I had ordered a product on FREESOO.IN, which is tied up with GIZMOO. Obviously, the courier service they chose was ECOM EXPRESS. The AWB NUMBER of my product is[protected]. I got the message that the product arrived in BANGALORE long back and was out for delivery on 12th OCTOBER, 2018. The order was placed on 6th OCTOBER, 2018. I was given a number to call on, which was an automated message asking me to enter my AWB NUMBER, which I entered. I got the message that the number I'm trying to call is BUSY. Furthermore, I waited for nearly 10 minutes on the line and there was no response. Also, when I tried calling 30 minutes later, it was still busy. Moreover, I tried the same thing at least 7-8 times that day, disappointed every time. After the while, I got the message the product was undelivered because I wasn't there. Please make sure I receive my product in Bangalore and ask the courier guy to contact me on reaching the required location.

Updated by Aaditya C I request you to cross check. The delivery attempt was apparently made on 12th October, which is the day after of what you've mentioned. And no, I still haven't received my product. Please look into it and deliver my product.
This is awful and pathetic service. I am still waiting for a response from you guys.
The response rate is very sluggish, a quick response would be appreciated.
