Dear team,

My order no :[protected] i placed this order on 1st of november 2018 for diwali festival occasion to my friend today is 10 of november 2018 still my order not received yet and my sentiment hurt by your team.

On 6 th of november delivery boy called and some miscommunication happened regarding the sender address, so my friend refused to received it because the delivery boy told parcel came from hariyan and not took my name debesh sahoo.

After that i regularly called 3 times every day to ecom express +[protected], in morning they told me order is out of delivery and today it will be done & in evening another excuse that your order is canceled by you or print venue and promised me that, we surely delivered it tomorrow. Still not delivered. And they update in system customer refused to accept. This is a wrong information,

From yesterday i also spoke with your custer care representative (Print venue), they also make me fool. Today promise me it will done on monday but god knows.

I lives in oman and i spent almost rs 1500+, for calling and tracking my order, waste my energy, my time and at the my feelings badly hurt by your service.

I humbly request you to kindly look at this matter seriously if you genuinely care and believe in customer service and feelings. I faced the worst-est service ever and i promise i never going to do same mistake again in future.

    Ecom express has reverse picked up one of my amazon order on 5th november 2018. Awb no[protected]. On 7th the consignment reached bangalore which is the delivery destination also. But since then no progress. I have called customer care of both ecom express and amazon but no use. Ecom express customer care executive told me initially it will be delivered by 9th nov. After a day told me 10th november. Now telling 11th. Called many times and complained also but in vain. Unless this is delivered amazon wont refund me.
    Here the local guys tel it can be a secret deal between amazon and ecom so that the refund is delayed or avoided. Pls look into this. Deliver immediately. Else consumer court is the only option.

      Ecom is the worst logistics to send goods. It keeps on delaying without any reason. The tracking system needs to be updated. India post is acting as a better courier than ecom. Very unsatisfied with the ecom service.
      I have ordered from amazon and they chose ecom express to send my parcel. The other courier service takes 3-4 days to reach the parce, where as it has been 8 day and there is no update of the parcel.

Balangir (Odisha) me aa chuki hai, but aapke ecom express wale staff mujhe delivery nhi de rahe, me ecom express office me jaa kar bhi complain di hai lekin wo bol rahe hai aapka product ko hum bahut niche daal diye hai wo tumko 3-4 din baad milega

                Since 2 days I am waiting for shipment to be picked up but every time your pickup executive reject the pick mentioning the reason as Contact number not reachable and address not traceable.

                My building is in Prime location and it is above well known hospital in entire Mumbra location.

                Mumbra Ecomm express office contact numbers which i got from customer care are not contactable.

                Customer service executive says I cannot talk with supervisor over the call since call flow is very high. They ask me to hold the line for 50min.

                I dont understand what kind of customer service Ecomm express is giving.

                Hi,

                Since 7 days your executive was not abke to pickup my parceland now your telling me to register request again.

                Everytime you execitive mention comments as address not found, door lock, contact no not available.

                Your customer care is more than worst who dont even give proper resolution and dont even transfeer call to supervisor.

                Daily i receive sms saying pickup wipp be done tomorrow. Refer attached images

                  I ordered a handbag which was to be deliverd on 9th of november but i got a msgd that it will be delivered by today on date.05th of november.. But i got no call from any delivery agent instead i got to call them back and asked to come and deliver and on top of tbat they refused to deliver when i call up.. He said he is outside somewhere and said will get deliver by evening at 7pm which is too late for working hours.. Worst service ever.. I did not expect this

                    Return request order has been placed by jabong for online purchase of sling bag dated 30oct 2018. For the same i got a message from e com express on 31st oct 2018 tht u order will be picked up today. On the same day i got a message quoted your shipment[protected] has not been picked up after 1 st attempt. I called the e com call centre and asked for the reason to deny it, since no body from e com express called or arrived to pick up the order, they said they will initiate the order again even after that nothing has happened. I called again on the next day but they said ur order has been declined by jabong and you should contact jabong for the same. Again i contacted jabong to initate the return request one more time, after that i received a same message from e com tht ur order will be picked up dated 05.11.2018 with order number,[protected], on the same day i got a message tht ur order has not been picked up after 1st. So far not a single call i got from e com express and no body arrives to pick the order. Today i. E 08.11.2018 i called the customer care of ecom to know the satus but they are saying the same thing tht ur order will be picked by our person.

                      I purchased a pair of shoe from lime road by order no [protected] but very unfortunately they sent me a pair of different sizes. I asked for a return and they accepted my request and arranged the pickup through ecom express.
                      But despite my repeated requests, the ecom express in imphal is not picking up my item for return. Instead, an ecom express staff called me up from this no [protected] and asked me to bring the item to their office which was very inconvenient at that time. When i requested him to pickup the item from my place as arranged, he rudely told me that he would not pick up the item and dared me to do whatevever.
                      This is very unfortunate. Kly do the needful asap before the return policy expire.

                        I have ordered for a reverse pickup on 26th October, 2018. Today is 7 th November 2018. Till yet it has almost 13 days past, but till yet it has not been reached from Banglore to Bhubanswar. When I go through online tracking system, I found the shipment is at Banglore Hub. What's the process, that I don't able to understand. The customer care executives were also not able to answer about shipment. This kind worst service I have never seen through out my life. horrible

                          My waybill number is[protected]. I cancel my order through shopping portal. Although when you agent out for delivery i rejected it. The order is in rto lock postion. I contact my shopping portal they said they not get back their product. And my refund still not initiated by them. Send it back to the origin.. So that i get my refund. Look into my issue and solved it as soon as possible. And reply me.

After 4days also pickup has not done. I called customer care and raised complaint also. But the customer care executive told me your mobile no is incorrect.                                   It's been 4 days one of my product is there at your local office as i can track it and they are not delivering it to me and when i m calling them they r speaking rudely and like mannerless and this is not the 1st time whenever my package come this happen worst service, they are doing a scam they always update out for delivery and after sometime they update it as undilevered without delivery attempt they update it like customer denied package or customer not available, something like that, this is a scam.

                                    I ordered a mobile from reliance digital website on 03rd november on cod basis, and the delivery was assigned to ecom express. Please refer the below comments that clearly showcase the worst and unprofessional and false tracking comments updated by this so called courier service.

                                    03 november - status - shipments arrives at processing center
                                    04 november - shipment un-delivered - shipment attempted - customer not available (Delivery never came to delivery address nor called me)
                                    05 november - shipment un-delivered - consignee requested for future delivery (This is the funniest update - no one called me and still updated as consignee (Myself) requested for future delivery.
                                    06-november - shipment un-delivered - shipment attempted - customer refused to accept (Stupid comment of all time - i had recieved a call in the morning from this so called courier service and the person asked me that you still need a delivery? Lol, i was waiting since from 03rd november and still he asking, do you need.. Ha ha... I confirmed that i need a delivery and asked him to deliver the product asap and finally.. At the end of the day.. Saw this comment on website ' shipment attempted - customer refused to accept'

                                      My order number[protected] is awaiting delivery from Ecom express courier service. Everyday the courier company puts false tracking updates such as wrong address, not at home, COD not available etc etc and even after calling their customer care a number of times about this complaint they have failed to deliver my parcel. Everyday l have to reschedule delivery or submit a new complaint to their customer care but no positive result is seen.
                                      I am shocked to see the poor standard and non professional working attitude of this courier company.

                                      Ecom express must deliver my parcel without any further delay and be honest with their tracking updates, failing which l will be constrained to initiate legal consumer complaint in the consumer court at Secunderabad for causing me undue harassment. I have all the conversations on record and will be produced before court of law if they do not act professionally.

                                      This courier company has to be blacklisted by government body. Even after rendering an apology and assurance, they have chosen not to deliver my parcel but return it back to the seller as per their tracking update on their website.
                                      This entire chain of events is on record and l will not let it pass just like that. This dubious shipping company must be out of service forever. So many consumer complaints with similar grievances against them will help to seal their courier company.
                                      Good riddance to bad rubbish!
                                      It js fake site. I have ordered some product but i received plastic copy of that product. Fake fake fake...

                                        Ordered a product from flipkart on 10th october 2018- order no-od[protected]. It is a prepaid product. Expected delivery was 17th october. Delivery hub was ecom express. We get a message saying that the product is out for delivery. After 3 hours we get a message from them as product was undelivered as the residential address is closed. We din happen to get any calls from them. Customer support makes us wait till 7pm.
                                        Second expected delivery was 23rd. Fails again. We wait till 7 pm.
                                        Third expected delivery was 25. Fails.
                                        Fourth expected delivery date was on 29th. Fails
                                        Fifth expected delivery date was 1st. Fails again
                                        Sixth expected delivery was on 2nd nov. Fails.
                                        We have been calling the customer support hundred times, but the issue dosent get resolved. All they do is extend the date.. And make us wait till 7pm, promising that the product would be definitely delivered.
                                        Finally on 4th october, we go to the delivery hub - ecom express.
                                        The tracking id was given to them. They search for the product in the store but don't find it. They happen to tell that the product is stolen or misplaced by the delivery person.
                                        They tell us to file a complaint with flipkart. Inspite of registering a complaint, nobody responds properly. Who is held responsible here???
                                        Highly dissapointed flipkart.
