today i received my order and the ecom delivery boy by fooling me took 100/- rs. Extra from me.
    Let me describe what happened.. He rang the bell i asked him to wait till i bring money.. I counted 4 times before giving him money it was 1200/- rs. As my total was 1198/-. Then he was ready with 2 rs. To give me change, i was happy he was honest to give me 2rs. Back or generally today no body gives it back. So i told him that you keep it.
    He went towards lift and came after 2 mints and told me that madame you have given only 1100/- i was shocked but then i thought maybe my mistake i gave him 100/- more.
    But now when i do my counting of money left in purse it clearly shows he has cheated me for 100/- rs.

        I have ordered a goodluck baby walker through amazon portal on 13. Nov. 2018. And first sms sta ting that arriving on 17. Nov. 2018. But item not delivered stating location not traceable and when i contacted amazon customer care they assured it will be delivered soon. Again i received sms on 19. Nov. 2018 that item will be delivered today but not. Again contacted amazon they informed it will resolved soon. Finally i received sms on 21. Nov. 2018. Stating item arriving today with ecom executive ph no. I waited upto 5pm and called ecom executive. He told me that he will deliver next day. I told him u have sent msg saying today; how u can deliver tomorrow. Ecom executive disconnected my call. And with no time i received sms from ecom statting "package is being returned to us". And sms from amazon stating "your awb order was undelivered as you refused to accept it". How a delivery person can cancel my order without customer consent. He did not call me, he did come to the shipment address and he did not obtain any approval from me. But with use o[censored]ncontrolled technology he can cancel my order. What is more worrying is in whole process there is no verification from both amazon and ecom "what is the proof or evidence that customer is refusing to accept". Just a irresponsible, arrogant delivery person can decide about our cancelling of order. When i contacted amazon requested to place fresh order. I decline and fighting for my justice. References.             I Mohd khalil Mansuri ordered a product from paytm awb number is[protected].
            When I checked the tracking details in paytm it showed that it was delivered but it was not delivered to me. I think he called me but I was in operation theatre that's why I can't picked up the call, when I got free and I called that number but the call was not connected, I don't know why.
            Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                    Hello, i am order a item through samsung and item delivered through ecom express. On sunday my office close and i got a call from delivery executive and i am told him my office closed due to sunday and he ask me for my no, when i am asking him why you need my contact no so he told me, sir i am calling from app and please give me a contact your contact no i'll call you. And after waiting two days when i can check my status in ecom's website so i see, my order shown delivered, the company was totally fraud or executive is fraud take a strict action against executive or company.

                      Dear all, i have got massage that ecom express will pick my reverse shipment on 17/11/2018, but they din't pick the packet on same day so i deed call to ecom express service no.[protected] and they promised that the very next day pickup will happen but not happened that day also. I m calling them everyday and they promising for next day pickup everyday even today also i called them for the same but they saying for tomorrow again. Why is it like that? They should know about customer value. (Shipment no.[protected] i want my packet pickup should done by today for my correct product replacement)

                      Request to help me out and please do the needful as soon as possible.

                        This is to bring to your kind attention that the product i received was fake and different and not as what i ordered. I am deeply saddened and i want to complain regarding the same. Please initiate a refund request as soon as possible.
                        I ordered the product from eexata.com and they are scamming people unset the nose of ecom and it brings a bad name to ecom as they are allowing it to happen.

                            I ordered a mosquito net on Amazon (order no.[protected]and the item was sent through Ecom express (awb[protected]. The delivery boy called and asked me to pick up from his office. I said the order is for home delivery and the item needs to ne delivered to my house. Delivery boy's communication was in an arrogant tone. Subsequently, I kept on getting message that item would be delivered, but nobody called. I kept following up with Amazon and they assured that item would be delivered. To my surprise, now I was informed that item is returned because I refused to accept. I have been waiting for this item more than a week. There was a fumny reason for not delivering like heavy rain/ natural calamity. To my knowledge, there was no such incident on the mentioned day.
                            Kindly investigate the matter and let me know your action.

                                Even after three to four days and after 8 to 9 times of calling the customer service two of my products from amazon which has already reached the vadakara centrr remains undelivered. The ones delivered were not to my home front but made me walk around 1 km. The service provided by amazon has become questionable due to the poor quality of delivery option from these third party people. This problem doesn't happen at cities but not in places like vadakara. Please try to regain the confidence

                                  My order was picked up by ecom express 2nd of november which was deliver at club factory delivery center within 5 to 10 processing days whis is return policy of club factory and now 17days already passed and tracking id dont show my order related information after 13th november, i have call on coustemer care for return and refund details but they dont give any information regarding this and cut the call before any satisfaction by me,
                                  After 13 nov i have called daily in ecom center and they give me they same answer.still i have problem with this product refund. Soo i want my refund as soon as and take a strict action to the ecom express,

It was supposed to be shipped on 11 or 12 november 2018 but due to some technical issue, my contact number was unreasonable for some time! After that, i received only one message from ecom express that i am attaching with.

                                    I tracked on club factory app, it was showing to be redispatch on next business day, but after 2-3 days it was showing...

                                    I had complaint earlier also for the product having tracking id[protected], but nothing happened till yet. So i want to know, will i receive my item or not?
                                    I asked the delivery boy many times about my parcel but he's not sure whom he had given. Also i have shown the faces of receivers at my home but he told its not them whom i have given.
                                    So please tell me when & how i will get my parcel. This parcel was not so costly, think i was ordered parcel whose value will be more than 50k, then also he delivers the item to the wrong guy, then in that case who will be responsible.
                                    I request you to kindly look out in this case or else ask the courier boy to return my money (The cost of parcel).
