Dear Sir,
I would like to inform that, i have shipment AWB No[protected] &[protected], against the same, I have received the mail from Ecom express as on 22.10.18 @ 2:00 PM against the product out of delivery. But after still waiting I have not received my product & call till 5: 30 PM and after still waiting I have call to Ecom Executive at mobile No- [protected], He told me I can't deliver today. But after 9: 41 PM we have received another Msg which mentions product not delivered due to as you not available, this is share wrong/ Lie information to his senior person & me. Because I have full day available at courier address location. So, Rise the complaint & give me complaint reference numbers for the Ecom executive, if you have do the same, I will forward the same messages & call to Ecom higher authority.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have received the message at my mobile number 7696447745 at 2: 00 PM against the product out for delivery. But not received.
After that I have 9: 41PM & mention you we're not available this is wrong information from Ecom.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
