I was ordered a shirt from paytm mall and it's expected delivery date was 5 november 2018 through economic express. The product payment was cod and awb no. :[protected]. Delivery boy (Madhav kumar) contacted me on 30oct 2018 for delivery of my product, but i was not available at the given address. So i tell him to plz postpone the delivery till 3 november. But he forced me to receive the product now either he never comes later for this product delivery.
After that i was contacted to ecom express customer service and i was tell him to postpone the delivery date and he gives me positive response.
On 3 november one more parcel out for delivery at morning with same address and same delivery boy (Madhav kumar).
At 12:20pm i received one parcel, i asked him about my another one who's delivery date was postponed then he replied:- no i don't have any other parcel. Then i asked him is there any other delivery boy in this area, then he replied yes. I was waiting for the parcel till 4 november but there is no call or massage recived from ecom express or delivery boy, then i contacted ecom express customer service on 5 november and she told me to plz wait till next day but today the product return to delhi.
Now, who's responsible for all this.
I was regularly contacted customer service but no response and now he apologized for the inconvenience🤔
