I have airway bill no.[protected], i got message of outbound delivery on saturday 13.10.2018.. But it was not delivered.. I received messages on monday, tuesday also.. But no body called me for delivery, meanwhile on monday i went to shopping portal and requested for delivery and i got call and was assured delivery by wednesday 17.10.2018.. On wednesday i received the message of delivery and i called the delivery guy.. He told me that he is coming in 1 hr, than i again called up and he said he is coming, i again called him and he said that he will deliver it tomorrow but i insisted on delivery, he said he is coming but didnt came and also not picked my call.. On thursday also i got no message of delivery, today on 19.10.2018 when i checked on ecom express, i read the response on ecom website that "customer refused the delivery"
That is unbelievable and highly unprofessional.. How can somebody do this.. This is pathetic and enquiry must be made against that particular employee.. I have requested the shopping portal today for delivery and have appraised about the situation.. But something must be done against ecom exp.. If i had not checked the status i would not have known this.. And they might be doing this to many others who are not so vigilant..

On whose instructions you have sent it back.. and how should I give you an opportunity to serve me.. you had shipped it back to Banglore on 18.10.2018 early morning.. today is 20.10.2018.. still the product has not been despatched from Banglore to my place.. for whose instructions you are waiting for delivering the product to me.. ??
