Hello team,
I had ordered few items from amazon, which shipping via ecom express, i got an update msg from ecom express that my product is out for delivery on 15 th oct (Monday). While i tracked it on excom express it shows product delivered successfully. Without my signature how is it possible,
I called excom express manager near my location,
Mobile no:+[protected]
He made me wait for long time, and make misbehaved with me and threatened that complain where you can, no one can do anything to him,
I demand justice, please take necessary action against that manager from ecom express

I need an apologize letter from him, as well as my product back.
We are also taking this issue to consumer court against ecom.

    I ordered and item from international banggood site and once the item entered india, it was handed over to ecom express for local delivery. The packet with awb number:[protected] is showing as delivered on 16th october 2018 at 17:12 hrs, but it is not delivered to me. I called their contact center 4 times, and 2 times after hearing me out the agents disconnected the call saying they will raise the complaint in 24-48 hrs and for another 2 times, didn't provided any resolution.

    Than I must say you didn't checked your records at all. Because yesterday I called your customer helpline 6 times. And on the last call the update I got was that it was not delivered, but is being returned back for reasons unknown to me. The status showing on web is incorrect, must say pathetic service, no responsibility or accountability at all.

    And by the way anyone will contact or raise complaints only after checking with family and neighbors.

        My delivery is expected today but the last the boy came in he asked me for otp which he will generate from a company and he didn't gave phone nor his mobile no
        Nxt that means today on 16 october he should come and deliver me the phone but he didn't deliver me the phone still there and have completely make my payment of that phone and even if i didn't delivers me and returns back the offer which was available on flipkart before couple of days which will not get by me so this is god creating problem for me by time as well as by reordering a new phone

                    Its been a week and I'm seeing that my order is reschedule for next day. Why this is happening? When I call the ecom express customer executive then they told me that Myntra has not shipped the product but Myntra had shipped it already (look at the screenshot). Please my item before 17th of October or I will need the help of Law. I'm very very dissatisfied with the service of Ecom Express. No doubt that the company Myntra shipped the product but the courier is not doing anything.

                      My order has been shipped to the hub bangalore - hnp and its still there for more time and is yet to out for delivery/shipped to sub delivery center. It would be a great if you could let me know the location of my shipment as i'm ready to collect it from door step as fast as you could as i may be leaving the place which i had written as the address and i am urgently in need of my shipment.

[protected], tracking id[protected]Ecom express) pickup date is[protected] but again and again we are resheduled the because pickup is not done from your side. Till the time or date my order is not pickup. Please resolve the issue what is the matter against pickup. And take action immediately.

                                    3. Our 4 to 8 order is cancelled from your side because pickup is not done through ecom express. Service is very poor & not work properly.

                                      Why delivery attempt failed for this delivery... While my sister has 27 family member as a joint family, and someone of her family member must attend the courier boy no doubt. And the message showing on the tracking \"customer not available for 3 times\" is this a joke? Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Awb no[protected]. This is quite urgent to deliver the product in time before durga puja. I have already lodged a complain on shiprocket. Complained no is[protected] and also called so many times to ecom-express hq (Delhi) and local branch (Kolkata-garia/kasba) but no body co-operate with me by telling what is the exact issue of non-deliver the package. But it happens again and again.

                                        I have ordered a dress from myntra order no. Is[protected]-8132503 and tracking number is [protected] by ecom express shipment and it was delivered on khandwa-450001 (M. P.) but it is not delivered yet and it is in indore from last 2 days if the order is not delivered by eod, i will escalate this matter to be higher authority of ecom express as well as myntra.
                                        Don't take this matter as lightly.
                                        I want it to be be deliver by eod at any cost.
