Ecom expess executive picked up my parcel for amazon on 01/11/2018 but not showing in my amazon account. Successful picked up status should be shown. Reverse pick up order no. D94fi9phrrma dated 01/11/2018. Ecom express executive approaced me and picked up bata felice shoe which was delivered from amazon but picked up status is not showing in my amazon account. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest please.

    I've purchased jbl bluetooth speaker 16w blue colour from flipkart but ecom express executive did not delivered it to me, i got 2 out for delivery sms but 1st time on 28/10/2018 the executive didn't call me so i call him to tell the exact location but he did not came and i got a msg address unlocateble, next time on 31/10/2018, i got the sms at 4.14 pm out for delivery, he didn't call me, when i call him, he cut my call without taking it and i got sms from ecom express that i refused to accept it, and automatically returned the product. I want that product, and now i have to pay extra for the same product. Now tell me what action can you take for this?
    For another products they refused to give doorstep delivery ad their behavior is very bad, like if you do not come to take the delivery the product will be returned. So i have to collect the product 3 or 4 km away from my delivery address

      I have ordered maroon lehenga in mumbai on 29th october 2018 which got acceptance on 30th october 2018 & from past 2 days its undelivered stating "customer not available" but customer says i m available all the time on same address.. Awb number is only showing wrong which is correct. I want u to deliver courier by tomorrow. I m not at all happy with this kind of service for the first ever time. Awb number : 66598800

        I am seller and continuous on daily basis send product through courier.. I have packed the package by myself and customer received another product., and now again this happened i have sent a watch to customer worth 2800 and customer rcvd a third class watch worth 100 rs only.. I m sure because customer told the that there was no bubble wrap on box.. And i use bubble wrap in every courier.. I m continuously calling you and contacting you through mail but not getting any response... This is unfair we are doing business with you and you are not even serious about our image.. Please resolve my issue asap.. Otherwise i have to take strict action.

          But still awaited. Neither your patna partner picked up the phone not contact me.
          In this parcel life saving emergency drugs has been dispatched.

              We had booked parcels through udaan and the sellers have sent through ecom express. Almost 5 orders which were booked through ecom express are yet to be delivered since 10 days. Also, when tracked for the package it is showing it in the destination hub and not delivering the consignment.
              Employees working around are irresponsible when tried to contact them there is no response. We have seen one of the worst service by ecom express.

                          The product you guys picked up for return is of amazon.. The guy who came to pick up did not specify which company it's for and when i am trying to reach the team no response? Why don't the numbers work?? Can someone take responsibility and call me urgently.. The maid who was at home gave the wrong package and the pick up person did not bother to check also... I need a call back today.. And the correct item to be picked up...

It was going to be delivered by ecom express on 1st nov, i got the call from [protected] telling me that they didn't got my address today and hence they will delivered the product tomorrow (2nd nov). But after 20 mins i got mail and message that product has been delivered by sagar balujavare, but i haven't yet received any single product. I haven't received any calls but then i got a sms stating that shipment is undelivered because i was not available.                                 I have ordered shoes from myntra but they are rescheduling my order from 3 days. Service of ecom express is worst in my city they don't give your order at time. I have to go to their courier facility to get my product. They never deliver product at my home. Delhivery is much better than ecom express in my city. Never experienced this type of behaviour by other courier companies.

                                  I have scheduled an appointment yesterday for kyc verification but no one has come to complete these process and no one has called me my AWB number is [protected] pls response fast and reschedule an appointment today
                                  Its an urgent so pls response on it try to reschedule today
                                  Yesterday no one has called me but in ecom tracing website has show tele verification pending

                                  I (Manohar lal) have returned a parcel (Order no.[protected] today 5pm (31st october 2018) to ecom express delivery executive (Contact number [protected]). But he did not gave me any return reccipt. I asked him about the receipt then he replied that i will get sms &what's aap received. Plz check my return status and if there is other issue. Plz immediately help me me.

                                    I m himani from baseri (Dholpur), my awb no is[protected]. I have not received my product but the tracking status shows that the product is delivered. On oct 30th, ecom agent called me at 4pm to deliver the courier but i was unable to attend his call later at 6pm i got a message 'your item has delivered success' while i haven't recieved any product nor any call from them..

                                      First of all i'm really pissed off with your service.

                                      My awb # is[protected]. I'm unable to reached out to your delivery executive!! I have tried more than 100 times to reached out you your delivery executive but everytime the call will disconnect. And the customer care number is not working at all!!! I mean what the hell is happening!!!

                                      I'm really gonna complaint this matter to police if you don't take necessary steps.

                                      I hope you fix this issue asap!!
