Dear sir,
I would like to inform that, i have shipment awb no[protected] &[protected], against the same, i have received the message at my mobile number [protected] from ecom express as on 22.10.18 @ 2:00 pm against the product out of delivery. But after still waiting i have not received my product & call from ecom executive end till 5: 30 pm and after still waiting i have call to ecom executive at mobile no - [protected], he told me i can't deliver today. But after 9: 41 pm we have received another msg which mentions product not delivered due to as you not available, this is share wrong/ lie information to his senior person & me. Because i have full day available at courier address location. So, rise the complaint & give me complaint reference numbers for the ecom executive.

    My tracking id[protected]... Im from kerala... I given pincode 678554 it is in palakkad district near to the place nallepilly... But it is connected to mannarkkad no link with my place.. 3 hours travel from my place.. it is shipped to wrong place.. so plz check and solve my problem... It is already delayed.. i want my product as much fast.. i will surely order more items from paytm.. so for the view of ecomm express.. the pin code 678554 is situated in palakkad.. chittur taluk... 4 km awat from nallepilly named kuttipallam.. so u wnt to connect the order to kollengode ecom express

      I have received the message at my mobile number 7696447745 at 2: 00 PM against the product out for delivery. But not received. After that I have 9: 41PM & mention you we're not available this is wrong information from Ecom.

        Hello, my awb id[protected]. I asked your deliver executive three times today about my order, that guy said if your order with us we will call until that don't ask again and again. So, i stopped to ask them.
        But now i received undelivered message.
        Please tell me without calling me how they can decide about my presence in office.
        I want my order should deliver tomorrow at any cost, please.

        Please teach a lesson to your deliver executive to respond properly with customer.

          My product is of ruppes 38990 and i gave 40000 to the delivery boy dilshad ali and he gave me back only 10 ruppes. I want my 1000 ruppes back urgent. My awb no. Is[protected] and my product is laptop lenovo ideapad 330 which i ordered from flipkart. The delivery is on time which is good but the fraud which is done by dilshad ali courier boy is very bad.

            I have ordered product from home shop 18 on october 7. And it reached at local deliver centre on 10 oct, oct 12 was due delivery date. But i didn't receive my order for more than 1 week in spite of reaching the product at local delivery entre.
            So i contacted e com customer care and they suggested me to talk to local office.
            I got two contact numbers out of which one was not anserwable and other one picked by someone; i asked him ecom kanpur he said wrong number. I said i got this nuber from ecom customer care then he said told them ita not econ.
            Again it's 4 to 5 days not got my order. On october 22 i contacted e com customer care to track the status and conversation i asked again for local centre to talk then again executive was giving me the same number.
            Finally due to worst delivery service my order is now retd to main warehouse in spite of that my order was timely reached at local point. It's completely negligence of local delivery centre.

              This is regarding AWB[protected] . I have ordered a package from Flipkart which was handed over to ecom for delivery at 14 Oct, 2018 . The delivery promise date was 20 Oct 2018 . Still I can't see the shipment status in their website for mentioned awb . I tried calling their customer care, the have no idea about the current location of shipment and trying to make fool of customer .

              They are blindly saying to wait for 2 more days on every call i make to their customer care .

                Hi,
                I got a call on 16th oct 2018 for my myntra products delivery. But there was no one in my home to receive the products so i requested to deliver on next day. The delivery executive behaved so badly and didn't cooperated.
                Then next day i got messages that products are out for delivery but didn't got any call so i called myntra customer care and they said i get the delivery within a day.
                On 20th oct 2018 i got a message that the products has been returned as per my request but i didn't request for the return, i didn't refused to take it nor i cancelled the products. Even i didn't got any call from the delivery executive.
                My myntra account also showed that products has been returned.
                Seriously this was really very disappointing. I really wanted those products because it was a really good deal. How can they place a return request without my permission and didn't even bother to call. The delivery executive didn't cooperated at all.
                This is the number from which i got a call on 16th [protected] for the delivery.

                  Hi i have a courier with awb[protected] which suppose to delivered in 20th oct, 2 days before only but still not delivered. Delivery boy is not receiving our call. Even the delivery centre head on balendur.

                  This delivery guy didn't came to our address not even call us but update the status to not delivered due to customer not available on his own.

                  Purely unprofessional behaviour even using not proper language by delivery centre, delivery body and customer care.

                    I have got a courier from print venue on 13th of october, 2018. Since then it's not delivered till today i. E 21st october. It's there in bangalore hub since 13th. Since then i'll get a message out for delivery; i will be waiting; by evening they update saying customer not available or wrong address. I was available whole week at the address provided. I neither got a call from them when they arrive nor will they communicate properly; simple they update the status. What number they provide in messages will not work.

                    I have been calling to the customer care since 17th Oct, issue still not resolved. No communication even from Bangalore branch. AWB:[protected]

                    Delivery not attempted, simply status updated as attempt made and customer not available. It's in Bangalore hub since 13th October. And today, on 22nd status updated as RTO lock. Customer care no follow up after calling many times. Kindly look into this and I need the product to be delivered.
                    I order a cardigan on 12.10.18 item is packed on 13.10.18 is dispatch on same date last update on 15 .10.18 give me new update. ...ecom express is poor services

                      I ordered samsung galaxy s8 from flipkart on 11th oct with awd no.[protected]. It was told to me that the product will be delivered to me by 11th. Till date my product has not reached. I was provided by a local supervisor number whose name is nagesh. Phone number - [protected]. This person picks my call and disconnect whenever i ask about my product. Noone has reached me out and no one is telling me where my product is. They lie repeatedly and never delivered it. Moreover, their is no coordination among them.

                      I spoke to delivery boy and he said he will call me when he reaches my place. But he submitted status as customer not available which is not at all true.

                        I haven't received my product which i bought online via club factory. The company has yet not delivered the product not yet tried to contact but in th app its showing attempted for delivery. I am not able to contact the company via phone or any other means to complaint regarding the above. I extremely disappointed from such a reponse and attitude of company towards serving its customers.                         I am not satisfied with the product and I want to return it. As I am not aware of this site and I have make online shopping without the confirmation of the product and now I want to return back this productThe material of this product is not good and also it's very less in size and is not able to stich. Also it's colour is also not good.

                          I placed order in myntra for 5 products on 10th october. And 2 products where delivered successfully from ekart logistics. And rest 3 products where shipped from ecom express.
                          1 product with the tracking id [protected] was marked as delivered on16th october, delivery person didn't call me or delivered product but he updated the product as delivered with the signature. And thereare 2 more products shipped from same courier and it's out for delivery since 2 days and it's marked undelivered by the delivery person without calling me and the tracking ids are[protected] and[protected]. Seriously its very disappointing service nd frustrated by this. I need resolution as earliest on thisand all the 3 products delivered. And i need the delivery person contact number too.

                            I placed order in myntra on 10th october for 5 products with the order i'd[protected]-0704003. Where as 2 products where delivered successfully from ekart logistics without any problem but the 3 other products which are shipped from ecom express is not delivered until nowi21st october and the packet number [protected] is marked delivered and i never received a call from delivery person and they updated as delivered to myntra. And two more products are marked as out for delivery on 20th october and delivery person marked as undelivered without calling me and it's not delivered from past 2 days as it's out for delivery. And for the better information the packet numbers or the tracking ids are[protected] and[protected].. I need all 3 products to be delivered to my address i provided on the e-commerce website. Seriously its such a disgusting service and a disaster where the other competitive delivery logistics is providing the best service nd quality one. It's shamefully nd this experience will make me never believe in ecomexpress.

                              I bought some items from amazon and flip-kart having awb[[protected]] (Ordered on 11th october 18), awb[[protected]] (Ordered on 10th oct 18) respectively.
                              I have got the status as "delivered" for both the orders but actually they have not been delivered yet.

                              Everyday i am trying to contact the delivery person (Mob no - [protected]) and haven't got a single response as of now.

                              How could you change the status as "delivered" of the product without even delivering to the address and without getting the signature? This is disgusting, unethical and worst service ever.

                              Why your delivery executive is so irresponsible and doesn't even bother to pick up the call?

                              Please look into this and resolve the issue asap.

                                I placed order with titan.com on 15th october and they have shipped the product on 16th october only! As per the schedule it should have reached me by 18th october, unfortunately i havent heard form the delivery center when tried to tract order online it says out for delivery i doubt as the my consigment is lying there since oct 19 in dc! I would def blame titan for beliving in such courier partners

                                    My delivery for order from club factory was only attempted once and i was unavailable however i received a message from them saying the delivery will be reattempted but it has been 5 days since then and mo reattempt has been made, nor is the helpline no reachable.
                                    Kindly reattempt the delivery or even provide with a helpline no, and if all your helpline nos are useless why do they exist?! You're the most incompetent delivery service in the country.

                                        My item with awb[protected] has not been delivered to me but it is showing delivered. I have not received the item. Then whom you deliveted the item to. How can you show item delivered without my signature. This is fraud. Completely nonsense services. You are befooling me. Please solve my issue as soon as possible or i am going to file a case in consumer court.
