I have ordered a mobile from Flipkart . I didn't receive any call from the ecom express courier. I just got an OTP which will be verified at the time of delivery. And later I found that product has been delivered to someone else..I have never seen such type of nonsense issue in my life. I tried many times to contact them but all the mobile no I found in internet are wrong no. When I visit their store they are saying that product has been delivered to someone else.. I don't understand one thing when I have the OTP no how can you deliver the package to someone else..I have also not got a single call from the courier guy..this is ridiculous.

        This is regarding[protected]. I have ordered a package from snapdealwhich was handed over to ecom. The shipment status showing as delivered on 20 oct 2018, but i did not receive my shipment. I tried calling their customer care, but they have no idea about the current location of shipment and trying to make fool of customer and not responding properly..

        They are blindly saying to wait for 2 more days on every call i make to their customer care.. Very worst experience with customer care staff..

              My parcel from amazon by courier service is not getting delivered. Your delivery agents are asking me come somewhere else (Half km away from my home) to collect the parcel. It has been happened twice on 21st and 23rd oct, that is today. I have already forward this complain to your customer care twice, but it was also a waste. Your delivery agents are very much rude. Kindly sort out this issue as soon as possible, otherwise i have to take further action.

                Your call centre people don't give enough information and always misguide the customers. I called so many times but everytime they told me tht is rescheduled but it was cancelled and they didn't inform me for one week and i kept calling and everyday they told me it's rescheduled. This kind of behaviour is not expected from you ppl. This is really really bad

                    My tracking id[protected]... Im from kerala... I given pincode 678554 it is in palakkad district near to the place nallepilly... But it is connected to mannarkkad no link with my place.. 3 hours travel from my place.. it is shipped to wrong place.. so plz check and solve my problem...                         But now i received undelivered message.
                        Please tell me without calling me how they can decide about my presence in office.
                        I want my order should deliver tomorrow at any cost, please.

                          My product is of ruppes 38990 and i gave 40000 to the delivery boy dilshad ali and he gave me back only 10 ruppes. I want my 1000 ruppes back urgent. My awb no. Is[protected] and my product is laptop lenovo ideapad 330 which i ordered from flipkart. The delivery is on time which is good but the fraud which is done by dilshad ali courier boy is very bad.

                            I have ordered product from home shop 18 on october 7. And it reached at local deliver centre on 10 oct, oct 12 was due delivery date. But i didn't receive my order for more than 1 week in spite of reaching the product at local delivery entre.
                            So i contacted e com customer care and they suggested me to talk to local office.
                            I got two contact numbers out of which one was not anserwable and other one picked by someone; i asked him ecom kanpur he said wrong number. I said i got this nuber from ecom customer care then he said told them ita not econ.
                            Again it's 4 to 5 days not got my order. On october 22 i contacted e com customer care to track the status and conversation i asked again for local centre to talk then again executive was giving me the same number.
                            Finally due to worst delivery service my order is now retd to main warehouse in spite of that my order was timely reached at local point. It's completely negligence of local delivery centre.

                            My delaviry mam has taken extra charges ... According shipping was free ...but he took extra charges .

                            First i got the information that my product has been sent to them via flipkart then i got a message that my product is undelivered due to some reason i called them they said sir it will be delivered on 13 oct today its 15 and i have no information regarding my product niether they are receiving my call...

                              This is regarding AWB[protected] . I have ordered a package from Flipkart which was handed over to ecom for delivery at 14 Oct, 2018 . The delivery promise date was 20 Oct 2018 . Still I can't see the shipment status in their website for mentioned awb . I tried calling their customer care, the have no idea about the current location of shipment and trying to make fool of customer .

                              They are blindly saying to wait for 2 more days on every call i make to their customer care .

                                Hi,
                                I got a call on 16th oct 2018 for my myntra products delivery. But there was no one in my home to receive the products so i requested to deliver on next day. The delivery executive behaved so badly and didn't cooperated.
                                Then next day i got messages that products are out for delivery but didn't got any call so i called myntra customer care and they said i get the delivery within a day.
                                On 20th oct 2018 i got a message that the products has been returned as per my request but i didn't request for the return, i didn't refused to take it nor i cancelled the products. Even i didn't got any call from the delivery executive.
                                My myntra account also showed that products has been returned.
                                Seriously this was really very disappointing. I really wanted those products because it was a really good deal. How can they place a return request without my permission and didn't even bother to call. The delivery executive didn't cooperated at all.
                                This is the number from which i got a call on 16th [protected] for the delivery.
                                Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Hi i have a courier with awb[protected] which suppose to delivered in 20th oct, 2 days before only but still not delivered. Delivery boy is not receiving our call. Even the delivery centre head on balendur.

                                  This delivery guy didn't came to our address not even call us but update the status to not delivered due to customer not available on his own.

                                  Purely unprofessional behaviour even using not proper language by delivery centre, delivery body and customer care.

                                    I have got a courier from print venue on 13th of october, 2018. Since then it's not delivered till today i. E 21st october. It's there in bangalore hub since 13th. Since then i'll get a message out for delivery; i will be waiting; by evening they update saying customer not available or wrong address. I was available whole week at the address provided. I neither got a call from them when they arrive nor will they communicate properly; simple they update the status. What number they provide in messages will not work.

                                    I have been calling to the customer care since 17th Oct, issue still not resolved. No communication even from Bangalore branch. AWB:[protected]

                                    Delivery not attempted, simply status updated as attempt made and customer not available. It's in Bangalore hub since 13th October. And today, on 22nd status updated as RTO lock. Customer care no follow up after calling many times. Kindly look into this and I need the product to be delivered.
                                    I order a cardigan on 12.10.18 item is packed on 13.10.18 is dispatch on same date last update on 15 .10.18 give me new update. ...ecom express is poor services

                                      I ordered samsung galaxy s8 from flipkart on 11th oct with awd no.[protected]. It was told to me that the product will be delivered to me by 11th. Till date my product has not reached. I was provided by a local supervisor number whose name is nagesh. Phone number - [protected]. This person picks my call and disconnect whenever i ask about my product. Noone has reached me out and no one is telling me where my product is. They lie repeatedly and never delivered it. Moreover, their is no coordination among them.

                                      I spoke to delivery boy and he said he will call me when he reaches my place. But he submitted status as customer not available which is not at all true.

                                        I haven't received my product which i bought online via club factory. The company has yet not delivered the product not yet tried to contact but in th app its showing attempted for delivery. I am not able to contact the company via phone or any other means to complaint regarding the above. I extremely disappointed from such a reponse and attitude of company towards serving its customers.
