My order doesn't get pickup from 8 days. Pickup agent don't make calls on my number. Awb no is[protected]. Please help me to get my refund. And also inform the pickup agent to make the call on my number [protected]. And the service of ecom express in my my area is also very poor please make some corrections and make them customer friendly. As i have tried to make several call in call centre also but they only apologise. They don't make any solution.

    Worst, poor, negligence, irresponsible and rude behaviour of ecom express delivery boy. Vvv delay deliver service, shipped on 11~11~18,. Item reached to my location last night but i didn't receive it till now and if i call the delivery boy he said that he is busy and will deliver it only if possible, which shows he is irresponsible and his negligence.in fact the behaviour and his way of communication towards the costumer is too rude. And at last ecom express service is toooooo poor. And also all the contact numbers of ecom express services are not working (Worst service ever). So i want a callback from ecom express complaint manager right now..

      What a # company is ecom express...
      I was not expect from them...
      Yesterday an ageng of ecom express was called me and told that tomorrow will ship my product with awb no.[protected].. So that i was waiting the courier boy (Mob.-[protected]).. After noon i called the courier boy he told me that " mere pass abhi time nahi hai product ki delivery ke liye jab aapke taraf aaunga to dunga"... Wow such a worst experience for me from the brand courier company ecom express..
      If tomorrow will not ship my product than i will definitely go in consumer court... Its my warning ⚠ to ecom express..
      Really too pathetic experience for me by ecom express 😢😢

            I have ordered a vega cruiser helmet from amazon, it was showing shipping availability on my pincode. But delivery guy call and asked to collect your package from kannauj, which is 18 km away from my pin code 209732.
            I called to customer care, he re-arrange the shipping, next day he never call me and update that, i refused to accept it.
            It's very shameful and very-very poor service and people working with this organization is not justifying their salary and this is not positive sign to the organisation.

            Organisation should look after the working way of their employee. I never recommend to amazon to work with such organisation.

                My Shipment with Awb No.[protected] shipped through Ecom Express on 18th October has not been delivered since 1 month. No tracking update from 3rd of November on Ecom Express website. I have already made numerous calls to Ecom Express Consumer Care number but all in vain. Enough! Legal action against this Ecom Express soon.

                  Hi, I am Chandini Nayak. I ordered a shoulder bag on Club factory which was to be delivered to me on 1st november through your service. But later that day, i received a message that i was unavailable and hence the product was not delivered which is weird cuz i didn't receive any call from the delivery guy. Later it asked for another day for delivery which was 5th november...the result is same. Later when i checked on Club Factory a message showed that delivery was not possible due to Diwali and will atempt the next working days. I still haven't received any call.
                  And now when i tracked my order...the current status is "shipment returned".

                  It’s almost a week, no new status has been updated regrading my package information. When ever I check the tracking details I get the repeated status of “pickup rescheduled for next day, Assigned for pickup and out for pick” for everyday. When will I get my package!.

                    Tomorrow is our big festival.. That's why have ordered the product. The produst was out for delivery and courier boy had called me for confirmation of place where the product will deliver bit not delivered.
                    And now i am calling this courier boy but my number is in black listed.
                    So i would like to request you to please look in to this matter. Ecom express has good courier service but unfortunately i don't know why it is happening..

                    I ordered a kurti from myntra which was to be delivered on October 31st via Ecom express courier. When I tracked my package, ECOM website shows false claim as package delivery postponed by the customer when infact I have not received any calls from them. I am very disappointed. Please help

                      My Shipment with Awb No.[protected] shipped through ECOM EXPRESS on 18th October has NOT been delivered since 1 month. No tracking update from 3rd November on Ecom Express website. I WILL SOON BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COURIER COMPANY "ECOM EXPRESS" AND WILL DEMAND FOR COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE MENTAL HARASSMENT ECOM EXPRESS HAS GIVEN ME.                               Ecom express has reverse picked up one of my amazon order on 5th november 2018. Awb no[protected]. On 7th the consignment reached bangalore which is the delivery destination also. But since then no progress. I have called customer care of both ecom express and amazon but no use. Ecom express customer care executive told me initially it will be delivered by 9th nov. After a day told me 10th november. Now telling 11th. Called many times and complained also but in vain. Unless this is delivered amazon wont refund me. Because of irresponsibility of amazon.in and ecomexpress i dint get back my refund. They are looting interest on my money in their account.
                              Here the local guys tel it can be a secret deal between amazon and ecom so that the refund is delayed or avoided. Pls look into this. Deliver immediately. Else consumer court is the only option.

                                  I have order a product form clubfactory.com and it was shipped via ecom courier company.

                                  The ecom tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same,

                                  After speaking with the ecom support it was told the package was handed to the local courier ecom express for local customer delivery who updated the status as delivered on 11th of november 2018.

                                  The package never came to my place or even got any call from the delivery executive about the same.

                                  I did not received any sms of otp for delivery confirmation and still the status on the tracking page was changed to delivered.

                                  Please i request you to investigate the issue or change false "delivered" status on the tracking page to "lost" or "undelivered".

                                        I ordered some electronics from hp store on 4/11/2018 and they mailed me courier details and expected delivery date which was within 1 working day.
                                        Today is 10/11 and i called hp they told me that parcel is with the courier services and gave me address which is :-
                                        Ecom express, near j&k city grid station, national highway 1a, sangoor, jammu, jammu and kashmir 182101
                                        However i called ecom customer care executive and he told me that parcel is not with them and asked me call hp store.
                                        Now i am stuck between blame game of hp store and ecom express.
                                        Also the address i mentioned above dnt have any contact no. Working.. They provided false contact number which dont exist.
                                        Pls resolve this matter as i need my parcel urgently.
