I've purchased jbl bluetooth speaker 16w blue colour from flipkart but ecom express executive did not delivered it to me, i got 2 out for delivery sms but 1st time on 28/10/2018 the executive didn't call me so i call him to tell the exact location but he did not came and i got a msg address unlocateble, next time on 31/10/2018, i got the sms at 4.14 pm out for delivery, he didn't call me, when i call him, he cut my call without taking it and i got sms from ecom express that i refused to accept it, and automatically returned the product. I want that product, and now i have to pay extra for the same product. Now tell me what action can you take for this?
For another products they refused to give doorstep delivery ad their behavior is very bad, like if you do not come to take the delivery the product will be returned. So i have to collect the product 3 or 4 km away from my delivery address
