Hi

I placed order in myntra for 5 products on 10th october. And 2 products where delivered successfully from ekart logistics. And rest 3 products where shipped from ecom express.
1 product with the tracking id [protected] was marked as delivered on16th october, delivery person didn't call me or delivered product but he updated the product as delivered with the signature. And thereare 2 more products shipped from same courier and it's out for delivery since 2 days and it's marked undelivered by the delivery person without calling me and the tracking ids are[protected] and[protected]. Seriously its very disappointing service nd frustrated by this. I need resolution as earliest on thisand all the 3 products delivered. And i need the delivery person contact number too.

    I placed order in myntra on 10th october for 5 products with the order i'd[protected]-0704003. Where as 2 products where delivered successfully from ekart logistics without any problem but the 3 other products which are shipped from ecom express is not delivered until nowi21st october and the packet number [protected] is marked delivered and i never received a call from delivery person and they updated as delivered to myntra. And two more products are marked as out for delivery on 20th october and delivery person marked as undelivered without calling me and it's not delivered from past 2 days as it's out for delivery. And for the better information the packet numbers or the tracking ids are[protected] and[protected].. I need all 3 products to be delivered to my address i provided on the e-commerce website. Seriously its such a disgusting service and a disaster where the other competitive delivery logistics is providing the best service nd quality one. It's shamefully nd this experience will make me never believe in ecomexpress.

      I bought some items from amazon and flip-kart having awb[[protected]] (Ordered on 11th october 18), awb[[protected]] (Ordered on 10th oct 18) respectively.
      I have got the status as "delivered" for both the orders but actually they have not been delivered yet.

      Everyday i am trying to contact the delivery person (Mob no - [protected]) and haven't got a single response as of now.

      How could you change the status as "delivered" of the product without even delivering to the address and without getting the signature? This is disgusting, unethical and worst service ever.

      Why your delivery executive is so irresponsible and doesn't even bother to pick up the call?

      Please look into this and resolve the issue asap.

        I placed order with titan.com on 15th october and they have shipped the product on 16th october only! As per the schedule it should have reached me by 18th october, unfortunately i havent heard form the delivery center when tried to tract order online it says out for delivery i doubt as the my consigment is lying there since oct 19 in dc! I would def blame titan for beliving in such courier partners

          I told courier boy i'll meet tomorrow

          After sometime i got notification my item is delivered

          Now it's monday i didn't got my order

          I'm tired to contact with courier person

          His name was amir

          Now i'm very disappointed

          I don't need my item i just need my money back

            My delivery for order from club factory was only attempted once and i was unavailable however i received a message from them saying the delivery will be reattempted but it has been 5 days since then and mo reattempt has been made, nor is the helpline no reachable.
            Kindly reattempt the delivery or even provide with a helpline no, and if all your helpline nos are useless why do they exist?! You're the most incompetent delivery service in the country.

              Am ordered in paytm mall the delivery date is shown in app as 17/10/2018 but till that is not delivered and am not able to track the order the tacking details are not updated in the ecom express site the product is picked up by ecom express on 15/10/2018 and am not able to contact your helpline number i have awb no of my product plz solve my problem as soon as possible awb no:[protected]

                My item with awb[protected] has not been delivered to me but it is showing delivered. I have not received the item. Then whom you deliveted the item to. How can you show item delivered without my signature. This is fraud. Completely nonsense services. You are befooling me. Please solve my issue as soon as possible or i am going to file a case in consumer court.

                  I ordered hail oil and it was supposed to be delivered within 3 business days from the date of delivery i. E. 09/10/18. On 13/10/18 i got a message that product undelivered due to wrong address. I got the chance taking to delivery guy after calling so many times on the number provided by them in message for tracking the product and he said sir i left the place, i couldn't find your address so will deliver the product tomorrow i. E. 14/10/18. But from that day i didn't get neither the product nor any information from their side. Instead i have been talking to there customer service executives from past three days and everyone makes promise that your product will definitely deliver by tomorrow 6pm but it just seems to be fake promise. This happens 3 times in a row. I dont have any other way to communicate these guys except customer service which is very pathetic, what it seems to me from my past 3days experience with them.
                  Please do something, either get my product delivered or make my money refund to me.

                  You are not regretted sir, if its so i should get my product delivered by now. Actually you people are just playing with customers. If you do not have enough guts to deliver customer products then you should shut down your pathetic company. Its been almost 10 days that you guys dont have enough time to reattempt the delivery ?? And your customer care executives, they are like taking parrot. You guys teach them only one sentence that sorry for the inconvenience, you will definitely get the product by 6pm tomorrow. I have hear this utter non-sense like 4 times and I have proof of that. Either you deliver my product or return my money. Or you can tell your office address so that i can personally come to pickup my product because this thing is out of your hands i guess, thats why you guys have so many complaints.

                    I ordered product from flipkart then i got estimated delivery date of 14th october 2018 after tracking my parcel, i came to know that my parcel has come at my city on 13th october then from 14th october delivery guy sending me messages that delivery will be attempted today but no one knock my door and after that they blame the customer for various reasons that delivery has attempted but couldn't find the address, no one was there to accept the delivery, customer refused to accept the delivery. These are all lies, if they hadn't found my address they would have called but no one did that means courier service is doing this deliberately. Till date i haven't got the parcel.

                      I have ordered from flipkart... The first delivery attempt was unsuccessful because your workers don’t carry a swipe machine... So i request via mail to be delivered on 18 th of oct the mail showed positive response... But your assurance to deliver on 18th oct failed miserably... And ur assurance to deliver today by (7pm) by some customer care employee was it a joke.?? Because it’s already 10 pm
                      Because of you the seller have asked for return
                      Ecom i’m totally disappointed.

                        Ecom express delivered my flipkart parcel. Igot a messagae statis this. But i have not received any call or my parcel till now.
                        I complained on flipkart as well but they are saying it's a problem from courier company.
                        I tried multiple time for 3 consecutive days to approach the person whose number was mentioned in the message update but it was not getting connected.
                        I am providing my awb number[protected].
                        I got a feedback message in which i expressed my concern that i have not got my product till now.
                        Looking at the name and brand of the organisation i was expecting that i'll got a call asking my concern but have not received the same till now.
                        My product was prepaid & it's been 3 days since my product is missing.

                        This is very awful, sluggish & tereible service.
                        I am waiting for an update since last 3days but haven't hears from you guys.
                        What is the matter kindly let me know.
                        I explained everything thing to the person who called me and he assured a response/action on the issue but nothing is done on the same.
                        This is a case of fraud and cheating with your customer.
                        I want an immediate response on the same else have to take further action.

                          I have ordered a cell phone in flip-kart having the order id: awb[protected]. The delivery executive was refused to deliver on the stipulated address. After wards without any call, notification they were sending fraud notification about the customer such as delivery address unlocatable, customer rejected the order. And also behaved in rude mood with me. This way they cancelled the order but in the notification it is told that the customer has cancelled the order. But in the same address a product of order id:[protected] is delivered today. What's happening i don't know. My kind request to you that please take an immediate action for this rude behaviour and fraud information given to the customers by the ecom express executives. And i need the cancelled product delivered tomorrow.

                            I had placed an order online through paytm mall and the order was despatched through ecomm express couriers.

                            The above shipment was not even attempted once but the ekma dc has updated the website stating that attempts were made and the last attempt for delivery was refused by the customer. I am truly appalled at the level of service that is being provided by this courier, who lies to customers. It is disgusting to say the least. The call centre provided me with a contact number ([protected]) but no one is picking up the call.

                            Would appreciate your kind intervention in this regard.

Recently i have ordered two deliveries from amazon and flipcart... From last two days ecom executive did not come to my delivery address after receiving msg that our executive is out for delivery... Keep bla bla amount ready... And after waiting for hours these people finally report customer is not available... Not traceble... Not locatable... When i called on refered executive no...                                 I have airway bill no.[protected], i got message of outbound delivery on saturday 13.10.2018.. But it was not delivered.. I received messages on monday, tuesday also.. But no body called me for delivery, meanwhile on monday i went to shopping portal and requested for delivery and i got call and was assured delivery by wednesday 17.10.2018.. On wednesday i received the message of delivery and i called the delivery guy.. He told me that he is coming in 1 hr, than i again called up and he said he is coming, i again called him and he said that he will deliver it tomorrow but i insisted on delivery, he said he is coming but didnt came and also not picked my call.. On thursday also i got no message of delivery, today on 19.10.2018 when i checked on ecom express, i read the response on ecom website that "customer refused the delivery"

                                That is unbelievable and highly unprofessional.. How can somebody do this.. This is pathetic and enquiry must be made against that particular employee.. I have requested the shopping portal today for delivery and have appraised about the situation.. But something must be done against ecom exp.. If i had not checked the status i would not have known this.. And they might be doing this to many others who are not so vigilant..

                                On whose instructions you have sent it back.. and how should I give you an opportunity to serve me.. you had shipped it back to Banglore on 18.10.2018 early morning.. today is 20.10.2018.. still the product has not been despatched from Banglore to my place.. for whose instructions you are waiting for delivering the product to me.. ??
                                Sir i have ordered a product from flipkart on 11-10-18 and the product was shipped on that dy only and it was from hyderbad though i live in gulbarga its only a 4 hours journey from hyderabad today 14-10-18 still the product is not dispatch .usaully it take 24 hour delivery from hyd so plz dispacth soon

                                    I ordered nokia x6.1 it as in delhi on 15 october and out for delivery next day. Same day no body contracted me and marked status as customer refused to accept delivery which is certainly false. No customer support no response no number is shared Worst courier service ever you should ### you and your f**ing company. I submitted complaint on their website but they all are ###ed. All e commerce website must blacklist you.

                                      Has not been delivered to me but it is showing that it had been delivered since oct 13th.
                                      I had been giving complaint to your serivice from the day i got the message but they are not taking any action against it.
                                      They are taking awb no. And my alternatr no. And saying wait for 24hrs there will be call. But there is no call till today from oct 13th.
                                      I will be thankful to ypu if you talk a proper action against it so, please deliver my thing if not give back my money.

                                        I have amazon parcel which was in delivery centre but, they don't want to deliver this, 15th october they call me and said not able delivery this, it will be delivered in next day. But next day (16th october) they don't call me and i called him and he tell my number was wrong so not able to contact but my number is always available. (17th october) they don't called me i called him, he said not to able deliver this product. But 3 days i received message that your item will be delivered today. And don't refuse the product but they updateed their status that i refused it. I also contact with ecom express supervisor, i am soaked he is a same category person, today i call him, he told that you parcel returned, contact to amazon. What is this!
                                        Shame on ecom express.
