My waybill number is[protected]. I shopped at titan.co.in and i cancel my order due to some reason. I also rejected my packet when it was attempted to delivery. But the product still does not yet to reach at the origin center. Thats why my refund not initiated. It is 1799 rupes. Please return the product back to origin center, so that i will get my refund. It is a prepaid order. Please solved my problem and inform me.

    About 10 days ago my order was marked as undelivered by the delivery boy and that because my conversation with delivery boy was not proper due to network problem and he didn't bither to call me 2nd
    Time and rescheduled it for next day, after that it didn't came. Rescheduled delivery was not even attempted since 10 days i need the product urgently as it is important and now i wanted it within 2 days

          The product you guys picked up for return is of amazon.. The guy who came to pick up did not specify which company it's for and when i am trying to reach the team no response? Why don't the numbers work?? Can someone take responsibility and call me urgently.. The maid who was at home gave the wrong package and the pick up person did not bother to check also... I need a call back today.. And the correct item to be picked up...

            I have placed order with myntra on 25th october. My order number is[protected]-8935601. It was going to be delivered by ecom express on 1st nov, i got the call from [protected] telling me that they didn't got my address today and hence they will delivered the product tomorrow (2nd nov). But after 20 mins i got mail and message that product has been delivered by sagar balujavare, but i haven't yet received any single product. I asked my neighbours as well if they received anything but no one received anything. My awb no is[protected]. Please look into the matter.

              I got the sms that i'll receive my shipment on 27/10/2018. I haven't received any calls but then i got a sms stating that shipment is undelivered because i was not available. Its been november 1st, still i didn't get any call or sms that i'll get my shipment. When i called customer care, i'm get the same response like "i'll get the shipment today" for the past 4 days.                 I have ordered shoes from myntra but they are rescheduling my order from 3 days. Service of ecom express is worst in my city they don't give your order at time. I have to go to their courier facility to get my product. They never deliver product at my home. Delhivery is much better than ecom express in my city. Never experienced this type of behaviour by other courier companies.

                      First of all i'm really pissed off with your service.

                      My awb # is[protected]. I'm unable to reached out to your delivery executive!! I have tried more than 100 times to reached out you your delivery executive but everytime the call will disconnect. And the customer care number is not working at all!!! I mean what the hell is happening!!!

                      I'm really gonna complaint this matter to police if you don't take necessary steps.

                        My shipment has reached to indore on 26th oct 2018 and supposed to be deliver on 29nd oct 2018, i have tried to reach customer multiple times there is no useful update, they always says wait for 24 hrs, when i checked with delivery center supervisor he is saying they are not able to find the shipment in the delivery center this is same update from past 3 days.

                          On 24th an parcel was given to ecom express for courier service. Surat to bangalore. 24th to 29th in tracking status it showed reschedule next day. Same status everyday. When spoke to customer care it we t to next step. Scanned at hub. Now same status since two days it is the same. Nearly ten days still i have not received. Ecom express service is not good. The delivery boys are also very rude, as i faced problems from before shipment.

                            I have ordered a wireless earpod from shopping site and received it in your Ecom express kochin office on 24/10/2018.i got a message on 25th October says its out for delivery and i didn't even get my parcel yet.. Today is 30/10/2018 they don't even gave me a single call. and updated the status in tracking that consignee requested for future delivery.. they behave very very bad.. i have been calling them daily to deliver my product ..but there delivery person dont even give us a call to deliver the package..i will mention the person i contacted..                               I (Nilesh) have returned a parcel today (30th october 2018) to ecom express delivery executive, but he did not gave me any return receipt. I asked him about the receipt then he replied that i will get sms within an hour. Now even after 6 hours, no mail or sms received.
                              Please check my return status and if there is other issue, i will have to contact jabong too.

                                I have already complain about this problem to Ecom Express customer care and today also receive a message about the items not delivered due address was unlocatable. I have two different parcels with Ecom Express. The local Ecom Express office at Paradeep, Odisha or their delivery man creating such problem to deliver my items. Rather the delivery man called me to receive items from a different location which is 5 KM from my home/delivery address.

                                  I have requested for a reverse pickup of a order received from club factory. An ecom boy came and picked that order but I have received a message that the reverse pickup attempt Is failed. I have called in their customer care and the person said to me that he will file a complaint behalf of me, but I still haven't received any revert from Ecom

                                  This is so unprofessional and I will surely file a complaint in consumer court.

                                    My shipment arrived on time since a message came in my mobile that shipment is out for delivery but no phone came from the delivery boy days went i contacted ecom as well as amazon associates and they told it will be delivered the next day everytime .Now when i checked the status of my shipment on ecom i found there was written wrong address for three days and then rto which meant they returned my product without ever contacting me !!! Insane company and insane delivery boy

                                      I am very much disappointed with Ecom as they are the worst service provider ever i have seen . There supervisors are damn rude no courtesy to talk to customers properly as if they are doing favors on customers. hanging up phone over the face not coordinating at all. my shipment was suppose to be delivered on 27th Oct 3 days back and while tracking it, it says the package is at nearest hub and after calling the supervisor at hub he says package has not came here yet. Then how do they updated it on there website that it is in the nearest hub. Supervisor was damn rude to me like ( sir package aaya nahi hai toh hum kya kare aa jayega toh deliver kardenge ) and he hung up. I wish i could hit that ### face . Blady ### you are not doing this for free we are paying for it..
