I have booked a american turister bag from snapdeal and i have received the product.         My shipment with AWB#:[protected] hasn't been delivered to me though as per courier website it was delivered on 4th October, 2018. Please give it a check as I wasn't even contacted once during delivery and if the product hasn't been delivered then why the local courier guy marked it as "Delivered".

        The order was from Paytm Mall website.

          I had ordered a product on FREESOO.IN, which is tied up with GIZMOO. Obviously, the courier service they chose was ECOM EXPRESS. The AWB NUMBER of my product is[protected]. I got the message that the product arrived in BANGALORE long back and was out for delivery on 12th OCTOBER, 2018. The order was placed on 6th OCTOBER, 2018. I was given a number to call on, which was an automated message asking me to enter my AWB NUMBER, which I entered. I got the message that the number I'm trying to call is BUSY. Furthermore, I waited for nearly 10 minutes on the line and there was no response. Also, when I tried calling 30 minutes later, it was still busy. Moreover, I tried the same thing at least 7-8 times that day, disappointed every time. After the while, I got the message the product was undelivered because I wasn't there. Please make sure I receive my product in Bangalore and ask the courier guy to contact me on reaching the required location.

          I request you to cross check. The delivery attempt was apparently made on 12th October, which is the day after of what you've mentioned. And no, I still haven't received my product. Please look into it and deliver my product.

                I had ordered few items from amazon, which shipping via ecom express, i got an update msg from ecom express that my product is out for delivery on 15 th oct (Monday). While i tracked it on excom express it shows product delivered successfully. Without my signature how is it possible,
                I called excom express manager near my location,

                He made me wait for long time, and make misbehaved with me and threatened that complain where you can, no one can do anything to him,
                I demand justice, please take necessary action against that manager from ecom express

                  I ordered and item from international banggood site and once the item entered india, it was handed over to ecom express for local delivery. The packet with awb number:[protected] is showing as delivered on 16th october 2018 at 17:12 hrs, but it is not delivered to me. I called their contact center 4 times, and 2 times after hearing me out the agents disconnected the call saying they will raise the complaint in 24-48 hrs and for another 2 times, didn't provided any resolution.

                  Than I must say you didn't checked your records at all. Because yesterday I called your customer helpline 6 times. And on the last call the update I got was that it was not delivered, but is being returned back for reasons unknown to me. The status showing on web is incorrect, must say pathetic service, no responsibility or accountability at all.

                  And by the way anyone will contact or raise complaints only after checking with family and neighbors.

                              This is the worst n fake web site.. I hv placed an return on 5 oct 2018. No one has neither cald nor msg me about pickup status, date-time. This people making full of customers.. Wen we call their support numbers they never give proper response n directly disconnects the line.. They have many patners involved in their business.. Strict action should be taken against this company.

                                  Its been a week and I'm seeing that my order is reschedule for next day. Why this is happening? When I call the ecom express customer executive then they told me that Myntra has not shipped the product but Myntra had shipped it already (look at the screenshot). Please my item before 17th of October or I will need the help of Law. I'm very very dissatisfied with the service of Ecom Express. No doubt that the company Myntra shipped the product but the courier is not doing anything.

                                    My order has been shipped to the hub bangalore - hnp and its still there for more time and is yet to out for delivery/shipped to sub delivery center. It would be a great if you could let me know the location of my shipment as i'm ready to collect it from door step as fast as you could as i may be leaving the place which i had written as the address and i am urgently in need of my shipment.

                                    It's been five days between shipment start date and today's date and both origin and destination would be same location "bangalore" and i'm wondering what makes difficult for them to deliver within the city which hardly takes two days to deliver with due to all factors.
