My waybill number is[protected]. I cancel my order through shopping portal. Although when you agent out for delivery i rejected it. The order is in rto lock postion. I contact my shopping portal they said they not get back their product. And my refund still not initiated by them. Send it back to the origin.. So that i get my refund. Look into my issue and solved it as soon as possible. And reply me.

I called customer care and raised complaint also. But the customer care executive told me your mobile no is incorrect. If it is incorrect then how i got the message from ecom express

          It's been 4 days one of my product is there at your local office as i can track it and they are not delivering it to me and when i m calling them they r speaking rudely and like mannerless and this is not the 1st time whenever my package come this happen worst service, they are doing a scam they always update out for delivery and after sometime they update it as undilevered without delivery attempt they update it like customer denied package or customer not available, something like that, this is a scam.

            I ordered a mobile from reliance digital website on 03rd november on cod basis, and the delivery was assigned to ecom express. Please refer the below comments that clearly showcase the worst and unprofessional and false tracking comments updated by this so called courier service.

            03 november - status - shipments arrives at processing center
            04 november - shipment un-delivered - shipment attempted - customer not available (Delivery never came to delivery address nor called me)
            05 november - shipment un-delivered - consignee requested for future delivery (This is the funniest update - no one called me and still updated as consignee (Myself) requested for future delivery.
            06-november - shipment un-delivered - shipment attempted - customer refused to accept (Stupid comment of all time - i had recieved a call in the morning from this so called courier service and the person asked me that you still need a delivery? Lol, i was waiting since from 03rd november and still he asking, do you need.. Ha ha... I confirmed that i need a delivery and asked him to deliver the product asap and finally.. At the end of the day.. Saw this comment on website ' shipment attempted - customer refused to accept'

            Now you people itself decide, is this a courier company?

              My order number[protected] is awaiting delivery from Ecom express courier service. Everyday the courier company puts false tracking updates such as wrong address, not at home, COD not available etc etc and even after calling their customer care a number of times about this complaint they have failed to deliver my parcel. Everyday l have to reschedule delivery or submit a new complaint to their customer care but no positive result is seen.
              I am shocked to see the poor standard and non professional working attitude of this courier company.

              Ecom express must deliver my parcel without any further delay and be honest with their tracking updates, failing which l will be constrained to initiate legal consumer complaint in the consumer court at Secunderabad for causing me undue harassment. I have all the conversations on record and will be produced before court of law if they do not act professionally.

              This courier company has to be blacklisted by government body. Even after rendering an apology and assurance, they have chosen not to deliver my parcel but return it back to the seller as per their tracking update on their website.
              This entire chain of events is on record and l will not let it pass just like that. This dubious shipping company must be out of service forever. So many consumer complaints with similar grievances against them will help to seal their courier company.
              Good riddance to bad rubbish!
              It js fake site. I have ordered some product but i received plastic copy of that product. Fake fake fake...

                Ordered a product from flipkart on 10th october 2018- order no-od[protected]. It is a prepaid product. Expected delivery was 17th october. Delivery hub was ecom express. We get a message saying that the product is out for delivery. After 3 hours we get a message from them as product was undelivered as the residential address is closed. We din happen to get any calls from them. Customer support makes us wait till 7pm.
                Second expected delivery was 23rd. Fails again. We wait till 7 pm.
                Third expected delivery was 25. Fails.
                Fourth expected delivery date was on 29th. Fails
                Fifth expected delivery date was 1st. Fails again
                Sixth expected delivery was on 2nd nov. Fails.
                We have been calling the customer support hundred times, but the issue dosent get resolved. All they do is extend the date.. And make us wait till 7pm, promising that the product would be definitely delivered.
                Finally on 4th october, we go to the delivery hub - ecom express.
                The tracking id was given to them. They search for the product in the store but don't find it. They happen to tell that the product is stolen or misplaced by the delivery person.
                They tell us to file a complaint with flipkart. Inspite of registering a complaint, nobody responds properly. Who is held responsible here???
                Highly dissapointed flipkart.

                  Hii i did not recieved my product but it shows in tracking details as delivered. i tried to contact delivery boy no response from there, then submit a complaint at ecom express customer care .too much pathetic irresponsible way to harasse customers...there is no way to contact delivery boy only get near by delivery hub number which was also not recieved by anybody.after getting long hours you will get in contact with customer care but still they cannot help on these type of situations. its an request to ecomexpress do not send any unprofessional guy for delivery another it will be a problem for both o[censored]s. i hope you understand my issue please resolve it as soon as possible.

                    I was ordered a shirt from paytm mall and it's expected delivery date was 5 november 2018 through economic express. The product payment was cod and awb no. :[protected]. Delivery boy (Madhav kumar) contacted me on 30oct 2018 for delivery of my product, but i was not available at the given address. So i tell him to plz postpone the delivery till 3 november. But he forced me to receive the product now either he never comes later for this product delivery.

                    After that i was contacted to ecom express customer service and i was tell him to postpone the delivery date and he gives me positive response.

                    On 3 november one more parcel out for delivery at morning with same address and same delivery boy (Madhav kumar).
                    At 12:20pm i received one parcel, i asked him about my another one who's delivery date was postponed then he replied:- no i don't have any other parcel. Then i asked him is there any other delivery boy in this area, then he replied yes. I was waiting for the parcel till 4 november but there is no call or massage recived from ecom express or delivery boy, then i contacted ecom express customer service on 5 november and she told me to plz wait till next day but today the product return to delhi.

                    Now, who's responsible for all this.

                    I was regularly contacted customer service but no response and now he apologized for the inconvenience🤔

                      I bought a double bed sheet on flipcart which delivery address is 233311 ghazipur u. P.
                      But when the message is coming to me that product is out for delivery, and executive contact no. Is also provide to me to connect the seller for help the esay to delivery.

                      But when you called to this (Executive) no. The seller is replied that your product is not delivered to mention address when buying.
                      If you want to receive your package you come to the office.

                      I hardly says you that you reslove such types issues..

                          This is the 2nd time am writing here on the same product which was to be delivered by Ecom Express, went back to the company and they have resent it. But still same issue; they are not delivering the product; daily i get a message saying it's out for delivery, after sometime, they update as customer not available without even attempting delivery and contacting. When I myself call and ask, they will say it will be delivered that day, but no one will come. Later they will not pick calls. The same product which was ordered almost a month back, is still not delivered.

                            I've ordered a product on myntra (Awb[protected]. Its expected delivery date was 28.10.18. Its 05.11.18 today bt my product is still undelivered. On 02.11.18, i got a msg that the product is undelivered because u were unavailable to receive the product. Bt the fact is i was available the whole day bt they haven't attempted delivery. They didn't even call me. Ecom exp. Is totally fake. It only sends false messages and blames the customer for its mistakes. It's employees r totally irresponsible. I want my product now.

                            I have faced same problems like many other comment.Ordered something else and got something else. When trying to call shopping portal contact number they are not rcving call, not replying for mail. Kindly provide me contact numbers used by suitslabel to contact Ecom for delivery of parcel or the address parcels are collected from suitslabel.Why do Ecom support All fake shopping portal.do they check background for taking their delivery order.I am going to take legal action against one of such portal suitslabel. Kindly help me to get list of all these kind of cheat from suitslabel through Ecom. Otherwise I will be forced to pull Ecom as well in consumer court case. Attaching the order image what was ordered is written correctly on order but inside content is wrong

                                  I am gayatri from pune. I have placed an order from club factory on oct 12th oct 2018 i have paid the cash through online. On 25th oct 2018 i received a message that its out for delievery but i didnt received it. I have received the one order but for other order i got a message later that they were unable to locate my address and will resedule the delievery on 28th oct 2018. I havent received any order yet.                                     We have been following up with local ggr team of ecom express for delivery of our parcel[protected] since 30th oct morning. It has expensive items (An ipad and iphone)

                                    As per tracking, parcel was collected by mr jagmohan on 29th oct late evening.

                                    Mr jagmohan told us that parcel had wrongly been sent earlier to some other office and now he will get it delivered to our correct address.

                                    Next day, he said he is not able to find package since it might be stuck under some other parcels.

                                    Finally on 4th nov, he called around 2 pm and said parcel is lost and he is unable to find it.

                                    How can this happen?

                                    Kindly escalate this and get our parcel delivered within 24 hours. Check cctv footage etc.

                                    If we donot receive any reply within 24 hours, we will file fir againt the company and individuals responsible for this negligence and theft.

The delivery boy has repeatedly done this that a msg came, no one called, no one came. And i was waiting whole day. Then a msg arrives that i have refused the parcel!
