Hello team,
I had ordered few items from amazon, which shipping via ecom express, i got an update msg from ecom express that my product is out for delivery on 15 th oct (Monday). While i tracked it on excom express it shows product delivered successfully. Without my signature how is it possible,
I called excom express manager near my location,

He made me wait for long time, and make misbehaved with me and threatened that complain where you can, no one can do anything to him,
I demand justice, please take necessary action against that manager from ecom express

We are also taking this issue to consumer court against ecom.
